I accidentally locked myself out of my room around 1 AM on Thanksgiving, and the team went above and beyond to help me. They immediately gave me a new room for the night, then came first thing in the morning to open my original room. Even though the situation was entirely my fault, they still upgraded my room and offered me a free night for the inconvenience. Jonathan at the front desk was especially kind—he even helped carry my bags.
This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with outstanding service.

In terms of food? Probably one of my worst steakhouse experiences. For a $250+ meal for two, i have experienced MUCH better.
I could write many things on the failed experience, but i will stick to the icing on the cake: My server (Casey, if i am not mistaken) saw how badly my steak was prepared. Instead of profusely apologizing, he appeared to turn and quickly run the other way never asking how our meal was.
Was i going to complain? No. I was there on a date. But Casey knew how bad the steak was and did nothing.
I live in Costa Rica and haven't been at this restaurant since April 2017. Over the last 6 months two (2) fraudulent charges from Steak954 have appeared on my Credit Card. I called and spoke with a manager when the first one appeared, which they promised to have removed. It NEVER WAS!! My credit card company had to take care of it. This week I received another fraudulent charge from there, even though I have not been in Florida, much less Ft. Lauderdale since April 2017. (See Photo) Again, I've called and requested a call back from a manager. I don't expect they will call back and I will again waste a lot of my time trying to have charge removed. My next call is to my credit card AGAIN to have this establishment "Red Flagged" for trying to scam customers.
