I placed an order about an hour ago only to find out that half of my order was missing. I called this location to let them know that I was missing half my order. The manager, Judith, stated that if I don't come before 4am them I'd have to wait until the next day to receive my order. Although I do understand that their menu items are schedule based, I think its highly unprofessional to turn their problem into mine. I understand that my items were not available after that time, but she was extremely unhelpful in finding a solution to the problem they created. I asked to speak to a manager and was told the manager is on vacation. The call ended with her stating that she does not have time to deal with my problem because they are "too busy".

The food was awful. Ordered sirloin tips and they did not bother to cut them. Manager Luis said he could not help us since we ate the food whoch we did not. I told him not to worry because we would not return.

Sat for 45 minute, service was terrible. Was given menu and other people were seated. We walked out as no one took our order..

Horrible Wait time. We ask for 2 chicken milano and they were complete different (size, taste).

Bring your parka! Food is good however its extremely, extremely cold in here so it makes it difficult to enjoy your food. Food got cold fast as the air blows unstop in there. Just make sure you bring a coat to keep you comfortable.

The picture of a sad tiny burger I was given was deleted but I'll re upload it. If it's not there then JUST KNOW IT WAS SAD AND TINY. My mom and I went here last night. They were cleaned up and ready to leave an hour early. The dining room doesn't close until 12am but every chair was already upside down on the table and everything was cleaned at 11 when we walked in. We almost went to McDonalds across the street because it literally looked closed. Went in and was ignored for a while. Got our order and the burgers (whoppers) had the TINIEST PATTIES EVER! The staff was rude. They lied about the ice cream machine being broken just because they had already cleaned it and didn't want to make more. Wish I would've gone to mcdonalds. Oh, and by the way, before we left, the restaraunt started smoking in the kitchen a lot. Guess it was just some more 45 minute early cleaning?
