Had a 7-day stay at the hotel, my first time in New York and it left a great impression. The location is ideal, right next to the subway which makes getting everywhere super easy. We were on the 38th floor, with a 'wow' view both day and night. The room was clean (housekeeping daily) and the bedding was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend it! 👍🏼

Good location, friendly staff, room with a stunning view of the New York skyline. The only complaint about breakfast is that there are no croissants or brioches, only muffins. Gluten-free products are available, but they're adjacent to gluten-containing products and not adequately marked, making it impossible to avoid cross-contamination.

The rooms are quite small, with six rooms on each floor, six on the south side (higher floors offer views of the W.T.R. and the Statue of Liberty) and six on the north side (higher floors offer views of the Empire State Building, Rockefeller Center, etc.). However, the location is excellent: 50 meters downstairs, the 28th Street Line 1 subway is one stop away from the 34th Street Penn Station, right next to Macy's, and two stops from Times Square. The Empire State Building, the Edge, the Pinecone (a $12 ticket to ascend), and the High Line are all nearby. The Museum of Natural History is also convenient, and the Metropolitan Museum of Art requires a subway transfer, which is also convenient. Breakfast is pretty much the same every day, but it gets crowded between 8 and 9 AM, so you'll need to wait for a table, which usually takes 4-5 minutes. The front desk staff has a Chinese translator (no problem if you don't speak English).

Very well-located and very clean hotel. The problem is the staff. Only a few are friendly. The rest deserve to be fired. Unacceptable for a hotel of this category.

The room is neat and clean, poor soundproofing. Second stay, 33rd floor facing New York landmark sKyscraper. Although the price is not cheap but definitely worth it. Will come back again.

Building is tall with many floors, could spend 15 minutes waiting for elevator. Need to wait 15 minutes in line for a breakfast as well.

Service was good but the food was pretty mediocre. They ask if you want hot sauce and you definitely do because of how bland the food is.

food here is deliciousand healthy. but the best part is the staff. I go here maybe once a week and I'm always greeted as a friend, even though dont know anyone in this store personally. they treat me and everyone else as if they are close friends highly recommend eating here
