I love checking in to red lion with ms Verna!! She is the sweetest. I always feel welcomed and she always goes above and beyond to make sure me and my kids are comfortable! She definitely needs a raise!! Comfy beds and clean rooms

Terrel was amazing all around happy go and no complain at all. You guys need to replace the front desk for throwing tantrum last night and promote Terrel. He should be trained for front desk because he has a smile on his face and always happy during our breakfast. He will do great at the front desk!

Melissa was very helped with your checking she provided a good service and explained things in details and helped us she helped us with the hotel vouchers and everything and everything went very smoothly

I stay here often as a commuting airline pilot. Melissa is always smiling, asks how I’m doing, and gets me checked in and to the room as quick as possible. Definitely recommend! The airport shuttle runs 24/7 and I’ve never missed a flight or check in.

I arrived at the hotel from the airport late at midnight. The hotel is quite large, but they only have two elevators, and my room is located very far from them. I had to walk a long distance while carrying my luggage to reach my room. Once I got there, the room key didn’t work, so I had to go back downstairs with my bags to inform the front desk.

A staff member came up to provide me with a manual key, as he could not open the door himself. I asked him for a new room key because I wanted to go downstairs to find something to eat, as I hadn’t had dinner yet. He mentioned he would return shortly with another key, but I felt uneasy being alone in the room, especially since it seemed like not many guests were staying at the hotel.

Food was great. Price was fine. Service was rushed which I don't like at all. Even the cashier was going by habit and didn't take time to make eye contact,smile or acknowledge us.

Service was awful & so was the food! I have never been served pancakes that were only cooked on one side in my life. Putting it on the bottom of the stack doesn't mean it won't go unnoticed. This use to be a nice place to eat but times have truly changed. I strongly recommend an overhaul before things spiral out of control.

There was a plethora of female “entertainers” that stopped by from the ”gentlemen’s club” they were very polite. Also the security guard, whose name I believe was Porkchop Jenkins, made me feel very safe and secure. The crackhead outside really gave this establishment a robust character. Five stars.

I love Ihop, but this location was the worst. Horrible service, waiters have no customer service at all! Manager or supervisor walking around and not even ask how I was doing. Had to wait for seating, had to wait for waitress, had to wait for coffee and water, had to wait for soup... ridiculous. I just got up and left. I am very disappointed. They need a good manager or supervisor to put to work to those waiters. Unbelievable!

Gary was my waiter and he was superb with service. The location Tyvola Rd, Charlotte, NC. Very positive attitude towards the customer's. Gary has a great attitude and should be part of management pool he is definitely management material. Continue to hire people like him and I' m sure your establishment will be profitable. Never forget the little people they are the ones that keep the company in business.

We decide to visit this restaurant and we were very disapointed. We order an appetizer that never arrived to the table. When we got the Check they wanted me to pay for the appetizer that we never got but the server said it was made so I needed to pay for it. I refuse to pay for the appetizer and the server voided from my check. I pay the bill and went home, when I check my bank account they add the charge to my card without my concern. The food wasn't great and the ambiance either. I don't recommend this place to anybody!!!

This place is fantastic. I am Mexicans-American and grew up with delicious, home-cooked Mexican meals. This place is at times better than Grandma's cooking. ( But not mom. Nobody is better than mom in the kitchen.)

The service and decor were decent. The ingredients were decent, but the food was disappointing and bland. The drinks were also overpriced and filled with ice with no refills.
