Complete dump. Not a bear in sight. Just old drunks and twinks. Bad porn and lots and I mean lots of cig smoke. I need a pressure wash shower to get clean. Give it a big miss.

They take long time to process online orders, then they hide it in the fridge, so you have to stay in line to tell them that you have online order, otherwise they do not pay attention. They need to understand the purpose of online ordering better.

Normally get the ginger shot with lemon. This was barely 3/4 full and the shot tasted more like a bitter lemon rind than ginger. Awful. Must have been sitting around too as it was up on counter before I could put my card away.... ??

Frustrating too with tracking rewards as it never seems to change or other stores don't accept rewards tracking like at the airports (PHL for one...)

Positives first: Lots of seating: tables and chairs, couches, indoors or outdoors.

Knowing who's in line or where the line is seems to always be a bit confusing for customers as well as baristas. Their specialty lattes are delicious, but a little pricey for me. Breakfast sandwiches are fresh, made to order, but not very filling.

Baristas seem to be more friendly and efficient towards male customers. In each of my visits I received a greeting, but when a man is behind me his greeting is much warmer. The first couple of times I figured it was a fluke and they were regulars. When I came here with a man he got more patience and an actual smile from the cashier which I've never gotten.

I have visited over a dozen times and have always left satisfied. However, my last visit I was turned off when I opted to sit outside and quickly found that they allow smoking at their outdoor tables directly near both entrances. This is understandable since it's outdoors, but as a non smoker it's nauseating to have to walk by or be surrounded by cigarette smoke while trying to enjoy coffee. I wish they'd have one side of the building as the designated smoking space so there was a way to avoid it.

Food was a greasy mess, this kind of asian cuisine may have been acceptable in the 70s when people didn't know any better but it's the 21st century and there are many healthier, made with better ingredients, tastier and cheaper options nowadays

Got the Kong pow chicken and the honey garlic chicken... Everything tasted bland and the Kong pow chicken tasted like they boiled the chicken. Don't bother with this place

Service was terrible the last two times we were there. Sat for 25 minutes never getting service. Complained about the poor service and our food being cold and was told by the manager to just wait it was coming. No apology or explanation. If you want good service and your food not to be served cold go somewhere else.
