We stayed at the hotel for a week and received excellent service from the staff. My only complaint is that breakfast wasn’t included in the package.

Very nice rooms beautifully furnished. Great gym and amenities. Just beware of $35 nightly parking, which is not so unusual in Southern Florida.

The girl who checked us in was very nice. She explained that the room we had been assigned was destroyed by the previous tenants the night before, so they were upgrading us to a king suite. While I felt bad that people would destroy a room like that, I thought that the upgrade was very kind of them.
The room was very clean and was comfortable. It was NYE and we came back from our show around 1:00 and could hear loud music playing. When the air shut off, you could really hear the bass and even the singing. Our friends that we went to the concert with were a floor above us and said it was coming from the rooftop. I understand that this may be a one-time NYE thing, but it was loud enough that it made it difficult to sleep. I thought it was coming from next door or above or below us it was so loud. We were on the 4th floor. The area it was coming from was the 9th floor. I think with all the buildings around, the sound just bounces off of them.
With that said, the hotel was clean and nice. They do charge $37 to park there, which is all valet, so note that. The bar and restaurant is operated independently, so you cannot charge food and beverages to the room and it is CC only. That’s all I can think of.
The proximity of the hotel to The Parker and the War Memorial Auditorium is so close, I would definitely stay there again, and I have a feeling the rooftop noise was a one-off for NYE.

All was as expected per description! What impressed me most is the lobby area: very comfortable sitting around or meeting friends!

Breakfast could be ordered to your room with coffee and it made the stay wonderful. Loved the pool area on the roof and the staff were lovely.

This is the most cost-effective hotel I have ever stayed in in the United States. It's very new and the front desk service is great. I like clean and laid-back Lauderdale. Will stay at this hotel again soon.

I almost hate to rate this hotel because it is so great, I want to keep it to myself. This was my fourth stay at this property and for good reason.
1. The rooms are super cute, especially the King w/balcony.
2. It is close to the airport, downtown Ft Lauderdale, the beach, the cruise port...get it. Location, location, location.
3. Quantum Kitchen restaurant located in the lobby. Try the Brussels.
4. The friendly staff.
I am sure I will be staying here again.
