I picked this hotel because the venue of the concert we were attending was a block away. Room was immaculate and well equipped. The staff was above and beyond! I will definitely stay here again.
We had a great stay at The Hoxton, Portland. The room was very clean and well maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay
The Hoxton is one of our favorite places for a staycation and that’s big because I love my own home and bed. I love the luxe feel and the city vibes all wrapped into one
They really made us feel comfortable and taken care of. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it
Clean room, friendly staff and location. Walking distance to restaurants, bars and public transportation if you want to venture out of the city.
Mac is too good. Give her all the raises so she stays. If I ever have a job for here, mmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Some figures in the bathroom were a bit rusty and aged, desk in the main room looked like it had been through a battle with a handful of deep scours (to the point where I had to take pictures to ensure I wouldn't be charged with damages)
The location is great since it's close to downtown. Both the room and the lobby are clean, and there is free water available in the lobby
The staff is genuinely friendly and helpful, and the location is fabulous! You can pick up a street car to other neighborhoods within 2 blocks of the hotel, but the walk to Pioneer Square takes only 10 - 15 minutes or so
Lovely staff members, they were all very friendly. Loved the access to games, gym voucher for local gym. Room was clean.
We were traveling with kids, the arcade and game room were selling points for me. The kids loved having something to do and there was something for everyone in the game room. Would definitely stay here again.
The valet was short-staffed, 3 out of the 5 times I needed to pick up my car there was no attendant present, witnessed other guests confused upon arrival to the hotel wondering where attendants were
Portland, 50 SW Morrison Street (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The room is not big, and the lobby is also small, but there are free lemonade and coffee bars, as well as special pineapple cookies. It is very close to large shopping malls and can be reached on foot
Pretty good place where you can feel comfortable.
Great hotel! Add 25 dollar "amenity" fee that is not advertised. First I thought it was a gip. But all in all you get your money's worth.
As a local-ish we had the opportunity to stay here for an evening during St Patty's weekend. The room was comfortable and clean. LOVE the double duvet! It was convenient and easy to get to and from our events
The view was great, and it was conveniently located downtown. However, the area in front of the hotel wasn't all that clean.
We were pleasantly surprised, it is an older hotel but very clean and well maintained. It is right on the river and lots to do within walking distance
Jupiter original rooms are small, cute, and clean. Yes, theres some niggt noise, it is a party neighborhood. Staff friendly, bar is excellent, optional welcome packages are hilarious.
Really had a great Portland experience! Also, even though they had events throughout our stay, they were wrapped up early enough that no rest time was interrupted, which was really a plus!
The staff were wonderful and welcoming. The location was perfect for our visit and we could walk or transit everywhere we wanted to go. The room was comfortable and clean.
Super clean room and attentive staff. Loved the secluded rooms and there was a courtyard as well you could hang out in right outside the rooms.
Super nice staff! Rooms were clean and so cute! Chalk door was so cool! Tent area is great! Close to food and bars. Hey Love bar inside hotel was great too!
Amazing honestly, I will be coming back for sure!
All of our rooms were absolutely spotless, with a cozy bed, plush pillows, and a great view. The bathroom was equally impressive—super clean with high-end toiletries that felt like a luxury spa experience
Portland, 1001 SW Broadway, 97205 Portlend, Oregon, SShA (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Very comfortable hotel in a central location. The (unavoidable nowadays, sadly) $30 amenity fee includes a daily $15 credit at the restaurant, making it an affordable option for breakfast.
The hotel is in an excellent location, right in the city center, the neighborhood is safe and there aren't too many homeless people. The room is clean, spacious and the bed is comfortable
The Heathman is a beautiful hotel with relaxing ambiance. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Central to much of what Portland had to offer for tourist. The only complaint I have is lack of parking
I had a wonderful corner room with loads of light, amenities were outstanding: comfortable bed, big bathroom with good water pressure, amenity kit (see pic), huge TV (which, unlike many hotels was easy to operate), sensible light switches, plenty of power outlets, inc USB on each side of the bed for phone charging, soft robes, excellent plunger coffee maker, fridge, in-room safe, etc etc
The staff was accommodating and friendly, also able to answer our questions and provide recommendation. In addition, we were there for an event, and the Heathman is perfectly situated. We will stay there again.
