After we moved to a different room we had a nice relaxing time, by the pool and in doors

I cancelled the reservation 4 days before my scheduled arrival date. It was booked through ******* and was non refundable. I called both the Hotel and ******* 4 days in advance. ******* said they would send correspondence to the hotel, which they did not do snd the person to whom i was supposed to speak with was not available for 5 days. I was lied to by both ******* and the Hotel. I will never use ******* again.

The room was ok. The toilet was running, but a little giggle it stopped and the tub clogged up during showers. The staff was nice. On Fridays and Saturdays they have people playing really loud music around the pool area. I don't recommend staying there if you go to bed early at least not the back side. I do recommend paying the 100. deposit in cash because you get it back. I haven not received my deposit back.

The night we stayed they put us next to a room where people were fighting, screaming and slamming doors all night, then they for sure had a lot of room available

Unfortunately I have this place a shot and had to be moved three times during my stay as there was alottt of issues with the room one starting with a room that the door couldn’t close or would get stuck and wouldn’t open and had to go to the office everytime I left the room. The keys would not work every single time you left the room so they had to be reprogrammed each time as well. The mattress was horrendous. And had no sheets and soooo many stains . The second room was missed by house keeping and the room smelled of feces so we had to be moved again. I also had two children with me. It was a very big inconvenience as we missed our event and had to wait over 2 hours to get a room that was even just decent for the evening

Too may cockroaches little ones during the day.. They need to work with and implement a good pest control and eradication program. Sink in room clogged up . They need to provide maintenance to there drainages system.

Its an avarage stay. Rooms at first look is clean but has low maintnace. The door knob for the bathroom was broken and had a sticker of another person cloth in the door. Bed was comfortable and sheets were clean but the headboard was dirty and broken. Has potential but need more love.

The room wall was cracked, shower water faucet was leaking, shower walls were black. The elevator was not working.

They would honor the fee and would NOT let me stay. And will not refund my money! ********!! Would not recommend this hotel at all!

Food is always good. Wish they had big booths for large parties. Not fond of sitting in a table middle of aisle. Had a lady bug in my salad, but that was a first for me anywhere.

This place was great. They over cooked my steak at first and the waiter looked at it and asked if I wanted a new one. I'm shy and said no it was ok. He still felt bad so he took it upon himself and had the manager come and see if I truly was ok. We told him that no, it was over cooked so he had them make a new meal, with the potatoes too. They also took my meal AND the dessert off of the bill! So we had steak and potatoes left over for lunch the next day too AND saved $35 on the bill. They went above and beyond on their commitment to the customer. We were extremely impressed and would recommend them to everyone. They were very sorry for the mix-up and made it more then right! In this day, that kind of customer service experience is hard to come by.

Amazingly, this is the 3rd time in a row that I've come here and decided....yuk! The service was extremely slow. Only 4 items and one appetizer took us almost two hours!
I'd like to post photos, but apparently can't on this site, but there was gum stringing from under the table. Gross! Check it our for yourself if you go...booths next to the window. I looked and our booth wasn't the only one with gum underneath the table. Our waitress was also completely incompetent, but that's to long of a story!

I love going to this longhorn! Kristen is one of my all time favorite waitresses! She knows what i like and is always very attentive to details! She knows what i want and how i like my food done!! I will always go here and bring friends and family!! Kristen keep doing what you do your amazing!!

Service needs improvement. Seated without menus, silverware. Waitress was nice but forgetful. Pork chops have great flavor, so does the broccoli. Some steaks were not cooked properly. Fried green tomatoes were not available.
