We really enjoyed our stay at the Circ. The location was super convenient, so getting around was effortless. The staff was genuinely friendly and welcoming, and the personnel were especially kind and attentive throughout our trip. It also feels like the hotel is under new management—everything seems noticeably improved compared to before. I stayed here back in 2024 as well, and this time the team was truly awesome. The balcony was a standout too—an ideal place to relax, with a great view that made mornings and evenings feel extra special. Overall, a fantastic stay and highly recommended.

Worst Hotel I have been too in a long time. Thank goodness for Sophia’s restaurant at the hotel where the food and service was exceptional. Ok back to this horrible hotel, as soon as we walk into the build the scattered rugs were filthy! We go into our room and it smells musty, the balcony furniture is nasty and we could not sit on them. We arrived there on a Saturday; Sunday morning we showered and placed our towels on the floor so hospitality would come in later make our beds and provide us later with fresh linen. When we arrived back Sunday evening used towels still on the floor and bed not made; I went to the front desk and encountered an uninterested clerk with a bad attitude who told me rudely the laundry truck is delayed and we’ll have your towels in the morning. Wow!!! There’s no clean towels in this hotel I’m thinking to myself. Well I go back to the desk the next morning and laundry truck still has not arrived!! My husband and I had to dry off from our showers with our clean tee shirts. NEVER AGAIN WILL WE EVER GO BACK TO CIRC HOTEL SONDER!!! And for the outfit i forgot in the closet KEEP IT!! I thought with this hotel being associated with a Marriott and a 4.2 review rating it would be a nice place. We Love Marriotts and we are Bonboy members!! When is my $50.00 deposit being released from my bank?

Stayed at a Sonder for my trip and it was great. Super clean space, modern setup, and check-in was really easy. Loved the location too would definitely recommend staying if your in Hollywood FL area

No hot water!!!! No hot water! I have pay to have room clean!!! 1 star!! Clean and staff very nice. Nooo Hot Water! Will not stay again! Friends were complaining Nooo water! Very clean and modern-nooooo hot water 3 days!

Beds were uncomfortable. We ate at the restaurant in the hotel and got food poisoning. The heater in the room made a loud screeching noise but was too cold to turn off do we didn't get much sleep and both our backs are messed up now. Also the app (way too many booking requirements and too bloated) and codes to get into elevators are a nuisance. Worst hotel stay I've experienced.

It was close to the restaurant area so it was good for spending dinner time, but I'm not sure if I'll go back next time because of the bathroom door not closing, the shampoo bottle not pressing, and problems checking in with the app.

The third time in the hotel, this time the room was simply bad, worn out. Some accessories were missing (there was no carpet, broken dispensers for shampoo and shower gel in the shower). Also with a door to the next room where noisy neighbors lived.

The food in particular meets my expectations as fresh and has a variety of sandwiches to choose from. Bread is always fresh. Loved the classic tuna. In breakfast steaks and eggs are just awesome. Staff in busy hours works on their toes. Good job guys.

Good help must be hard to find the attitude on the guy when I came in today was awful. Flat out told me they don't carry the cheese I wanted because he had already started closing down an hour early and didn't want to go get it. Then when I asked for a little bit of a particular sauce he covered the salad in it. I work in the industry so I understand the want to get out soon but if a guest wants it you should always be willing to go get it. Otherwise don't start breaking down an hour early.

The sangria was so disgusting & offensive in taste and appearance so we opted for white wine only which was right above the bottom of the barrel at best. The pasta had 3 shrimp & to top it all off we were asked to be moved from a table in the terrace area with a decent view to a table on the inside in order to accommodate a large party who preferred our seating. If you want me to move, pay me to!

Love the food. Staff was very friendly and attentive to your needs. Price was perfect to fit budget and food was kept fresh and they never ran low. Perfect place for brunch.

I'm not a French food enthusiast but the food was uh-la-la! I tried the fish and the frog legs. My mother's fillet was cold but we asked to be heated and It was delicious.

This place was 5 star before the move. We would have gladly paid the reasonable price of 20$ a person before. Now the quality is just not as good. The food used to be exceptional and seems mostly downgraded and prepackaged now. Brie has turned to cheddar cubes. And French bread is now some dime a dozen croissants. Clearly we are disappointed. Not sure it’s still worth the 20$. Doesn’t seems like the same owner chef.

Amazing food & great wine. Everything was cooked perfectly. Garlic parsley butter shrimp is a must, I wanted to drink the sauce and the shrimp was perfectly prepared, absolutely delicious. The food came out fast but we never felt rushed. I have to note that our waitress wasn't great,but the manager/owner noticed and took over from her. Can't wait to go back!

Horrible customer service waited over an hour for the pizza, driver brought the wrong one and I tried to ask what kind because we were starving (at this point we would have eaten anything) and he ignored me and jumped back in the car to allegedly go get the right one so we waited another 45 minutes and I called back and the rude employee stated that the roads were blocked off and he could not get to us. Well I went and checked myself the roads look perfectly fine to me no police no roadblocks no nothing then when I called back once again the employee was very rude saying well that's what my co-workers told me so I can only go by what they say! My friend is handicapped and cannot drive and depends on food delivery and Papa John's really dropped the ball so I tried to get him a credit for another Pizza and was told to call back with the address (I left his house already) so I called back and multiple times through several different phone calls kept getting put on hold. I finally just hung up. Extremely horrible customer service we will never order from this Papa John's again!!!!

I ordered pizza at about 130 in the morning to my job I am a night auditor at a Hotel. I specifically ordered a meat lovers no sausage because I am allergic. When the pizza came in to my acknowledge it had sausage. I tried calling the store back but it was already closed. I took pictures of the pizza and I threw it away. When I called the store this morning to give them my complaint the manager answered and told me why would I throw a pizza away. That was his main concern I told him because I am allergic why would I keep that overnight and bring it home with me? He continued rambling and telling me how A person wouldn’t throw a whole pizza away. Instead of apologizing and looking for a solution. I then told him I had pictures he told me to send it to his cell phone and then told me that that wasn’t sausage that it was ground beef. Be a judge for yourself look at these pictures if you saw this on your pizza what would you think it is? He then told me that he will give me a credit but let it be the last time that I called to complain. Really?! What type of customer service is?! I have been a loyal customer of Papa John’s for over 20 years. They have the best pizza. But this type of customer service is unacceptable. I have never dealt with this. I contacted corporate and I am currently waiting for their response their management team in this location definitely needs more training. If I don’t receive a call from corporate I will definitely take my business elsewhere. Super disappointed!

It's the WORST Papa John's ever. I just ordered today a pizza online at 1:53pm. It's 4:21pm right now and it has not arrived yet. I had to call them twice on this, like I have nothing else to do . On top of everything, the staff on the phone was very rude. She even put the phone down when I was demanding customer service because she didn't want to hear it. Then she called me rude. You would think customer service comes with your order. Don't order here. These people suck big time. I guess "you can't teach service". That's why they work at Papa John's and will probably stay working there forever.

This papa johns told me their not a broward store because i purchased a coupon book from some school kids with a papa johns coupon for a free med.one topping pizza so he went on &on about he's not a broward store but he's on young circle down town Hollywood if thats not broward county.my thoughts just didn't wont to serve me a free pizza :-( :-( :-( :-( :-( soo :-( :-( :-( :-(

Got my order but missing extra things I asked and paid for. Like garlic sauce and pepperoni pepper. I asked the lady if they charge delivery charge and said NO. No wonder why my order was a bit off in price because they did charge me for delivery. Just terrible.
