The view was great, and it was conveniently located downtown. However, the area in front of the hotel wasn't all that clean.

The room is not big, and the lobby is also small, but there are free lemonade and coffee bars, as well as special pineapple cookies. It is very close to large shopping malls and can be reached on foot. It is quite convenient.

Great hotel! Add 25 dollar "amenity" fee that is not advertised. First I thought it was a gip. But all in all you get your money's worth.

This place is awesome! 10/10 recommend!! The location was in a beautifully convenient spot in the city right by the water. Checking in was a breeze. Host hooked it up with a free drink at the restaurant/bar they had downstairs which was very nice. The room was one of the best rooms I have ever stayed in. View from the balcony was lit and the bed was super comfy! They left this little cute husky plushy so I took him with me, he’s mine now in exchange I leave y’all this 5 STAR review ⭐️ Thank you guys for the stay will definitely be back!! 😁

This was my second time staying at this hotel. The first time was 5 years ago. In this visit we received the same great service. But the hotel was not like we remembered no AC we were given a box fan to use but it had a broken leg. We paid for a city view instead got a view of a parking lot. Great service butt I don't think there will be a third visit for us for the reasons mentioned.

We were pleasantly surprised, it is an older hotel but very clean and well maintained. It is right on the river and lots to do within walking distance. Parking was $25/day extra but it was a rainy day and we did get covered parking, plus looking at other hotels in the area that seems to be the norm. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful plus there was a restaurant/bar on the first floor. We will defiantly stay there again.

As a local-ish we had the opportunity to stay here for an evening during St Patty's weekend. The room was comfortable and clean. LOVE the double duvet! It was convenient and easy to get to and from our events. But let me just say customer service was impeccable. Friendly, kind and accessible. Thank you for a great stay.

You know my wife and I were pleasantly surprised staying the night here. The only complaint I would have is no AC, it’s winter the room was stuffy and required the windows to be open and the MAX is loud. But besides that we enjoyed our stay. We ate at the restaurant and the food was absolutely delicious and the service was impeccable! Not once but twice the chef came out to speak with us and was so helpful and kind. There are so many perks here as well, free good coffee bottles of water and we received two free drinks of our choice right off the bat.
As we know Portland has had its share of problems recently but I felt our vehicle was safe in the garage and we felt safe in the building.
Over all A+
