Had a great stay! The hotel was spacious and quiet. We also loved the restaurant for breakfast. There was also a close Irish bar on the corner that was a convenient distance.

The entire hotel smelled of rot and mildew. This used to be a great hotel. We booked several months in advance. When we arrived, that room was not available. I found the garbage can just outside out room collecting dripping water from the ceiling very attractive (it was not raining) The smell, it was awful. We did not stay.

Great staff but hotel needs some cosmetic updating overall. Looking a little rundown. Got a corner suite upgrade after heater was stuck on in our first room. No bar or restaurant but they do put out water all day and coffee in the morning.

The staff was great. The room didn't have a microwave. The sink didn’t drain properly, water would fill up in the sink. The lighting was terrible. Neither Valet or hotel staff knew if first responders received a reduced rate for parking.

Staff was incredibly helpful and kind! Room was very quiet but a bit dated. Location was incredibly convenient as it is central in the French Quarter, and I was very quiet given this. The pool did not look nearly as blue and clean as in the photos so did not use it, though others did. I was a bit disappointed in this as I was visiting from the Northeast and was excited to take advantage of the beautiful weather! Water pressure in the shower was also a bit low. Overall had a very good experience. Also- not a huge deal and this may have just been me not looking hard enough, but I didn’t see the hot tub that is advertised.

Room was nice but outdated. Air conditioning was almost non existent. Customer service is good when you first arrive, but changes when you’re there for a few days. Was getting stuff ready to leave for checkout at 12:00pm and was rudely rushed by the housekeeper on our floor at 10:00am. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re wanting a true 5 star experience. There’s better options.

Arrived to be advised we had to post a $220 "deposit" which would be returned 7-10 days after checkout. When reservation was confirmed 30 days earlier it was a $75 per room (150). We went to our room to only a half roll of toilet paper and a lot of long hair around the base of the toilet. No clock for our use, no shampoo, just a bodywash and conditioner with a coconut lotion. Daughters room seemed quite good, also had a small mini-frig .... our room did not.
We also assumed the restaurant was open daily, but NO, it doesn't open until Thursdays for dinner. Breakfast was good on Friday (day we checked out). Very disappointed in the hotel overall, especially the bathroom scenario. Will not be returning to this location.

Very old and not very clean structure, a few steps from the French Quarter, the waitresses are helpful but at the same time very noisy, they shout, sing and talk about their business as if they were at home, in the morning you are forced to wake up no later than 7.30-8.

We had the Sunday jazz brunch. Everything tasted delicious, especially the eggs Benedict. The service was great. We were in a sunny spot and they brought an umbrella over for shade. It was a little pricy but we'll worth the experience. If you've never been, you're missing out on one of the special treats of NOLA. The live jazz trio was awesome as well. They even took requests and played at your table. We'll certainly be back!

A beautiful setting for a jazz brunch. The buffet was plentiful and delicious. The wait staff was excellent. Peach nectar mimosas were outstanding. The Court of Two Sisters came highly recommended and didn't disappoint!

This place is a MUST GO for anyone visiting New Orleans. First of all, their brunch selections take up an ENTIRE ROOM, and they have a WHOLE TABLE dedicated to dessert. They also have jazz brunch on certain days. One of my favorite places in the world!

Went for brunch buffet. The food was good but didn't really justify the price in our minds. It also seemed like the kind of place a local would never go.

Decent atmosphere though and there was an pretty broad selection of foods, both safe and adventurous (e.g. tried turtle soup for the first time).

All-in-all this was a decent experience but we had better ones for less money and didn't even have to go that far away.

We tried this place having never been there. It exceeded all expectations! The courtyard was stunning with lots of lights and a fountain. The food and service were exemplary. We can't wait for a chance to go back.
