I chose this hotel after deliberating among several near Black Rock, and the pool was large and excellent. There were also shopping streets and restaurants nearby, making dining convenient. I really want to go back to Hawaii... I'm leaving with fond memories. 💗

Such a beautiful property, a little on the higher end but if you want to have a really good vibe it’s worth every penny. Right next to whalers market, beautiful beaches next to it. We had ocean view room booked on floor 5. Even when you don’t wanna leave your room, you can enjoy sunset from your balcony. They have 3-4 pools, waterfalls for adults only pool, those cute flamingos in the lobby. Perfect ambiance for a Hawaiian vacation.

The front desk receptionist was very upset. Although I requested to arrange twin beds in two rooms more than two months in advance, Ctrip obviously did not do its job well. Three generations of grandparents and grandchildren came out for vacation, but they only arranged two large beds. How could people sleep? Finally, after communicating with the front desk receptionist again and again, the problem was solved! It was not Ctrip customer service who helped me solve the problem! Remind guests who book overseas hotels that if you have any requirements for the room, it is best to communicate with Ctrip customer service by phone to confirm it! ! !

Poolarea is more 5* than 4*, 2 restaurants very nice and very good food, nice bar, good breakfast at starbucks, beach very beautiful no rocks just sand and waves and save swimming no currents, we saw turtels and manta rays, very friendly staff

We got a deal for attending the timeshare presentation and were surprised that the package is for all Marriott Westin locations around the world, not one base location. So we bought a package! The resort was comfortable, the room was huge and had a lovely kitchen that we cooked breakfast most days. We had a gorgeous view of the ocean, and the birds on the patio were so adorable. Extremely clean pools and hot tubs, and in general the facility was very clean. We loved the flavored water refill station, and the restaurants at the resort to grab a quick lunch before exploring the island. Extremely friendly staff, and a gorgeous beach to feast your eyes on. Excellent for kids if you have them, but romantic and quiet for couples. We got massages that were so luxurious and I can’t wait to go on our next adventure with the timeshare package we purchased! I recently had the pleasure of spending my honeymoon at the Westin Maui Resort and Spa, and it was an absolutely beautiful experience from beginning to end. The resort provided the perfect setting for a romantic getaway, and we were enchanted by its beauty.

One of the highlights of our stay was the adult-only pool, which offered a serene and tranquil atmosphere. It was a lovely escape where my partner and I could enjoy some quiet time together, ideal for a honeymoon experience.

The staff at the Westin Maui Resort and Spa went above and beyond to make our stay truly exceptional. Mark, who worked by the pool, deserves special recognition for his kindness and personable nature. He took the time to engage in conversations with us and shared fascinating insights about the island's history. His recommendations for places to visit on the island were invaluable, adding an extra layer of exploration and adventure to our honeymoon. On our last day, Mark surprised us with handmade tea leaf leis, a thoughtful gesture that left a lasting impression on us.

We also had the pleasure of interacting with Dex and Anson (that might not be exactly right), who made a positive impact on our stay. Their friendly demeanor and genuine hospitality were truly remarkable.

The valet personnel were incredibly friendly, always greeting us with genuine smiles and a willingness to assist.

The Westin Maui Resort and Spa exceeded our expectations in every aspect. The resort's stunning location, attentive staff, and the exceptional service made our honeymoon an unforgettable experience. We felt pampered and well taken care of throughout our entire stay.

The resort sits perfectly in the middle of Kaanapali. Next door is a small shopping center. It has a small food court and some restaurants to eat. It has a small game room for the kids to keep them distracted. But don't forget to buy water there are only 4 complimentary bottles.
