I never got the cleaning service

I understand this is an expensive hotel and I have stayed at places that are over $1k per night but charging $450 a night and $40 for parking which was disclosed and I had no issue with was fine. But then to nickle and dime we with a $45 per day resort fee is just stupid and not what I would come to expect from a "high end" hotel. Pick a lane either be a expensive hotel or rack up fees that you arent going to let people know about in the beginning dont be so shady and do both. I really wanted to say I liked the hotel but this leaves such a bad taste in my mouth that I would never feel comfortable coming here again or ever recommding this place to anyone.

We only visited for the holiday events and didnt stay in a room. Meeting Santa was BY FAR the best, most organized Santa meet and greet Ive ever experienced. I loved being able to book a specific time window instead of waiting in line forever. Santa was great! The value of pictures was incredible!!

The ONLY complaint I have is the price of parking. $40 for parking is absolutely INSANE! The parking lot is in shambles, under construction, and the spots are soooo small. We were only there for 2 hours. It seems pretty greedy to charge so much for so little.

The Gaylord Palms in Orlando is extremely convenient to Disney and is an amazing hotel. it is a huge hotel with an amazing lobby and has a couple really good restaurants. We’ve only stayed there twice and both were during the Christmas season for their “ICE” extravaganza. They literally build a frozen venue inside the hotel that you walk through with big heavy coats on. Every year it is a different theme and this year was Rudolph. They have a couple little slides that come with the ICE tickets. LOVED their Steak House both times we ate there and they may have the nicest breakfast buffet I’ve ever been at. That breakfast buffet takes place in there huge hotel lobby and it is a sight to see. The whole deal is a bit pricey but certainly worth it.

I've gone here annually for the ice festival for many years, and it never disappoints. The quality of the rooms is immaculate, but the best part is honestly the atrium in the middle, which is what makes the place so unique I'm the first place. There's so many cute things to see there like shops, koi ponds, and little reptile exhibits. I always enjoy my stay here and the hotel never disappoints!!!!!!

ICE, featuring Rudolph was an experience. Was able to purchase group tickets online easily. Staff was super helpful and efficient. It was ridiculously cold obviously but really such a marvelous sight. The skill and craftsmanship is truly amazing. Downside was $38 parking. Yes, you read that right parking was $38, $30 if purchased before visit online. I cant justify that amount for maybe two hours. Otherwise an unforgettable experience.

I had an amazing time at Gaylord Palms Resort with my granddaughters on a very last-minute stay, and I was truly impressed. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and accommodating, even with our short notice.

The holiday experience in December is absolutely magical. The seasonal décor, ICE sculptures, and festive atmosphere went above and beyond anything I expected. My granddaughters are four and one, and they had the best time, especially during story time with Mrs. Santa and all the family friendly activities throughout the resort.

What I loved most is how convenient everything is. From the restaurants inside the resort to the arcade, pool area, and even the little deli where you can quickly order food, everything is thoughtfully designed for families. We also enjoyed watching the holiday light shows, which were truly beautiful.

The hospitality, service, and overall experience were exceptional. This resort truly delivers on creating unforgettable memories. I highly recommend Gaylord Palms, especially during the holiday season, it’s perfect for families and little ones.

HORRIFIC EXPIERENCE took 2 hours for one roll that was 20 dollars and only had salmon and cream cheese. The table next to us also had the same issue

I love sushi. I had a rainbow roll on my first night here. I may have to go again to try something else. The rainbow roll is a great choice though.

Great food and service started okay, but then our server seemed to abandon us. (Empty glasses and no spoons for dessert and had to hunt down our own salt and pepper shakers.) But it has a really nice atmosphere while we waited.

On November 18,2017 we went to this restaurant for an anniversary date as we were staying at the Gaylord resort for the weekend.....ABSOLUTELY AWFUL....I ordered the WILD SALMON.....I got a walmart version of farm grown salmon for $37.00......i only buy wild salmon from the markets and i know the difference...FALSE ADVERTISING is what this is.......when the waitor asked how we liked our meal....i politely mentioned the salmon was farm grown...and the waitor brought the chef over to the table for a confrontation...The chef said he would show us all his invoices from purchases and asked if we would like to see them....i felt like i was being verbally attacked and i knew i was right.....i told him no...that's ok and he stormed off.....i also ordered asparagus and the waitor brought brussel sprouts to the table....when i told him he said NO you ordered brussel sprouts....everything was a confrontation ...........i couldnt wait to get out of there.....the atmosphere is outstanding BUTI WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND anyone eat here.....very said because it is in a very romantic setting.......VERY DISAPPOINTED

Immensely disappointed, for this price and the way it was advertised by resort staff this was a let down. The cheese and drink selection are good but the steaks were not the quality of the product. We know of better quality steakhouses in the area and a couple of them at a much better value. The service probably added to the disappointment. We hope they do better in the future for other guests.

Great steak, great food but what I really took back from this place was our Dutch server. On top of the great food he was amazing he knew the menu inside and out and in general was one of the most down to earth an genuinely friendliest people I have had an opportunity to come across in my life!. I would come back just to chat with him just a fantastic guy! Five freaking Stars!
