The hotel is very new, clean, and service was good. I just wish at check in the staff would tell us about their shuttle services, as we were having a hard time to find parking at Disney Spring and end up not able to visit at all.

Our family spent five pleasant nights in this hotel with a very good environment around Disney. The hotel hardware is new and spacious, bright, tidy and clean. The room was clean and the service was good, except that the location was a bit remote and it was not a Disney hotel after all. The waiting time for the car provided by the hotel was long. I booked it because it was the newest hotel.

The room is very clean, and there is afternoon tea. The outdoor heated swimming pool is very good. There are two swimming pools and a hot spring pool.
