Got their checked in elevators never work got to the room was no fridge no coffee cup to make the coffee plus it had insect infestation not a good look looking to get back some of my money from spending two days walking 10 flights of stairs up and down every time I needed something no ice only on the ground floor. Wow..

This place needs a big update. The floor carpets are very dirty. Musty smell

This place needs to be closed down and knocked down. It is truly the worst place to stay. The carpet throughout the hotel smells horrible. The carpet is worn out and needs to be replaced. Omg! The rooms are hideous. The bed spreads were dirty. I didn't want to touch any thing in this place. I didn't want to breathe in this place. However because of the time of day it was, I stayed. Never again. I took a bath towel and placed it on the chair and that's where I stayed until daylight. I got the hell away from this nasty place. The bathroom was disgusting. You could tell that no one had been in this room to clean it at all. The sick had hair in it and inside of the tub as well. This place is a breeding ground for an infection. Stay away.

Hotel looks good from the outside. But once you hit the elevators you can tell you've made a bad decision. Elevators we're old and dated very hot,stuffy and small. Room was worse. Toilet had some kind of yellow stain all over the lid. The shower which seems easy enough to operate, was not. Room was very small. Beds were like laying on a slab of concrete and a very mysterious wet spot on the floor. Would not stay here again.

For $140 bucks it’s a bit astounding. The ground floor looks good, but the rooms are much worse. I’ve paid less for better rooms without roaches. Woke up in the middle of the night after being bit by something and found them in the bed as well as all over the sink. The hallways reek of heavy smoke and the rooms have a musty not so clean aroma. The ac unit is loud, and the shower made me feel like I would be more unclean after I used it. The staff was nice, but the rooms are definitely not a bargain. The pillows were small , and the rooms were very outdated. The ceiling had very clear leaks from the floor above. I would take the time to contact the management, but it’s apparent that they are using the excuse of just purchasing the hotel and “inheriting issues” to justify issues that would require their attention, and clearly have no intent to solve them.

Very dissatisfied !!! This is my 3rd time staying here and will be my last! The room has a dingy smell and No BEDSPREADS! just a sheet and blanket on the beds. After complaining, an employee came up and tried to hand my husband the BEDSPREADS. We had to ask her to put them on. Then, management decided they wanted to shampoo carpets in the room above us! WHAT!the constant motor was intolerable!! The only reason I didn't leave was I have a cruise leaving tomorrow . The only caring person here is a new employee Dwayne. He extended himself to remedy the noise problem personally. Check out other hotels in the area. The price here is high and the satisfaction is LOW.....LOW..low......it gets worse! The fire alarm goes off last night. We had to evacuate and the fire dept was called. Just as I was beginning to relax... then,.this morning, 2 roaches scampered at the sink area!! Get me out of here!
