Stayed here a few years ago and it was better then. Now it looks more aged than before. It's still an ok hotel, decent value for money. We were in the tower on the left this time

Maybe that tower is older? They still give you a warm welcome chocolate chip cookie :)

The club lounge area was always stocked and clean for the guests. The bartender on this floor was very kind and friendly. The different musicians displays throughout the property was cool to see!

I held a team meeting at the property and the arrangements for my business meetings were top notch with catering that actually had food that not just looked good but tasted good, also an impeccable service team always present for anything we needed

Overall its a very good hotel, 5 min walk to Studios, 10 to Islands of Adventure, excellent pool, easy to navigate hotel, good food on property. I would happily stay here again

House keeping was excellent and very accommodating. The Pool was the star of the show in my eyes, my kids loved the pool and water slide and what a fantastic place to decompress after a day at the parks

His customer service is what every employee should strive to achieve. We were assigned room 7010 which is by an exit and the view is a rooftop and a lil bit of the Universal Studios theme park

They had a convenient listing of all activities available on different days, and good discounts for lots of surrounding restaurants and shopping

However, the location of the hotel was excellent for the airport and all the theme parks

It was near all the parks and food, as well as stores

We love HGV and this property has great ammentities and location to theme parks, etc. We had a 3 bed/3 bath, with kitchen, living room, washer/dryer, and 2 balconies. It was great, it was bigger than our house!

We just checked in today and have had a wonderful experience so far. The bellman was incredibly helpful—he assisted us with our luggage and groceries and brought everything right into our room

The grounds were decorated beautifully and there was so much to see and do. The room layout was very nice. It was well stocked with dishes and toiletries. I love the place and will definitely visit again

Staff was great and upgraded my room for my birthday and sent me a bottle of wine and macarons. Very sweet! Room was clean and comfortable. Spa was relaxing and pool was clean and good service

It is not far from the four parks of Disney, and the hotel provides shuttle to and from Disney. What I like most is that every staff member and service of this hotel is so excellent

The hotel is very modern, rooms are lovely and each floor is well designed with lifts in middle so easy access to all rooms. The staff are lovely and friendly and go out of their way to help you

One good thing about the hotel is that it provides ice cubes, which is very special and is on every floor

The burger was very delicious I would pick There a burger or chicken sandwich then the stir fry. The pool was really good just a tad small but good. I did wish the resort had more theme but overall good stay

There is a very convenient shuttle bus. The parking lot is very close to the park. The cost performance is quite high. Please note that the room is cleaned every other day, so there is no daily water and small gifts

Everything about the Universal Hotel is pretty good. The hotel facilities are of normal level. It is convenient to have a direct bus to Universal Studios

Our overall stay was fantastic! The hotel has a 24-hour front desk, and they even let us check in early, around 9 AM, without any extra charge, which was incredibly accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel

I was on a business trip, but the hotel is actually more of a resort. They charged a mandatory resort fee even though I was there for work, which was a bit disappointing

Overall the staff is wonderful and friendly, the bartenders are excellent! The communication from the staff is great as well, they text and check in constantly making sure everything is going well

The food, especially the most scrumptious breakfast buffet in the morning and the fabulous restaurant team is so delightful! And, of course, if you like swimming their pool is oh so amazing! The great people around the pool for lunch, snack, or whatever really makes a great difference! And, what a dream this pool is! So spacious, so clean, and oh so inviting

Parking is free and there are plenty of parking spaces available, which was very convenient. Breakfast is not included, but the hotel is close to many restaurants and very near Disney resorts, making transportation easy

The courtyard portion of the hotel is dated as compared to the tower portion. The breakfast buffet was good and the wait staff was very attentive

The price was excellent, it's pet friendly and they have two restaurants and a bar. I loved the covered outdoor area! The room was a bit dated but clean

Great location near Disney! I have stayed here a few times and it has been great each time. The room mostly all have small balconies and the pool area is very large & clean

I frequently have to stay in this area for work. It is very conveniently located and quiet. The rooms are what you should expect. The restaurant food is surprisingly good, convenient, and fast

The hotel is nice and service was good. The only downside was that the shower door base had a leak and water ran out onto the floor. We just had to place towels on the floor to soak up leaking water

The property is perfect. Clean, quiet area, friendly staff, etc. The only complaint is that the pool could use a cleaning. Other than that, the place is near perfect.

The room is clean and tidy. There is no hot water kettle. You can only use the coffee machine to make some hot water. The hotel will also charge an additional resort tax.

The jugular attack @ check in for the time share upsell was unnecessary, but otherwise adored the place. At half the least expensive Disney real estate location, and 2x the sq footage it was amazing.

They also have a lot of cool anemities like a starbucks on the main floor, arcade, bar to relax in and a little shop for your necessities. Amazing experience, will hopefully be staying there in the future

Large, comforting bedrooms. Pleasant view all around. Quiet area and good service. Lacks in the food department with little choice and a sugary taste to everything, such as eggs and milk. These shouldn't be sweet.

We chose this location because we had to make an unexpected trip to the children's hospital from out of town for my daughter and did not have time to find a dog sitter so the fact that they allowed dogs was a big plus! Sebastien at the front desk was amazing and made the stay even better

The buses run every 20 to 30 minutes, but not knowing whether you’ll be waiting 5 minutes or 30 minutes can be frustrating, especially when you have time-sensitive plans or park reservations
