The room was not cleaned or restocked properly which was very disappointing. We had an event and I scheduled a blow out but the person was not a stylist it was at the hotel very odd and disappointing. We would not stay there again
Beautiful hotel with a great rooftop bar and pool. The room was spotless, the bed super comfy, and the staff incredibly friendly. I was even able to check in early, which was a big plus. The location is perfect, walkable to all the fun spots. Will definitely be back!
The on-site restaurant and bar exceeded expectations with high-quality food and a great ambiance. The rooftop pool and bar were definite highlights — the views are stunning, and it’s the perfect place to relax. I was also impressed by the excellent selection of wine, which added a luxurious touch to the experience.
Highly recommend The Joseph for anyone visiting Nashville who appreciates comfort, style, and great hospitality.
Breakfast and dinner in the hotel restaurant was incredible. The staff beyond friendly. I did have a few small issues with my room cleanliness which the hotel remedied via compensation towards bill at checkout. This showed they cared about my business.
I will stay here for all future stays in Nashville.
Rooftop bar was fun, didnt get to experience the spa this time.
