Clean and very spacious room. We stayed in a renovated room and they did an amazing job. The amenities were very nice after a long day at the theme parks. We will definitely come back again.

This place was amazing. We got the grand suite with the jacuzzi tub and it had a view of the Disney Fireworks.. Staff was amazing. Room was immaculate.

Room was ok but a lot of screws and nails in parking lot appears hotel staff repair guys sloppy.

First time staying at this resort. It’s was very nice, I didn’t visit the water park or restaurant but they were available. I would stay again

We stayed in this hotel for three days, we are all very satisfied, the room was large and spacious, I love the full size kitchen. and the hotel was clean and quiet. We all get a good night's sleep

The room has a broken sofa and the door was damage. But it was good in general. I would come back there.

The kitchen sink water was coming out slow, making a knocking noise when you turned it on called and they came to fix, the balcony door was off track hard to open we always come and their is always a water issue or tv other than that great place

Great resort, perfect for families. Suites are very spacious and nicely furnished. All you need is available, including washer / dryer, fully equipped kitchen. Pool is excellent and quite big

Reception and coffee shop staff were really friendly and polite. Resort and rooms were very clean and its in a great location to get to Universal, seaworld amd Disney with lots of shops and restaurants nearby

First of all, the location of the hotel was great. It was close to major theme parks such as Disney World and Universal Studios, and the transportation was also good, so it was very convenient to access tourist spots

Brilliant rooms great pool area with hot tub,free parking and breakfast, very close to shops and eateries and also close for Disney springs…Brilliant.

So, when you travel abroad, you discover all the good things about your homeland!

I booked it specifically for a trip to Disneyland. There's a dedicated shuttle service to the park, which you can book at the hotel by scanning a QR code. Even taking a taxi to the park itself is under $30

The hotel has its own free bus to Disneyland, which needs to be booked one day in advance. The location is good, with a supermarket and a pharmacy opposite

Good stay at the DoubleTree Disney Springs area - as a rewards member for Hilton I was able to have an early check in plus an upgrade on the booked room - this probably had a lot to do with the fact that it's off peak season

Given a welcome cookie and free water vouchers (to redeem in the marketplace) for the days there. The upgraded room was on the 5th floor (501) away from the elevators, overlooking the pool area

The transportation to the park only left at one time during the morning, which I am not sure if it was because of the time of year or if that is the norm, but if you don't plan to leave for the parks until after 9:00am, you might need to find other means of transportation

the suite sleeps 6 people: 2 double beds, 1 sofa bed. both beds were comfortable as was the sofa. Plenty of room for a family to enjoy

Overall a good stay, with good service from the staff - recommended for larger parties who want to be close to disney springs but also the area outside the disney bubble, both of these areas are within a walkable distance of around 15~20mins from the hotel, the hotel also offers shuttle bus service to the disney parks areas and welcome booklet with discounts

We also decided on all you can eat breakfast the following morning which is $18/per adult. Good selection of options (eggs, Mickey waffles, bacon, grits, cereal, yogurt, etc)

I have stayed at this hotel twice. This is the best hotel you can get in Orlando Florida and its conveniently located close to Disney Land and Universal studios. The hotel is very clean and modern

They are so very kind there. The room has a good layout and was a good size which really makes a difference for our family of six!

Friendly service! Clean and hygienic! It takes 10 minutes to get to Orange Convention Center by taxi! Many of the cleaning staff speak Spanish! The service attitude is very good! The deposit will be credited the next day! But it is close to the road, and sometimes you can hear the sound of fire trucks in the middle of the night! There is afternoon tea from 5:30 to 7:30 in the afternoon!

Along with the free dinner (which is pretty tasty) you get 3 alcoholic beverages for FREE as well! Any family on a budget can stay at the Drury and literally only have to buy their own lunch! The employees here are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room was clean

) The rooms are clean and this is a hotel I highly recommend! Please note that you can make reservations for the shuttle bus to Universal Studios 24 hours before departure, but you cannot ride without a reservation! There are 3 morning and 3 evening departures

The cleaning service was upon request and pretty high US$147 (very quick- 1hr for all 4- Bedroom house). The gym had good equipment and was clean and stylish

It's not nice that you don't put enough toilet paper and then you charge us $1 per toilet paper, that's not good enough service, sorry

We booked the three bedroom villa and we absolutely loved it. The rooms were clean and spacious and the patio with the grill outside was such a nice touch. My kids loved having their own rooms and didn’t want to leave

Booked for a family holiday to Disney. This place is absolutely perfect. Location is within a few miles of all Disney Parks and Universal is very accessible. Clean and homely. Everything we could have wished for.

Great design and layout of house. Easy access, well equipped kitchen, laundry and linens. Easy parking, comfortable bedding and sitting space. The air conditioning changed temperature settings at random

We had the three bedroom with outside grill and jacuzi. Very nice. easy check in and out. Very clean and modern amenities.