Very professional, friendly staff helping care for a special old (okay, Historic) building. Oh yeah, and us guests, of course!
Next event at The Schnitz, and I'll be back at the Heath!
Thank you!

All in all, a perfectly quaint hotel that is well maintained in a good location with solid team members that made the stay enjoyable. Thanks again for your services, we appreciated it
Overall everything is pretty great! Food is served quick-service style and has remarkably cheap pizza and beer. Taste and value are well above average for Hilton food
The biggest issue is the menu is tiny, they only have appetizers - no main courses
The hotel environment is Hilton's usual standard. The front desk staff is very nice. The hotel food is just average and not suitable for Chinese stomachs. I will choose to stay here next time.
Rooms/Service - When we checked in, the room was slightly dirty, but when we told the front desk they said "what would you like us to do" rather than offering solutions upfront, which made us feel like we were the ones causing the headache
The bed was great, though the sheets seemed a little small for the mattress and kept coming untucked — still very comfy overall. I also loved the chair by the window; it was a perfect spot to sit and watch the city
The restaurant does room service which is really fantastic when you’re traveling with a dog—oh and it’s pet friendly. This is my favorite place to stop for the night when traveling to California from northern Washington
We attended a wedding reception at the Kimpton Riverplace. The staff was great, both professional and Portland-friendly. Food at an event is always a questionable, but the dinner at this reception was excellent
This place was absolutely amazing and we had an excellent stay from start to finish. The room was spacious and well appointed. The staff was friendly and super accommodating, and we had a delicious breakfast
The staff was more than courteous from the front door to the reservation desk and into the restaurant. The Dungeness crab benny was sooo good. Our server Hoby was amazing too. We won’t stay anywhere else in Portland
Extremely friendly and helpful staff, beautiful and clean and in a very peaceful and picturesque part of portland
It’s a very clean, well furnished hotel with incredibly kind, friendly staff. The restaurant is very good and we enjoyed the social hour every evening
Portland, 1022 SW Harvey Milk St (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Beautiful note that has a coffee shot next door. The room was very homey. Loved everything about it.
This property was so charming and veautifully decorated. Had easy access and parking one block away. Food and shopping was all walkable distance. The rooms were perfectly small and had all amenities
We had a great day and everything we did was within walking distance or quick Uber away
The staff was always friendly and helpful with recommendations The Photo Booth is a nice touch and I had a blast reading through secret messages in the loft library. We are definitely coming back!
The staff was very helpful, the coffee shop next door was great (with a surprisingly good vegetarian breakfast burrito) and our rooms were comfy with great views and old-timey, vintage charm
I would recommend bringing an eye mask if you are sensitive to light as some of the manual lift blinds were tricky to close all the way. I’d definitely stay here again, thank you PDX Kasa!

Today I encountered the most friendliest professional front desk agent that found it possible for me and my father to stay for the night. I want to thank Piper, Luna and Raven for a pleasant stay at The Society
The staff is kind and accommodating and the rooms are simple and comfortable. The beds were particularly comfy, and the decor was minimal but very chic. We had a small private room with a shared bathroom
Exactly what I needed last minute. Had a wonderful sandwich and coffee to start the day by a cozy fireplace. Grateful such a historic building is still bringing life to the city
The bar abd rooftop lounge are an added bonus! There's a very cute drag bar right across the street. The only downside is that parking around here is tricky. DO NOT LEAVE ANYTHING, AND I MEAN ANYTHING, IN YOUR CAR
Facilities: Very complete and new
Hygiene: Very good and clean
Environment: Elegant environment, there is a cafe downstairs, very nice
Service: The service staff is attentive and considerate
Located in the old Chinatown, the public security is average, but the store is very good
It has a superior location, warm service, simple and fashionable style, and combines the characteristics of an international youth hostel and a check-in B&B.
