New Orleans, 717 Conti St. (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Clean and friendly staff. The only thing I wish they had refrigerator in room.
Yes everything was great just like the other 2 tomes we have stayed there
The rooms were clean and well cared for. Staff was always friendly and helpful and the location was just perfect 1/2 a block from bourbon Street and within walking distance of most attractions downtown.
Location, location, location! Rooms were clean and great for the price. You are in the heart of Bourbon Street area. Walking distance to public transportation. Head one way and you have night life. Head the other and you have a combination of high priced and affordable art galleries and shops. If you like a great dive bar a block from Erin Rose. If you like upscale and fancy hit bars like the...
Clean rooms, excellent desk service (including Pierre), and the location is wonderful.
The staff was very nice, and the housekeeping was excellent. All problems with our room were promptly solved. This was a great place to stay in the French quarter near Bourbon Street. Since it was off Bourbon Street we did not have any noise issues.

Great location and not very noisy. The room was classy and well maintained. Comfortable bed.
Good hotel, with a good location, couple of minutes away from the French Quarter. Looks really good and the fact of not having a key but a code is easier (not loose anything) Check in and check out are really easy
First room I got the toilet kept running on and off. So they moved me to a king suite and there were roaches in the tub. There was a tub shower instead of a walk in shower. No one takes bath anymore. The room stay humid even with the ac on 60 degrees. The parking lot was so small you need a compact car to fit in it. The only good thing was that it’s attached to Desi Vegas Steakhouse. I would never...
Amazing hotel and service, monique and kevin make amazing that place, in love with new orleans
The staffs are very friendly, specially reception lady was super nice and we arrived earlier and she helped us checked in earlier . That was amazing ! The hotel is so clean and very convenient to CVS , supermarket and restaurant, walk distance to French quarter . The price is worth for the service. Highly recommended to everyone !

Everything, clean, location, protected parking & nice employees. My new only place to stay in New Orleans
I enjoyed a very nice room with a great shower, hot water, and a comfortable bed. Added bonuses was the free parking and the location on the streetcar line.
Loved the 2nd floor balcony room, it was the upgraded King and had a sitting area plus outdoor balcony (shared) access. Comfortable bed, small refrigerator, a microwave and a keurig coffee pot in the room. It is right across the street from the St Charles street car stops (one going toward canal street and the other headed deeper into the garden district). The check in and check out were smooth...
Staff were friendly and welcoming. Parking was great and where the hotel was located was perfect.
Parking was great! Room was clean, able to replenish linens easily. AC worked great! Once construction is done next door the noise will be gone! We will stay there again!
There's a street car stop directly in front of the hotel which was so convenient! The location is wonderful for those not wanting to stay near the french quarter. The garden district homes are walkable. The staff was very helpful for directions and recommendations. The rooms are a great size with fantastic lighting. For young children, there was a collection of holiday books in the lobby to read (staff...

Okay, hear me out…. I booked this room for NYE without reading reviews. I read reviews a few days prior and got nervous. We are local and just needed a decent place to sleep close to The Orpheum Theater. It’s an old building… any building in NOLA that was built prior to 2005, you will have to worry about mold. Luckily, there were no visible signs of mold like others stated, but my allergies were reacting...
Ok hear me out...it has potential. And it was not awful...but the pictures online are definitely misleading. I don't know what floor those rooms are on but it wasn't mine. My room was much older and was a little like being in someone's attic. Overall I would describe it as maybe a little dingey. The room was mostly clean but there are just a few changes that could make a big difference. Almost all...
This is my favorite hotel in NOLA. This is also my second time staying here in a two week period, and that says alot. This place is clean, has beautiful views, and is in a great location. There's a bar at this hotel, plenty of places to eat, and lots of places to shop, all within walking distance. This hotel has a balcony on each floor. The balcony is where I spend most of my time taking in New Orleans...
Great motel in a historic building and a great location for the French quarter. Only two blocks from bourbon street
Quaint little apartment with a great balcony and historic charm. We enjoyed our stay. The beds were really comfortable and the space was nice and comfortable. The check in process was easy and we had access to everything we needed. It had a few small things that needed to be fixed but that is to be expected in a historic building. We would definitely stay again.
Very stylish, old-style hotel. We stayed in a very spacious 2-bedroom apartment. The apartment has a large balcony with the view on the Canal Street. The location is perfect, just on the edge of French Quarter. The staff was super nice and friendly.

