Elevators were broken and we had a room on the 7th floor! Had to climb up and down 4 times and were later told that the had been breaking off and on all week!

The room was not clean for months probably it was very unkept. I tried to exchange rooms, but they were none available. The front desktop for helpful to sit stand. The breakfast was awful. It was all messy. Nothing was available.

Need renovations. Dirty. You can stay in a better hotel around that area for same prices.

Right in front of convention Centre , I walked back literally 1 min. To outlet riverside 5 mins.

When we pulled the sheets back to go to sleep they were marked with a piece of tape.
No one knew what that meant so the front desk moved us to another room.
It all worked out fine but sheet issues are disturbing at any hotel.

It is very close to the New Orleans Exhibition Hall, just a few steps away. It is the first choice for business trips and exhibitions. The room is also very clean, the facilities are complete, the price is not expensive, and the cost performance is very high.

Worst service all around. No more than a few banana peppers when asked otherwise extra. Rude workers and no receipt.

I had my worst experience with their staff, arrogant, despicable, and did not know how to treat their customers. If there was a zero to rate them that is what I will give.

Most reviews said the staff was rude here. I had a different interaction. I came in knowing there may be an issue of rudeness thanks to those reviews. However, they weren't rude! They were just really emotionally down. I talked to the workers and when I showed regard and interest in them. They perked up and were fine- not great. There's a real opportunity for a good manager to help these folks get excited about their work.

Bartenders added their own tip to my credit card after I put CASH in their cup. ??? Don’t ness with peoples bank accounts!! I work just as hard for my money as those bar tenders. I just chose to leave cash for tips so it doesn’t have to go on a credit card. Merry Christmas you greedy bastard!

Great tasting food, homie atmosphere...remember it's a bar, you will not get the same service you would at a fine dining restaurant.

Tried catfish and Abita beer here and it was fantastic. Cool little dive bar and bartender/cook Mike was very friendly in directing me to the local breweries for some tours.

The hostess was as standoffish as could possibly be. I know we showed up a half hour before close, but she seemed genuinely annoyed and angry that we came into the restaurant.
The food was awesome. Our server, John, was outstanding. Knowledgeable and professional, friendly and funny. He made the visit very memorable.

This place has the best bread pudding I have ever had! The sauce makes it even better! The food is great and the owner is amazing! He gave us free gator and dessert! The work staff is friendly and there was a live band while I was present. There is also a place to dance while there! Great place! Can't wait to visit Nola again so I can go Back!

Our server April did not really care for us so much. We were not offered drinks automatically. Had to ask and wait to flag her. She was more into serving other parties. Too bad, my husband & I are good tip-ers too! Anyhow, aside from the service this place is okay. Live band was playing and they have a dance floor to whomever would like to dance. Menu selection has variety of choices. The batter for the seafood sampler was just right.
Hubby ordered chicken pasta - pasta was great but chicken was a bit spicy for his liking (We did not include the spiciness of the chicken with our rating). My husband said bathroom was clean. This was recommended by our bus driver who is local.

Delicious food and great atmosphere. Cocktails, red beans and rice, and jambalaya were on point. Also highly recommend the boudin sausage. Service as great. Live band was great and acoustics were not overbearing for the size of the restaurant.

Love love love the place. What a great ambience and such lovely Irish music in NO.
One of the guys kept the crowd entertained by engaging kids n adults alike to play musical instruments and to dance.
The food is good. The large seafood appetizer platter was difficult to finish for 4 adults.
Had an awesome time. Will definitely be back n highly recommend.
