Everything was very pleasant. I plan to come and stay again when I’m traveling to the area.

The ambience and aesthetic was amazing. We throughly enjoyed all the amenities. Loved the proximity to the shopping.

I planned a weekend getaway and birthday celebration at the Grand Hyatt in Buckhead and it was absolutely wonderful. The hotel and my conference room were clean and sanitized, which is very important to me. I interacted positively with all the employees I met. The food at the event was amazing, but I have to say the breakfast and lunch options were amazing too. Especially the burger and wings. My guest still talks about the shrimp and grits being served at the event and rambles about the staff in the evening. They were attentive but also gave us the opportunity to have fun. We had a king suite on the 17th floor and it was wonderful. The room was clean, smelled fresh when we walked in, had a great view, and the bed was very comfortable. I needed all this after the dance evening. I spent the rest of the weekend relaxing at the hotel and enjoying the views because it was so convenient. The main reason for this review is Tia Young, Event Planning Manager. Working with her was an absolute pleasure. She was always available to answer my questions via email or phone, she showed me the menu options that best suited my guest, and most of all, she communicated with me regularly. From the very first tour of the rooms she made me feel at ease about my event. She is knowledgeable about all aspects of the hotel and the Buckhead area. My guest had already asked her for information about future events they would be hosting and I was happy to share. Five stars is not enough for Tia and the Grand Hyatt staff. These are truly wonderful people!

What a magical experience! Surprised my husband with a hotel stay and I'm so glad I chose the Grand Hyatt. The grounds were magnificent. Our room was very clean and spacious! We want to especially thank the agent, Joseph, who was professional, personable, and anticipated our needs! Give this man the employee of the year, He made us feel royal and special ❤. We will definitely stay here again!!!

Great hotel, great location, varied breakfast options

A wonderful oasis in the concrete jungle. The property is well equipped and decorated in a classic elegant style with modern touches. The ground floor of the home features the usual gift shops, a reception area, an impressive multi-level bar and a common area. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide everyone with an exceptional view of the massive open-air waterfall from the Japanese Garden. Typical rooms are based on the Hyatt product. Clean, modernized and well maintained. Exceptional bath accessories! There is a 24-hour fitness center on the 3rd floor. I found it to be clean and well equipped. From this level you can also access an outdoor terrace leading to the swimming pool and Japanese garden. This was, bar none, my favorite aspect of this hotel. The attention to detail and serenity are impeccable. Admire the stone walkway through lush bamboo, fountains and sculptures. A traditional footbridge leads to a cozy and cozy pagoda at the precipice of a huge waterfall. In this calm and cozy space it is easy to lose yourself from reality. The concierge lounge is located on the 23rd floor. Amenities include a self-serve Starbucks coffee machine, countless sodas, juice and other beverages. Snacks are individually packaged and tastefully presented. The lounge has plenty of seating and a business area. Multi-level windows provide inspiring views of Buckhead and beyond. The hotel is impressive, the staff is friendly and hospitable. I will definitely be coming back every time I'm in the Atlanta area. Kudos to Hyatt, you win with this property.
