Arriving after dark couldn't really tell what the office was.. Got to the room the latchlock was broken completely missing half of it, room was hot, it looked clean. Realized it was only surfaced clean as behind the door ,in front of the sink and all around the edge , a foot up completely fell there was roaches , which I did not notice until the following night, i didn't notice when I took my shoes off floor sticky.( informed office they came in with bleach to clean whilecwe were out. The air conditioning kicked on and off never really clued in the room.\nI did let the staff know , and she informed me that i'm a third party that I should take it up with expedia(really wow)
The bed is firm love.The pillows had to ask for a fourth because.2 people don't like to share 3.
hotel was close to everything convenient a little bit noisy outside at night but seems safe.

This is not a high end hotel. Could be a little cleaner. Has some downsides to it. However it exceeded my expectations. I had low expectatioins based on the price and reviews. Will definately staynagainm

I have stayed in well over 1000 hotels in ~80 countries. And this stay had many "first's."
* first time ever there eas no soap, no gel, no nothing--not even a simple small bar of soap!
* There was no cup. No glass. Not even a simple plastic cup to get a drink of water from the tap. I had to drink water the old fashioned way--from my cupped hands.
* There was not even a cup of coffee in the morning. No for free, and not even for a tip. Nothing. Never even have I see that before.
I might as well just have slept in my car and washed up in a fast-food bathroom somewhere!!
What's next? Bring your own towels?
Sheesh! I really pity the young generation if this is the kind of serice they have in their future.

Great Stay
The staff are all very courteous and friendly. Check-in and check-out was quick and easy. The room had a comfortable queen-sized bed with a kitchenette for preparing meals on extended stays. The room was clean and the area quiet. I had a great stay.

Yeah…..NO!!
Went to visit my daughter for College Family Weekend and horrible; once the lights went on the roaches scattered. There was what looked like blood dripped into the tub. The smell was ferocious. It took me 10 mins to run back to the office and get the heck out of dodge. Oh-and charged me a $100 deposit fee-I don’t know what in the room was worth $100. We went to Embassy Suites up the block and couldn’t be more satisfied.

The location was convenient, not too bad
Convenient location to Winter Park and the mall. Across the street from hotel, many options to shop and eat.
Inside the room was a large refrigerator, a microwave, a stove, table.
Clean sheets, decent pillows. Clean towels. Clean bathroom.
Outside of the room was a bit sketchy. There was a lot of stuff going on and I won’t go into detail details.
A lot of shady people. A lot of shady activity.
The guy at the front desk was nice. Free parking.

Poor poor poor
The room was dirty. The tub stained and the toilet ran. Stains on the sheets as well. Very unpleasant experience.

Make this your last choice
Front desk staff very polite and attentive. That’s the best part of the hotel.
The rest … all rooms have a smoky scent, I had to request a room change but not a lot of difference. Didn’t feel very safe … I suggest only stay here if you have no other choice.

The AC was set at 68 but the temperature in the room was unbearable 78 degrees. My key stopped working after one night and had to get it fixed. There was no ice machine. They had a refrigerator and freezer but no ice cube trays. Very poor location compared to other Red Roof locations. Very disappointed
