Veranda Palms Resort in Kissimmee

To summarize;

We were in our town home late due to resort staff not being present for check in which resulted in us being late to the park for Halloween Horror Nights. We had to call the main Stay Sky number to receive after hours check in information. We did not arrive during the after hours time but at the check in time stated in the reservation email.

We were also late to the next days events due to staff not being present during the posted office hours even though the sheet states guests must check in within 24 hours. Staff are suppose to be present 9 am to 7 pm according to the reservation email.

The Town House was not ready for us and we had to clean everything as well as handle dirty towels. Smelled moldy, floors hadn't been vacuumed. No wash cloths in home.

The Hot Tub that was advertised did not work.

Basic amenities such as a computer or printer are not present. Guests can use office printer, if worker happens to be present, at $1.50 per page. I recommend going to another hotel/resort that offers it for free as they happily did so for me and could not believe ours did not.

The biggest issue is that the employees have no customer service skills and their nonchalance and unavailability is a serious inconvenience to guests.

I do not recommend staying here. For the same amount of money, if looking ahead of time for less money, you can find better accommodations.
