Reception office is located at 1915 N Ocean Dr and not at 315 Cleveland St. I booked it online and found out there was additional fee $19+ for service fee (For choosing Partner offer option) and $19+ for parking fees despite Booking.com says parking available but didn’t say Fees apply. Other travelers seemed to take it hard when they found out about the extra fees. Room is spacious and ok but one of the bulbs on the ceiling isn’t working well. Electric outlets are just a couple and located at inconvenient spots except one next to the bed. I booked another night online hoping to keep the same room for another day and had to go to the reception in the morning again. The receptionist explained in muffled voice that was difficult to understand and finally I figured that the hotel would charge additional $39+ if we don’t check out by 11am despite new reservation made last night and said we would have to check out and check back in the late afternoon and have to pay the $19+ service fee again plus $19+ parking fees. The most troubling part is we booked an additional day to avoid check out and would cost additional $39+ for if we’d like to keep the same room and would have to pay $19+ again, so about $60 additional fee after the hotel room fee if we’d like to stay an additional night. That’s we experienced from this hotel and potential guests should be aware of those additional fees not listed on Online booking sites. I feel like they are taking in exorbitant fees from the unexpecting travelers who would have no choice but to pay when checking in despite no clear descriptions about these extra fees on Online booking sites. This hotel is Bandits of the Hollywood Broadwalk Oceanside Hotel!

They place not well maintenance door floor bathroom are not clean you uncomfortable to see on the chair . I don’t recommend
