The hotel is conveniently located near Centennial Park. Upon arrival valet was prompt and patient while unloading our car. They even helped get a luggage cart and off load bags. The front desk reception was nothing short of amazing. We had a king suite for a room which was very spacious and clean. The room was comfortable and I would absolutely stay again.

I don’t often review hotels (even though I travel 50-60% of the time and see many), but this one stuck out for many reasons. The front desk was beyond kind and accommodating, with a great sense of humor. We were here for a show, so the hotel could have been overwhelmed, but they accommodated our bags after checkout and offered us conference room space if we needed it for a short stint. Incredible service!!!! The bartenders David and Quaneisha at the main bar on the ground floor were so nice, generous and enthusiastic. Great conversation and great service. Genuinely kind and interested. My friends and I just went for drinks and it was truly a great experience. I highly recommend this bar. The lobby and the hotel as a whole are very fancy and a nice place to hang out.

Was only there for one night because of transit through. Rooms were what they were for the cost. The room was really bad Specially room number 305 and the rug was smelling, This property was built in 1980 and it’s about 44 years old! Need to improve the conditions of the room and the staffs were nice they helped me change the room and requested not to go for the cancellation.

The breakfast was okay, varieties were served especially our and second day, then by third day, it startes declining. Overall the.breakfast was not that bad.

Friendly staff at the guest desk, her name is Chandrisa. Clean room. Except I don’t like how far is the toilet paper across from the toilet in the front of me. I woke up in the middle of the night forgot it’s more than arm length to reach the toilet paper.

Hotel was very clean and quiet and comfortable as always. Second time staying at this location when in town. Only reason for 4star because it was one minor issue in my room ladybugs coming through the seals of the window. No big deal. Still enjoyed my stay.

I had a very pleasant, comfortable stay. The suite room size was extremely generous. But most importantly--when there was a minor issue with my room, the staff response was outstanding: prompt, courteous, and responsive. Kudos to the team there. I'll definitely be back.

If you are going to Truist Park, then you should stay here. The room are spacious and clean. The location very close to the pedestrian bridge that leads to Truist Stadium. We parked our car for 3 days and didn't have to move it as we ate breakfast in the hotel and lunch and dinner at the Battery Park at the stadium.

Pleasantly surprised! We visited for a game at Truist. Location was very walkable, convenient, and included plenty of parking. Rooms were quite nice - newly updated, clean, and comfortable. Great customer service. In a busy area and screened by lots of trees. Clean hotel. Feels secure as you have to use your room key to enter the parking lot. I was disappointed that hot breakfast was not ready on time during my stay as I looked forward to eating before heading out every morning. It’s part of your rate.

The service we had at this hotel was great. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of our room was not up to our standards. I am dairy-free and I was especially grateful for SpringHill Suites' commitment to serving a variety of guests needs in the breakfast that they offer. Pros - Convenient location. Safe parking. Clean room. Comfortable beds. Nice deep couch for sleeping on. Plenty of towels and pillows. Friendly staff. Big free breakfast. Cons - door to bathroom is frosted glass and to use in middle of night means the whole family could get woken up with light that brightens the whole room. Parking is not free. Would stay again

I had a delayed flight to Atlanta and had to book this place for stopover. Room was big and breakfast was so good. I really enjoyed the stay here and the staff was so helpful. Only downside is that water was USD$4 per bottle

Very clean, spacious room and ghe customer service at check-in was pleasant and efficient. It’s very close to the airport and so is very convenient for a layover stay. My only issue would be that breakfast started at 7am Saturday, which is late for persons with early morning flights. Nevertheless, I’d definitely recommend this hotel.

It's clean, and the breakfast is decent. The staff is friendly. You can take the train from the airport. There's nothing to eat around the hotel, but you can find a restaurant at the airport.

Excellent location just steps from the airport's internal train stop.

My 91 year old mother needed a wheelchair , and one of your employees spotted it across the street , helped me With it and dried if off.  He and the women at the desk were so nice and personal!  Thanks

The hotel is located right next to the Atlanta Airport. For travelers who need to take an early flight or arrive very late, there is a 24-hour tram service between the airport and the hotel, which is very convenient.

Staff very courteous. The hotel was very clean and brds were comfortable.

Breakfast menu was good. Bottom part of refrigerator doesn’t get cold/works. Only the freezer works but overall enjoy my stay.

Breakfast started at 7am. On our first morning, we went down at 8am, even the plates ran out. Also, we spent 3 nights in room 229. The thermostat was not working, we did not have enough towels, our phone was not working to call room service, our trash was never emptied, towels were only changed when we asked , the dirty ones were never removed and the beds were never made.

The rooms were a little older looking but very clean and amazing upkeep! Would def stay again if I’m the Atlanta area.

Nice staff, comfortable room (especially the beds themselves), and the best location. Within walking distance to a Super Target and other stores and food places. The family was very pleased with this choice. (We chose the 2 bed/2 bath suite)

It's a total dump. However, during the hurricane it was the last hotel room remaining in Atlanta that I could find the staff and management were very friendly and if it were an emergency situation I would definitely stay there again. Motel 6 has good rooms the only my only issue with it is that when I stay there someone that shot in the parking lot from the hotel so that's but security was that fast but it could do better and the first room they gave me had a spots in the bed but the manager was very nice and just so you know gave me another room

Always love embassy suites. Still do the happy hour at night and free made to order omelets and breakfast. Having a door between the bedroom and living room is always great for when traveling with friends.

All staff weee do friendly couldn’t fault this place from the fresh hit breakfast to the free evening reception! The rooms are all suites, equipped with a living room and a small desk. The hotel is older and the facilities are average. The room has wireless charging equipment, which is particularly convenient. The hotel breakfast is not bad, but the end time is too early, closing at 9 o'clock. Including breakfast, the overall value for money is good.