This is our 5th visit to NOLA and we finally feel like we found a "home" here at AJH. In addition to the beautiful overall charm of this amazing and historic hotel, the staff absolutely made our stay. Leroy is one of the greatest people we met here in NOLA. In an age where good service sometimes falls through the cracks, Leroy went above and beyond for us. He was Incredibly friendly and professional...
This is by far the best place to stay in New Orleans. Leroy is the manager and he’s amazing, a very welcoming host who’s a pleasure to speak with, he went above and beyond to make our stay truly special. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable and the courtyard is lovely. This is the only place we’ll stay at moving forward. It’s also the perfect location, one street over from bourbon and just...
Leroy at the front desk was great!!! The cleaning could have been better but it was okay. She made sure we had clean sheets and towels daily. The building needs repairs, like the porch seems like it will collapse soon. The Owner stopped providing coffee in the lobby
Great location! Walking distance from the restaurants/shops/bars. Cool hotel and history behind it. Leroy was very helpful and attentive. Would go back!
Staff!! Conveniently located to all the entertainment and eateries. Highly recommend if you want a nice quiet and restful sleep.
Hotel was a little rough around the edges, but we throughly enjoyed our stay here. We ad the king balcony room, which was great for sitting out on at night sipping a red and people watching. Great location near Bourbon street and some really great restaurants! Front desk staff is absolutely awesome. Friendly and accommodating! This was our fifth time staying with Stephen and every time feels like coming home. We stayed there from Nov. 8-15. You have your own house, with a lush patio a spacious bedroom and bath on the second floor and the living room/kitchen on the ground floor. Stephen has stocked it with lots of snacks and drinks as well as a book of recommendations. It is our favorite neighborhood in New Orleans. So...
We happened upon Pierre Coulon Guest House in the most serendipitous way, and had a wonderful stay there. It is a unique and historic space, located in a great neighborhood of New Orleans. Stephen is such a welcoming host and has put so much love and care into the space: the kitchen is thoughtfully stocked, the living room is cozy, and it feels like home. The guest house opens up to a beautiful garden...
The property is in a truly old home, but they have done a great job to update it and make it comfortable. It has the feel of a hostel, but definitely higher quality than your average hostel. It's a great option for a place to lay your head that is clean and convenient. The porch is amazing is well. Everything works, showers were warm, and everything was clean.
Charming house behind a house off the street with a beautiful garden in front. Very private and very comfortable. Stephen is an excellent host! The Marigny District is very centrally located, walking distance to the French Quarter, with lovely restaurants nearby.
My partner and I stayed in Stephen's beautiful guesthouse for our honeymoon and it could not have been more perfect. This guesthouse is BEAUTIFUL and spacious and charming!! The two upstairs bedrooms have a balcony overlooking a courtyard, lots of natural light, and are well stocked with everything a traveler could need. The courtyard is gorgeous -- filled with plants and flowers that give it a tropical...
Beautiful property and great, welcoming staff. Property is in a great location. Older property is not well noise insulated. There was some sleep interruptions the first two nights from noisy upstairs neighbors. I would probably give highest rating if staying on second floor.

Gorgeous interior, welcoming hosts, delicious breakfasts, adjacency to RTA transportation and sundry shopping. Recommend! First visit; will be back and upgrade to one of the stunning suites.
This place was awesome!! Bob and Michelle were great! Breakfast was amazing! Check in and out were super easy. The rooms were very clean and big. It was very easy to walk everywhere.
Great stay! Great Hosts! Great Breakfasts! Location - Block away from Frenchman Street Jazz clubs! Great recommendations about NOLA. They have between six and a dozen rooms. Plenty of parking on the side streets.
Our stay at Elysian Fields Inn was simply fabulous… Everything was absolutely perfect! The house itself is stunning - so authentic and decorated with such great taste; you immediately feel at home. Elysian Fields Inn is such a beautiful and welcoming place to stay in New Orleans. From the moment we arrived, it felt like home. What a warm and welcoming staff on all levels. This boutique, historic property is a delight. Location is perfect to walk to activities in the French Quarter and Warehouse District. Just steps from the trolly system and only casino in the area. Units are comfortable and amenities just right.
Went to New Orleans with my husband, sister, and my dad so we wanted a place we could all stay together but that had more than 2 beds. Hotel de L’Eau Vive fit the bill. It was clean and comfortable, and exactly what we needed. We had a small issue with hot water - there was only enough for one shower an hour but reported that to the hotel so hopefully they fix it. The location was perfect and an easy...
We stayed here for a night before departing on a cruise. It was nice to be able to spread out with two bedrooms before being in close quarters on a cruise. There is a pool, but it was too cool out to use it. However, the staff was extremely helpful...
This hotel is charming and a real New Orleans gem. The location is great, steps from the French Quarter, near our favorite restaurants (August, Chophouse, Mother's, Ruby Slipper) and the Halloween Parade (as well as many other parades) passed directly in front of it. Our unit had a full kitchen and slept six people. The linens and towels smelled devine. What made our stay really special was the...

Spending the night in a historical mansion was on my bucket list and I had a lovely experience at the Queen Anne. The former home was beautifully remodeled to its original beauty. As we walked in the door, we could immediately smell that distinct smell of antique buildings. The management was extremely friendly and met all our requests.
check in at the hotel right around corner. beautiful old house. fantastic location -3 block walk to the St Charles trolley. much better than trying to drive/park in the french Q. Bed was super comfortable. water pressure for showers was excellent.
This is a wonderful place to stay. We had a large room and balcony overlooking the street. It was hot the week we stayed there, that wasn't an issue though the room was very cool. We'll be back.
The room was small, but inviting with antique vibes. Loved our stay here. The beds could have been bigger. The toilets were clean. The location is very convenient. The Check in and the Car parking were across the street at the Prytania Park Hotel. The Saint Charles Street Car stops to French quarter is at a walking distance.
Rooms here are so beautiful, definitely hear for steps from the people above us.
We will return again and again. Parking and finding check in was a bit of a trial; future guests should note that check in is at 1527 Euterpe, at the Prytania Oaks hotel. Parking is across the street from the Queen Anne, which is on Prytania street. But the room, oh god, was it beautiful!!! And the service is impeccable; you truly feel as though you are taken care of by faeries. It's WONDERFUL.

Ok hotel, staff really friendly and helpful, good location walking to where the action is, and nice restaurants nearby, close to the shopping mall, pool is just rubbish, rooms ok,  the sort of thing thing you would expect, I thought the price was quite high comparing to other better hotels on our trip. We didn't eat in the hotel, or use the gym so I can't comment on that

If you prefer nice quiet neighborhood to the chain hotels in busy areas, this was exceptional. 5 - 10 minutes, you can walk and catch a trolly or bus to anywhere you want to go and helps saves $$$ with not having to pay the high parking costs in the tourist areas like the French quarter.
