Courtyard by Marriott Austin Parmer/Tech Ridge in Austin

This hotel honestly made my weekend for my SIL's wedding very convenient and the staff are super accommodating! I really want to give a shout out to Christian for truly helping me, my husband and brother in law's hotel in order especially for the quick mattress change.

I believe if you are kind to the staff, they will be kind towards you as well and will help out whatever they can which honestly makes a huge difference to our experience. Granted there are some things in the room itself are slightly outdated and broken (our guest bathroom door is difficult to close and the handle is tilted sideways, our bedroom tv cannot turn off lol, and the rollaway bed mattress had some concerns) - but I do not want to point any fault to the staff because they are truly awesome. Seriously, thank you everyone.

As for the location, you can't beat the area itself. We are only 20 min from downtown austin, 15 min away from round rock where my SIL, and only 25 min away from the venue at Manor! I even found some hidden food gems around the area which is a huge plus because I love food lol.

Overall, this area is a great place and I think you'll enjoy your stay. I will say the hotel should check some rooms because some might have concerns that may need attention such as the examples mentioned above. Thank you guys for having us!

I rarely take the time to write a second review on the same business trip, but I would be remiss if I did not give this hotel another shoutout for excellent service. After check out, my flight was cancelled due to inclement weather, and I did not want to sleep on the terminal floor at ATX. I returned to Courtyard to work on a new travel itinerary unannounced and without a reservation, and was welcomed back and provided a lobby, WiFi, and resources to plan my next step. The Courtyard had rooms available, so the extra night was a given, but they allowed me to turn their clean and large lobby into my personal business center as I tracked the rest of my team safely to their destinations, and then plan my own itinerary for a surprise extra night in the ATX. I want to personally acknowledge Ty and Jared for never making me feel like a burden that would not go away, and for taking an interest in my safety and comfort. To Ty and Jared... thank you so much for being the warm and helpful people you are. I cannot wait to see y'all again on my next trip....

The house was on a quiet cul-de-sac with ample parking. Well situated to access north and central Austin. Bedding was comfortable. Would stay here again.

Nice size home, very comfortable and good location
Overall a nice spacious house in a quiet neighborhood. I recommend this place and plan to stay here again in the future.
We were in town visiting family who lives down the street so for us this was just a place to sleep but the time we did spend here was very comfortable.

Pros: huge common areas, comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood, close to hike/bike trails

Cons: yard could be a bit more tidy and kitchen doesn’t have much so if you plan to cook bring all ingredients.

Clean and spacious!
The rental is in a nice, quiet neighborhood about 15 minutes north of downtown. Very convenient location. The house was large and clean, with 2 Queen beds and a King, along with 2.5 baths. Also a nice patio we wish we had more time to enjoy.
