Was over charged. Charged my card on 12/15 for $200.99 and again on 12/27 $186.39. Called several times to get resolved and keep getting cut off.

We checked in at 4 and the room wasn’t ready so they put us in another room lower level and the view was horrible. We specifically booked a city view for just that and they put us infront of a giant parking garage. They moved us to a pool view. Room was uncomfortable and lacking the Hilton flare we are used to. Dining options were limited and very over priced for what it was. Best thing was the Starbucks in the lobby and the $30 credit.

Very good location in downtown Tampa. Room was spacious and clean but a bit noisy.

This hotel is nothing spectacular, just a place to rest your head. Be aware joining doors between rooms are paper thin. I had a room with king bed and bathroom was very small, couldn’t even close the door if you were already on the toilet because your knees would be in the way.
This hotel is a big surprise for being a Hilton.
I’ve stayed in other hotels within a block from this hotel, and I’ve never had an experience quite like this one.
Experience from the start was sub standard.
We were checking in at 5pm and was told our room was still not available, even though we had checked in virtually online the day prior. We were told that our hotel room was still not ready as there was something going on with “airlines,” which seemed like a group of pilots had rented out rooms that day as I saw them going in and out. Regardless, accommodations and arrangements should have been appropriately made to accommodate all guests, regardless of group size or expenses.
Be aware of parking and valet.
We were given an option for either $45/day valet or city parking in a garage, not associated with the hotel itself. After parking in the city garage, leaving for dinner that night, and then attempting to valet the car later that evening, we were told by valet services that valet is actually not associated with the hotel, and has nothing to do with the hotel. Valet also continued to tell us that valet was not available as they were crowded due to an event as well as the football game.
Will not be staying in the hotel again if I visit Tampa, there other options that are great within walking distance.

The room is large and located in the city center. The hotel has a restaurant, there are also places to eat opposite, and there is a paid parking lot nearby

The rooms need some major renovations, the bathrooms are small/ dingy with a bathtub. The room had an awful smell to it and the lines did not smell clean, had a heavy cheap bleach scent to it. Valet is super expensive (45$ + tip) and it’s a nightmare to park in the parking garage or the lot next to it, 35$+. I’d say 3/5 star hotel, at best. I wouldn’t go back.

From when we stayed here last year to this year, we were a little disappointed. While the rooms and house keeping are fantastic, we were let down by the breakfast offering for the price ($30 for basically a continental breakfast) and the lack of upkeep at the pool area (hot tub was way too low on water causing the jets to not function properly). Some of the extras you look for when you stay somewhere were just lacking. The breakfast last year left a great memory with us and the pool area is something we look forward to taking advantage of. Like I said, the rooms themselves and the upkeep were top notch.

Good luck getting a server and when they finally seat you. You wont see your server for another 20 minutes. The food was good but it isn't worth the wasted time waiting on poor service. This restaurant is understaffed we ate here for dinner last night and then lunch today. I can't help to repeat myself but the service is so slow!!! DON'T EAT HERE IF YOU ARE RESTRICTED ON TIME!!

Awful service, food and service. Had to ask about our food after waiting 30 minutes after we ordered. Got our appetizers with our main course and everything was cold. The Server treated us as if it was our fault. If you're on vacation, don't waste your precious time. 7 dollars for a bottle of beer. Considering quality of food and service, they are insanely over priced.

The food was decent, however, the potatoes served with our New York Strip were undercooked. Also, we ordered two desserts to go and when we got home, noticed that both were missing components that were listed on the menu. A little disappointed that we spent 20$ on dessert alone and didn't get the full desserts.

terrible food. the mac and cheese had no flavor at all, just tastes like noodles. the salmon was horribly fishy tasting, i couldnt eat it. my husband had the philly sandwich and said it was awful. the only thing that was good was the seafood chowder. not enough servers there either, very slow service.

I love to eat here. No matter when I go the food is always hot and is always fresh. Not to mention the gentleman behind the counter is always so polite and friendly, as well as the rest of the staff. You definitely can't beat it for the price!

In the spirit of “A Christmas Story” I ate there today (Christmas 2017), glad they were open. Parking was easy, but I could see it being tricky on a normal weekday. The staff was super friendly. Looks like a family running the place and everyone one chipping in. The food was regular Chinese style; not well versed in Chinese. It was very good and plenty for the price. Restroom was clean.

Very friendly and conveniently located if you are staying in a hotel downtown and don't want to pay half of your lodging cost for room service. Very close to the police station and they have some decent vegetarian options too. General Tso Tofu and the Seafood Chow Mein were two of my favorites.

I went to the restaurant yesterday around 11:15 PM, after receiving a copy of my State ID. The food was cold, so cold that I couldn't eat it. They charged me $13.23, match my credit card yesterday statement, but when I research the charge again, they added a $5.39 tip to my bill without my approval. So watch out if you use your credit card with them, for they enter the tip on the bill themselves. Already called the credit card company to report a fraud charge on the bill.
