We didn't eat so I can't really comment. The room was ok. Corners weren't clean. The hallway smelled moldy.

Terrible smell as we entered the room. My wife was so uncomfortable that she was coughing all night. We stayed for 3 nights. As the days went by the smell became little less

Room smelled of wet dog and sweaty feet and bathroom smelt like urine. The pillows on the bed were the size of throw pillows. We got stuck in the elevator and the front desk just watched my kid try and pry the door open before they came over to help.

Breakfast very limited in choices. Room had areas of disrepair. Towels and shower had hair from previous occupants.

My husband and I talked to the staff about our room having a smell bad odor coming from the carpet and they agreed to have someone come in and clean and deodorize the carpet while we supposed to be gone to our family event but when we came back each time we was there for days this mail was just his words as it was when we first checked in the room. I spoke with the manager about it at breakfast the second day they still assured me that they would take care of it each day it was the same promise but was not fulfilled. I even asked him did they welcome pets they said no because the smell of the room the carpet was so stained like they had a dead dog or something in it . When we got ready to check out my husband had went ahead of me and paid the full price and I asked them about some type of refund and he said he couldn't give us any discount for anything because we had booked a room through you all. So now I'm asking what can you do to help us of what type of refund can we get from you all for the smell that we had to endure for the four days he was there my email is j o h a n n i c e c o x at yahoo.com yes sir.

The smell of the room was horrible. The bed has a big dent and gives me a bodyache. The TV didn't work for 2 days. The most uncomfortable stay ever. Breakfast was mehh.

Check in was quick and friendly. Room was clean with plenty linen and hot water. I chose this location for safety (traveling with kids) and quiet. Was perfect for what we needed. My son ate some breakfast but the rest of us skipped it.

Would have given worst had boneless rib combo to go got 4ribs that was soo tough couldn't eat pork fried rice too over cooked and dry asked for more soy sauce to go they would not give it to me man at the register was rude I will never eat there again so little portions was still hungry after I ate what was eatable
