I stayed in an Airbnb property here. But the whole building needs an upgrade! The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything that your neighbors are doing. The heated pool is dirty, the hot tub is dirty, the lazy river is dirty. They all need to be drained and cleaned. The walkways are old, and the paint is peeling up on them. They are dangerously slick when wet too.

Not the cleanest place to stay. We stayed 2 weeks and after first week asked for our sheets to be changed. Housekeeping said no - they would give us sheets to change them ourselves. I said I have trouble changing at home and need help and I don't work here. No dice! Seems a shame you can't get clean sheets on vacation. Maintenance staff very nice.

Allowed to check in early which was nice. The room was spacious and unique. Unfortunately it smelled of dog pee. We tried to enjoy the balcony but someone on a nearby balcony was smoking pot which ruined our experience due to the smell. The view was amazing. The amenities were great and the staff were friendly. Mattress was less than comfy but so much space for a large family.

Stayed here before and everything was excellent. This time around the mattress was very worn out and sacked on both edges causing you to constantly roll to the edge as the center was correct height

Stayed there from 6/1-6/6 didn't have a issue. Had new towels at my door every morning. My room was clean. It even had a big refrigerator. When needing something front desk was a great help. Location is great peaceful and quiet. And they even put a birthday message for my daughter! Kids enjoy staying there.

If you're looking for top of the line hotels on the beach, this isn't it, but if you're looking for a decent hotel that is on the beach, this is the place. My main complaint this visit, is simply that I arrived early (around noon) and tried to check in. A room wouldn't be available for an hour I was told. Fine. Penny took good care of us. We had a problem in the middle of the night with a toilet that would not quit running. Things happen. Moving to another room at 1:30AM is not a pleasant experience. We picked this location for the indoor pool for our kids but water was freezing cold, plus we didn't have warm water on our room for a whole day. Staff was nice but overall not a good experience.

Nice enough property but need more attention to detail. One of the plugs in bedside lamp not working which was in convenient with CPAP and trying to charge phone. No trash can in bathroom annoying. Regardless of your dietary needs Breakfast had it all. I prefer a hearty breakfast to start my day and this was amply provided and washed down with as much apple/orange juice coffee or tea as one wanted. Fresh coffee and hot water for tea with all the necessary condiments were available 24/7.

Stayed in a 2 bdrm ocean front unit with balconies. Wonderful rooms with two bathrms two queen size beds in one bdrm and large Ca. king bed in master bdrm. I'm a snowbird and have been coming since 2010 for 3 or 4 months, most winters. At one time, despite opportunities to go elsewhere, we always came here. This year we moved after one month. There are too many room deficiencies and poor customer relations. We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Sands, starting with a ocean-front room that had an amazing view. The staff iwas super friendly and welcoming. The room was large and comfortable and even had a kitchen area. The indoor pool, lazy river and two hot tubs are really nice features. Plus, it's a perfect location on the boardwalk. All at a very reasonable price. We'll be back.

This was an okay place I guess for what we paid. I just know next time we will upgrade somewhere else. If you are on a budget it's fine. They do need to get new pillows. Ours looked 100 years old very lumpy. They did not have much cook ware for there kitchen. I had to go ask for a cookie sheet but they gave me one a brand new one so that was fine. The suite was actually a two-bedroom townhouse in a residential area. The buildings are older and could use fresh paint and new fixtures, but it was clean and comfortable. There were no restaurants within walking distance.

The size of the balcony and the view is very impressive. Hot tub is wonderful. The room and the grounds are VERY clean. Maintenance folks are seen frequently cleaning, inspecting and ensuring that everything is in working order. Would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for some R&R, it's a beautiful place.

Staff that is extremely friendly, caring, and responds to requests almost immediately. You truly have a feels like home experience. The location is fantastic, and the property is beautiful with great amenities. I especially enjoy North Myrtle Beach more than Myrtle as it is a little bit more laid-back and not as congested. Great view of the ocean. Many things to do. We enjoyed Barefoot Landing with many restaurants and shops right on the Intercoastal Waterway.

I have stayed here many times and always have an amazing time. Currently in 1932 and it’s gorgeous! 2 queen beds in the first room and a king in the oceanfront bedroom. The staff is Amazing like always. The only bad I can say is there is NO indoor pool or indoor hot tub. There are 2 pools a hot tub and lazy river. It’s a fantastic place to stay.

