Candlewood Suites ORLANDO - LAKE BUENA VISTA by IHG in Orlando

Everything else is fine, except that the room service knocked on the door early on the day of check-out. It was useless to call the front desk in advance. Maybe some of the waiters only speak Spanish and not English.

The hotel provides free coffee and water, and there are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Opposite sheraton, there is a free shuttle bus during the exhibition. Great, worth recommending.

Very satisfied with my stay, the hotel service is good.

The room is quite spacious, with a kitchen and tableware, which is very convenient for taking children! There is no ointment, toothbrush or slippers, so you need to bring your own. There is a 7-11 supermarket downstairs, which is very convenient!

You can cook your own food. There is a 7-11 nearby, which is very convenient. It is only 10 minutes drive from several Disney parks. The hotel is new, clean, good in all aspects, and cost-effective.

The location of the hotel is very good, it is convenient to enter and exit, the room is clean, and there is a charge for parking.

If I could give Candlewood Suites more stars, I would. We initially booked a hotel at the Holiday Inn across from Universal through Costco’s travel package, but after reading all the nightmare-fuel reviews about that Holiday Inn we decided to do a last minute change and ended up booking our stay with Candlewood Suites instead.

First and foremost, they were incredibly accommodating — we arrived a bit early (12:00PM) and they were able to do an early check-in and had our room ready to go by 12:30PM.

The entire place was CLEAN, which is a huge criteria for us. The building is nice and quiet/peaceful, not loud nor crowded.

Disney Springs is literally a few streets away, both Sea World and Universal were within a 10 mile radius. I honestly couldn’t recommend this place enough — it is centrally located from all the theme parks and from the airport.

The pool area was a nice and quiet place to hang out and the deepest it got was 5 feet, which makes it family-friendly. They have grills and grilling tools you can borrow to use.

The kitchenette is stocked with all the kitchenware you need to cook meals. They have a laundry room for guests to use (washer and dryer were free for guests, you just needed to provide your own detergent).

The entire suite was spacious and just felt incredibly clean to be in. Covered parking was $15/night but we were only charged $10/night due to the duration of our stay. The parking garage had plenty of spots available and it’s cheaper than what other hotels in the area are charging for parking ($20-$25), if you’re even lucky enough to find a spot.

We went to celebrate our honeymoon and the staff went above and beyond by decorating the hallway and our bed with rose petals. They even gave us a wedding card and had all the staff signed it — it was a sweet gesture that we greatly appreciated.

If you want a clean, quiet, affordable hotel in Orlando near theme parks then this is the place for you.

Excellent stay! We were here for 8 nights in a king suite. We checked in on a Friday afternoon & checked out early on a Saturday Morning. The rooms were comfortable & clean. My only issue was the sofa bed didn’t have a blanket with the sheets & pillow. The coffee maker did break 3 days in & we never had another one brought after we notified the front desk, but that is ok. The noise level was ridiculous! You never heard anyone, ever! This is probably the quietest hotel I have ever been in! The free washers & dryers were great too! We only had to have our own detergent. Highly recommend this hotel!

The staff was always so friendly and professional. It was very quiet and the room was clean and smelled fresh, and the beds were SO COMFORTABLE! That's all a big deal! We could see the fireworks from Disney from our room, which our granddaughter loved! I highly recommend staying here. You can't beat the location and rates either!