Portland, 509 Southeast Grand Avenue (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the entry door had 0% noise blocking
When people went into their room across the hall, it sounded like people were entering my room. Just for others to be aware if you go to bed early, or bring ear plugs
Room was nice and the staff were very helpful - there was one issue with my room and I asked the manager if he would be willing to comp a small part of the mini bar fee which he did so I appreciate that very much
The Hotel Grand Stark is very new and spacious. A very well designed remodel done in 2021 . Will stay again !!
Clean rooms, super comfy and staff were extremely kind! Made my Portland trip even more enjoyable!
It was a nice place to stay, I loved the fact it looked like a horror movie down the hallways
We just loved staying at Jupiter Next! From the first day booking the room until checkout, the staff was awesome!! They were polite, accommodating, and went above and beyond!!
The rooms were clean, the beds were so comfortable, and everything was perfect!! It was within walking distance of restaurants and so conveniently located near the airport!
I can’t wait to stay there again!!
The staff was amazing, the room spotless, the location phenomenal, and the on-site bar/restaurant super convenient.
Would recommend for sure!
Clean and relaxed
All staff polite and helpful
Smelled good looked good and the decks/patio balconies are wonderful
Clean rooms. They let me check in a little early. Super kind staff. 10/10
Clean, good bar downstairs, comfortable bed, and in a cool neighborhood
Clean Room! Amazing Staff! And the view was fantastic! We love the Jupiter Next!!!!
The hotel was really nice overall, the front desk was really helpful and accommodating, the door man was polite, and the value was there, especially if you’re doing things downtown in the Pearl District
The location is quite suitable and convenient. The room is in good condition. The big bed is very comfortable, the pillows are very soft, and the hygiene is very clean
Thankfully, being tall, I could reach above the door to pull the pocket door out, but that’s going to be problematic if you’re a shorter person
There is an atmosphere of class in this small classic hotel. The decorating is tasteful interesting and aproperate
The bar on the side of the front desk provides tea and coffee 24 hours a day, which is perfect
My only complaint was the bathroom; there wasn’t a way to close the bathroom’s pocket door
Portland, 221 SW Naito Parkway (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Love the property. Location is perfect. Easy access to many areas of downtown pdx. Deluxe room absolutely the best overlooking the waterfront. Will be back again and again. Thank you for making my stay a delight
While there are many unhoused people in downtown Portland, they do not bother people and I never felt unsafe walking to nearby restaurants or shops. The concierge let me know how to use the transportation system
Local public transportation stops nearby, allowing you to visit all over the city, including the Arboretum , zoo, Japanese Garden and International Rose Test Gardens only a 20 minute MAX train ride away
Staff was friendly, checkin and checkout was quick. Had valet parking. Rooms were roomy and quiet. Close to nice eat places. Would recommend.
I had a studio which had a Murphy bed. The studio was large, but the bed wasn't as comfortable as being in my own bed at home
Beautiful place
Fabulous location and service but a little too pushy on the part of staff in front desk. Never understood the term “ resort” if they don’t have a pool, restaurant or bar in site.
Portland, 319 SW Pine St, 97204 Portlend, Oregon, SShA (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The bad thing is that there is no free parking (they offer $59 valet parking which is super expensive). If you’re lucky you will find some free overnight parking spots near hotel (it’s free from 7pm to 8am)
Everything is pretty old and run down. Breakfast was in an Underground Room without any Sunlight. Rooms where clean. Whole building neeeds renovation honestly, would not book again.
Location-wise, for the price, it’s not terrible — about a 30-minute walk to Moda Center. However, in cold weather, you must cross a bridge and walk along the river, so dressing very warmly is essential
Great hotel for families and you can stay, they give free drinks as well as breakfast
Wonderful location and great room. Will stay here again!