I had a really bad experience with a front desk staff member about the PIN code not working for the garage. There was however a super sweet older woman in charge of cleaning the elevator area who was always very friendly towards our family each time we crossed paths. Beautiful spot. Plus it is affiliated with a total of 5 hotels in a row. You can visit each and use their pools, whirlpool and bars. I feel the Carolinian was my least favorite . The fridge in our room and our multiple friends rooms, looked like it came from the dump. The pool was nice, the hot tub was not hot. Bathroom had mold. No restaurant or bar.. Great location to local attractions. We had a beautiful view from our balcony. The room was spacious and comfortable. We only spent one night so we didn’t get to use the pool. Our teens did go to the gym and they said it had be wet thing needed.

We loved our stay here!! The location was wonderful and the breakfast around the corner was such a nice touch. Our room had a beautiful view of the ocean and everything was very clean. We did have an issue with the DVD player but the maintenance man fixed it for us in no time and he was so friendly. The phone in our room didn’t work but we had cell phones so no biggie.

The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds but lacked cleanliness. Easy access to the beach. One small outdoor pool and a tiny hot tub. The pool was sparkling but the hot tub had seen better days- the water was very yellow and the hot tub itself looked very old and dirty. Parking was a nightmare. The location was perfect though and walking distance to the boardwalk.

We were put in the 3 story over flow building next to the tower and the that changed our experience from times we have stayed here before. The building doesn't have an elevator and you have to walk across the parking lot to get to the pool. Not a big deal if you knew that was the building you were staying in but I didn't like the surprise. I probably would have stayed somewhere else if I had known...

Very easy no hitches even though being managed by off site VACASA LLC we had no issues to be resolved. We enjoyed our time.

We have stayed at Camolet for 15 years or more so it was what we expected. Room was a little nicer than normal. The reservation process worked fine and had good instructions. We did not have choice of what floor we were on ( 18th). I like to park outside our rooms. One major negative is the 10 digit code that has to be punched in to enter room.

We booked through trip.com which I found out later was Singapore company cause my 1st charge refused it. They do not update you but we contacted Vacasa and they send us everything we needed to get in room and gate for garage. We were having a terrible time at another hotel, so we called Ocean Park. Tiffany took care of us, and greeted us with a smile when we arrived. The Ocean Park is not a bad hotel however there a better options in Myrtle Beach. The only real pro that this hotel has over others is it's dog friendly policy. SandPebble Beach Club is a quiet hotel with a beautiful ocean view. I stayed in a clean, two-bedroom apartment with a full kitchen and a nice-sized living room. The condo was really clean, roomy and well stocked. The location is great. A few blocks to the downtown Surfside area . Disappointed in the fact that the whole ground level was cordoned off with yellow tape. Could not use any of the chairs, BBQ Hot Tub or access the beach. Had to use the public beach access next to the bullding. Would have liked notification that this was not available before...

We stayed during hurricane Ian but we were always safe. The week only had 1 good beach day but we will be back next year. Hopefully we will have better weather.

Fire alarm went off around 230am. The intercom was saying evacuate. My family took stairs to evacuate but It was a false alarm, scared my 7 year old so bad because he thought it was a fire because we had a bad house fire in the past. I could not get back to sleep. No apologies at checkout

Don’t judge this “book” by its cover I was really impressed on how much room we had. The only issue we had was that we were on the 5th floor due to it was a smoking room. We did have a view of the beach and I was really surprised to see they had a parking deck which made it really nice. Plus we also had access to the pool next door.

The air condition needs to be repaired in the room. And the elevator needs to be looked at because it wasn't working correctly. Walking from where we was parked to the elevator there was food on the floor like people just dropped what they ate and no one cleaned it up. Other than that I loved it. Wish the pool could have stayed opened a lil longer, for my kids.

Had the most amazing Christmas trip! 🎄 They had tons of fun activities planned, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. We spent hours in the awesome arcade 🕹️, and the pool was just fantastic for a relaxing dip. It was a perfect getaway with so much to do and see. Good stay The hotel is dated, but a lot of things in Myrtle Beach are. It was centrally located to coastal College and Myrtle overall it was clean and that was my main need. I even got to enjoy the pool.

Hotel was ok, very hot and humid. Front desk staff was nice but the cleaning staff was rude as can be. Refused to give any extra towels refused to clean the room one day because the comforter was on the floor, laughed at me and actually told me that I need to relax when I asked to have my room cleaned.
