Good stay at the DoubleTree Disney Springs area - as a rewards member for Hilton I was able to have an early check in plus an upgrade on the booked room - this probably had a lot to do with the fact that it's off peak season. Given a welcome cookie and free water vouchers (to redeem in the marketplace) for the days there.
The upgraded room was on the 5th floor (501) away from the elevators, overlooking the pool area. the suite sleeps 6 people: 2 double beds, 1 sofa bed. both beds were comfortable as was the sofa. Plenty of room for a family to enjoy. The suite had a door to divide the bedroom/bathoom and living room area but only had 1 bathroom which needs maintenance - the bath was low and somewhat dirty, the water was cold (felt more so as there was a cold spell in the area). The kitchenette was basic, a little sink, fridge, microwave, coffee machine and enough space to prep basic meal in addition to a table. There was noise from the close-by motorway, but not enough to disrupt the nights sleep/stay.
Overall a good stay, with good service from the staff - recommended for larger parties who want to be close to disney springs but also the area outside the disney bubble, both of these areas are within a walkable distance of around 15~20mins from the hotel, the hotel also offers shuttle bus service to the disney parks areas and welcome booklet with discounts.

I stayed here for the early entry, and it was easy to use.
More than that, the staff were very friendly and the room was spacious. And the warm cookies we received upon check-in were delicious!
It's about a 20-minute walk to Disney Springs. Everyone has their own opinion of whether that's far or close, but it's perfect for those who like to run and want to take a morning walk.

We stayed here for seven nights.
The hotel offers hourly shuttles to Disney World theme parks, with a travel time of about 30 minutes. Breakfast features an omelette station and a selection of pastries. The room is newly renovated and generally clean; however, we did encounter a large cockroach on the first or second night, which we attributed to the weather.

I booked a room with a bathtub, but there was no bathtub. The air conditioner in the room was very loud, like a tractor. The service was just like that. There was no special service. I still left a tip on the pillow before leaving.

Do yourself (and the staff) a favor and go somewhere else. This place exists just to take money from people who don't know any better. The food is terrible, and the staff was basically (and with good reason) apologizing for it beforehand.

It was a TexMex restaurant. Not even called Trader's Island Grill. Asked someone about it and they didnt even know what Trader's Island Grill was, it was just Trader's TexMex
Stood waiting for about 25 minutes for a table. They finally came and asked us if we wanted to eat. They open their restaurant technically at 5pm but it seems like they don't try to seat anyone until 5:40.

Great food. Pizza was definitely deliciously. Also ordered pasta. After asking for additional sauce, it was amazing. Didn't like the house margarita, but that is my personal opinion. Overall experience including service is a five stars.

Worst, worst, worst. Family went there in April while visiting Disney. Wasn't particularly busy but took 45 minutes to get our ORDER TAKEN.
Tons of attitude and it was cold when it arrived. Several tables were waiting, one for over an hour.
Fast forward to Monday, after a long day at Universal, I thought we were at a different Unos (used to love the one in NY, so I gave the chain another chance). But after the rare vein filled steak (supposed to be medium), bland pasta, forks with old dried cheese on them, order errors and sticky tables I realized our was the same crappy establishment. #twilightzone. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Deserves less than 1 star ?

I have mixed feelings about this place. We ate here for the first time yesterday. There was no love put into the food. The waitress was nice and professional. My boyfriends burger came with 2 patties. One was med/medium rare and the other was well done. I ordered the 10 oz steak meal medium rare and it was well done. Also the brussel sprouts are pepper city. Pepper is supposed to enhance the flavor of the food not mask it. It was in between lunch and dinner and they were not busy. The food tasted just thrown together. Not very good at all. I had my meal replaced with the dough bites. They were yummy. The hostess gave us a baggie of Christmas trinkets for my step daughter. It was super cute. We told our server about the overcooked steak and they went above and beyond to make things better. That is why they are getting 4 stars. But I can honestly say we will never go back.

Great place for deep dish Chicago style pizza!! We don't have one closer to the Tampa Bay area so, it's definitely worth a stop for me whenever I come to the Orlando area!! The food is always fresh, delicious and piping hot!! Great atmosphere and staff!!! My favorite things here are the deep dish pizza and of course a glass of thier be refreshing mint flavored iced tea!!!!!

Our server.. we forgot her name but she's from Allentown PA .. was great! The drinks were awesome. Food was good, but all the bread was hard. Maybe over toasted?