We couldn’t even find the pool or jacuzzi — signage and directions are very poor. We couldn’t use the lobby restroom. When we asked the front desk, they said, “The door sometimes gets stuck,” but made no effort to help
Portland, 1150 NW 9th Avenue (in the centre) 🧭 Map
I was not an overnight guest and did not leave the ground floor. The staff was friendly & helpful. There is a fire pit, open sky and covered seating in the central courtyard
The best Marriott in Portland. Amazing staff, impeccably clean facilities and scrumptious ice cream sandwiches!
At breakfast—which is delicious and complimentary—one of the team members gave our son a small stuffy (didn’t see that coming). The rooms seem like they’ve never been used; they felt brand new! Location was great too
In the city center, parking is expensive
Very professional and friendly residence right next to union station. Feels very peaceful, not sketchy, parking is easy and they even have a valet team standing by. This might be the most professional hotel in PDX
The three of us booked two Bedroom suites, each room has a bathroom, the overall feeling is very spacious and comfortable!
Parking at the hotel is relatively expensive, costing 45 US dollars a day
Great central location lots of activities in downtown portland room was huge bed was comfortable and the staff were pleasant
Great location in the Pearl district and close to all things Portland. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was quite good
The breakfast was excellent, clean and comfortable room, the location is perfect in Pearl District with good restaurants, bars, and supermarkets close to the hotel, but you have to pay extra for the parking lot
The location of hotel was perfect. Room was cleanliness. I just did not like the noise from heating at night , it was loud that made me could not sleep well.
Portland, 2115 Southwest River Parkway (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Beautiful hotel, modern and clean suite. The beds were very comfortable, parking was spendy but also convenient and close. The staff were all extra friendly. We will definitely stay again
for some reason incidentals went from $40 a night to $150 as long with a $49 parking fee so it was $200 extra in fees I don’t know why things changed all of a sudden they said we were getting apt of snacks but we honesty only got snacks once or twice
Elevators fast and don’t have to wait too long. The staff are friendly but we asked for laundry bags but waited for so long at least 40 minutes. Breakfast area is good and food was ok. But not that many options to eat
Parking fee I think is 39-40? It was ok but still don’t get it why we need to pay for parking fee when you stay in the hotel( but I guess most of hotels are like that) I wish they had paper slippers in the room
poor thing she will be trained by a woman like that! If I were u guys I would teach that lady customer service 101 before she teaches the new hires to be as rude as she was
The breakfast was great and the location was good, so I was able to go anywhere without any inconvenience.
I recommend this hotel as a good hotel for a family trip.
Portland, 809 SW King Avenue (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The only minor quibbles is that the tub is rather small - if you are over 4 feet tall your options are having either your legs underwater or your back, but not both at the same time
The upgrade to a suite is well worth it! The staff were wonderful, coffee and cookies available in the morning and throughout the day, and everything is kept spotless
The outside may look dated, but the rooms are absolutely fabulous!!! Thick walls, no noise and great bathroom products!! The lobby has coffee, water, tea and fruit all day for free!! One block away from the 20, 15 bus that takes your to downtown!
A little gem of a hotel, close to the Japanese Garden and Pearl District (each an easy walk), but in a residential neighborhood without lots of traffic or noise
Even better, when it's time to go home you are a 7-minute downhill walk to the red line which will take you straight there. Will definitely stay here again!
Very cool staff there...very helpful with information we requested...wifi was very weak so we had to go out to get connected in the room....very happy

Have stayed at this hotel several times, never disappoints!
Again, with this place. The best of it all are the staff. Yes the room is always clean the service was remarkable. The front desk agents, the valet guys and Kelly at the bar! Fantastic people.
Excellent service, comfortable room, great staff
There were a lot of people in the hotel so kind of busy, and also hallway was little bit smelly Due to thrown away trash in the trashcan next to the elevator. However, the hotel itself was very nice
nice staff nice amenities good breakfast and a located in a good areas
I visited on a business trip.
It was clean and had good service. It was good for a business trip.
The facilities were good and it was a good neighborhood to get around by car.
