Great welcome at reception. Location makes this hotel ideal for a pre-cruise stopover. In addition it is a short taxi ride to the centre of Fort Lauderdale.
We had a party of nine adults stayed here before and after our cruise. Very pleasant stay. Staffs wonderful! Rooms very clean. Also really enjoyed eating at Kiki's Restaurant. Good food and drinks.
Really liked the mgr on staff she was nice and professional. The room was very large and had room for a kitchenette. The grounds were very clean and the pool and lounge area was very nice. The workout area was nice cozy but suited our need for exercise. Located right off the airport was a plus. Just wished they had a shuttle to rail (train) we got hosed by yellow cab, the driver took us not to the closet rail but 1 a lil further to get more $

Stayed here during the busy holiday season , the check in process was satisfactory. The room was spacious and clean. The restaurant had a limited but great tasting menu
Hotel and front reception is nice. The restaurant is delicious and the inside staff is excellent! However a gentleman from the parking staff really brought down my perception of this hotel. He was rude and aggressive and it wasn’t appreciated. I was being dropped off for a conference at this hotel and he directed my husband where to go on the side. We sat in the side parking space for literally 5 minutes so I could finish my coffee and the parking attendant comes up fast and aggressive and tells us to move and go up to the parking deck (where we have to pay). When we told him why we were there waiting for me to finish my coffee (with our car still on and running), and he got even ruder and said to move now and we could bring it up to the manager. When I asked for the manager he ignored me and pretended he didn’t know what I was talking about until I kept asking and then he said to “go find the manager somewhere inside.” Awful service. I think he just wanted us to pay the cash to park (even though we didn’t need to park) for his own use.
Traveling from Chicago to embark on a cruise out of Fort Lauderdale. My wife and I are quite picky, especially when it comes to details, and this place had the WOW factor. The hotel is beautifully decorated and VERY clean and comfortable. Pool area was perfect for the kids, amenities were readily available, beds were comfy (even the pull-out sofa,) sheets and towels were soft and clean. Walking distance to almost anything which was nice, and the nearby neighborhoods were quiet and peaceful. When we arrived at the airport, I called to inquire about a shuttle to the hotel, and DC at the front desk promptly dispatched a courtesy driver to pick us up. As I was getting us checked into the hotel, DC remembered and acknowledged we had spoke on the phone earlier, he was ultra-professional, and he made us feel like guests and not just another reservation. DC gave me all the info I needed for our stay without me needing to ask a single question, and he was very helpful - as was the rest of the staff - throughout our 2 night stay. Thank you for the hospitality, we’re coming back for a night after our cruise is over before heading back to Chicago.
Kiki's Restaurant have a great food and excellent service. They have lot of choices in the menu. I try the fajitas and was so good. I stay at the Holiday Inn Express that have complementary shuttle to visit this restaurant. I recommend this restaurant. The public areas of the hotel look very good and the staff in front desk is very friendly.

CANCELED MY RESERVATION UPON ARRIVAL @ 2AM!! THIS IS HPW THEY TREAT OUR SENIOR CITIZENS. SENT ON OUR WAY INTO THE DARKNESS OF THE STREETS! NULL-- ZERO SERVICE ##SERIOUSLY ZERO FOR RATING! CHECKOUT FOUR POINTS, SHERATON AROUND THE COURNER. EXCELLENT SERVICE!

Very accommodating. Allowed us early access to our room. The free airport shuttle runs 24 hours a day, departing at 20 minutes after the hour. You just have to let them know which time you need to be on it. Great stay.

A bit too much fuzz restaurant. Pizza sauce always spicy and there's no other option. many people are allergic to pepper and spicy food. "Charcoal" is pure chemical based briquettes, which smells and tastes horrible. I've had pizzas cooked with real hardwood, and is no comparison.

Very good food, nothing fried, everything out of the oven. Good ambiance. Customer service is pretty good. This was our first time and they added to our meal a sample of chicken wings.
Ribs for appetizer were spectacular, out of the oven with jalapeños. Oven baked Phillycheese pizza was great.

Wife and I shared the wings, tuna sandwich, and pizza. Way too much food for two of us. Favorite was the tuna sandwich. Pizza was made of fresh ingredients. We enjoyed all of it. Wings had good flavor, however, they came under a huge pile of onions making the chicken skin soggy.

Anthony's is one of my favorite pizza spot in town. They have an array of unique pizza options that are all delicious. Along with other great non-pizza options, really great pasta, and AMAZING wings. Anthony's has a really friendly staff and great overall atmosphere for a variety of occasions.

Parking is very limited. Youre better off parking in another lot across the street. Nice made to order pizzas in their coal fired oven. Excellent wings. Most other dishes will satisfy as well. Strange how they serve all their refreshments in bottles. Hope they recycle. Over all clean with decent serve staff.
