The room was not cleaned. T he elevator broke down, forcing us to walk down five flors using the stairs. In addition, the area where breakfast is served needs better cleaning.

The elder Spanish woman with glasses was extremely rude. Assuming I was under age and unaware of the hotel policies - my mother had to visit the property to set the record straight. I do not like to be spoken to as if I’m a child when I’m 29 years old.
Breakfast was nasty. They had limited food options and the server didn’t allow you to pour your own syrup. Everything was hidden and locked away. Very limited and stingy

Clean apartment in very good location , good breakfast and very good people manning the front desk. I also extended my stay and they managed to keep me in same room which was really helpful.

Excellent stay for a large family at a reasonable price. Our room was equipped with everything we needed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent. It had a great variety of choices even though the same thing is offered every day. Excellent location. Just a couple of blocks from Rockafeller and St. Patrick's Cathedral.
My only concern was with a broken window in our room that allowed a cold draft and a lot of external noise from the street.

Beautiful, spacious rooms with cozy bedding and full kitchens. Location is centric to times square, rockefeller and grand central. Front desk staff was accesible and friendly, no one stands out any more than the rest; they were all excellent!

Everything absolutely top. The only minor, personal advice: no waffles in the breakfast room (smell and "fog" when people eat ). No doubts, i'll come back

Absolutely wonderful! Our suite was remarkably spacious, well-appointed, and clean. The staff was friendly, helpful, and personable. I was particularly impressed with the complimentary coffees and hot chocolates. The rooms were comfortable and the location was ideal. I highly recommend the Bayard!

This was a great experience from beginning to end. The room was very clean and exactly as pictured, and the front desk associates were beyond helpful and nice, especially the woman who was there for most of our stay. I forgot to ask her name, but I do know she has a teen daughter like I do and was just an absolute gem from the moment we walked in. She even brought my daughter some candy for her birthday as we were getting on the elevator because I'd mentioned we were there to celebrate. I will definitely be staying at The Bayard again and recommending it to anyone looking for a place to stay in NYC with a great location, plenty of room, and a wonderful staff!

The quality of the food is far from what I was expecting - a simple chicken breast was overly greasy and unnecessarily fatty. The service was sporadic and when gratuity reflected such - the server seemingly became mute.
I would suggest looking elsewhere for a good meal - there are plenty of options within close proximity.

Excellent selection of wines, meat and fish with views and a full bar. Service was reliable and the atmosphere was casual/cozy. This is a family - friendly restaurant which made for a noisier experience.

Pricey but breakfast was excellent! Pancakes with blueberries and almonds was served with generous amount of warm maple syrup on the side. Four personal sized bottles of jams accompanied toast for my egg white omelette with salad. Delicious! Coffee is expensive- $12 a pot for two but served with steamed milk on the side. Service was also excellent. Compared with other restaurants in the area, prices are not so bad and food is much better than our other experiences. Definitely would comeback here! Would give five stars for quality but dropped one star for price!

Fun service staff, tasty food and the perfect atmosphere for a great night out. With plenty of options to choose from, we shared five starters between two people in order to taste as much as possible - each was unique and incredibly tasty. I've experienced plenty of bland Mexican food and this was the complete opposite - though I'm not sure how authentic. The upper loft-like seated dinning area was fun and overall the whole evening great.

Bad service, girl was in no good mood and forgot to take my order, she knows not much about what they sell, food is not the best for the big price they want. Not recommended

This is a pretty good Mexican restaurant, a nice place to have a sit-down meal or just drinks with a group of people. The food is all pretty good, so you probably won't go wrong with whatever you order, and the service is pretty pleasant and efficient.

I enjoyed the whole experience at Dos Caminos. The service was excellent. We were somewhat in a hurry and the server was very fast and efficient. The fish tacos were the best I’ve ever had. The only drawback is no free chips and salsa with the meal.

Food was fine but they give you a VERY short time to eat and be out of there. When I arrived at 6:15 they said we had to be out of there by 7:15pm. And then right at 7:05 they were there with the check telling us that we had to be out by 7:15. Felt like we had to scarf down our food with little to no time to enjoy drinks. VERY disappointing. If you are looking for a nice relaxing evening do not come here. They give you just over an hour to order get your food and eat.

I've been to less than clean hole in the wall joints that have been absolutely exceptional and Mendy's is not one of them. Bland food, un-attentive staff - one even had a hole in his disposable rubber gloves as he prepped food, which looked stale and left out for far too long.
I'd complain about the outrageous prices too but hell, I wouldn't even come here if it was free. If you're hankering for a sandwich, do yourself a favor and just go to the subway next door.
