Conveniently located within walking distance to UT. Fantastic rooftop views, clean room, comfy bed, really nice, well designed shower with soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion provided that smells amazing. Valet top notch! Yes, $55 is a little pricey but worth it to not have to worry about your vehicle. Conner, Luke and the whole valet team were great! Best valet team, hands down! Will definitely stay here again.

I was there for a week, for work. Everyone was nice, friendly and helpful. Edwin e his colleague from the Valet team (sorry I missed his name) were extremely attentive. Thank you for a great stay.

Look, it’s in a decent location and the staff is nice but the stay just wasn't worth the price. This place basically has 0 amenities. No pool is crazy, yea they have a rooftop sitting area but there isn't a bar or anything up there to make you wanna stay up there. The bar was nice and the bartenders were nice but it smelled of sewage. Oh and parking is an absolute joke. Valets are great but the price you pay to park is nuts

From the moment we arrived until the time we checked out, our experience was absolutely wonderful. Conner, Alex, and John at valet were exceptional - incredibly helpful, pleasant, professional, and always on top of everything. They truly made us feel welcomed and taken care of every step of the way.
The hotel staff overall were equally amazing and consistently went above and beyond to provide outstanding service. It’s rare to find a team that creates such a warm, seamless, and enjoyable experience from start to finish. Thank you all for making our stay so memorable!

My experience here during the ice storm of January 2026 was a fantastic one. Netta answered questions over the phone, and welcomed me upon my arrival. She is extremely proficient in her role, and she found the ideal room for me. Dan helped me later that night and displayed a generous sense of hospitality. And, at my departure, Marion was super accommodating and professional. The room was surprisingly spacious and beyond adequate – overall a superb value. Would definitely stay here for a longer stint in the future. Highly recommended!

The location was convenient for me as it’s close to the University of Texas at Austin’s museums and the LBJ Presidential Library and to the state capitol. The rooftop offers a fantastic view of downtown Austin and the Capitol. The hotel staff were helpful and cheerful (Fernando and Freddy were especially cheery and they both have a delightful sense of humor). My room was very comfortable.

The hotel is clean and cozy, newly decorated, and the bedding is very new. I like the table lamp and the round mirror behind the table lamp very much. There is no parking lot in the hotel. You can park the car at the entrance of the hotel lobby first. After checking in, I find a parking space near the hotel, which is $15 a day. They have Neutrogena's soap, shampoo, condition and body lotion in the bathroom. Ten minutes walk from Texas capital.

Chris is a wonderful guy made sure my stay was the most pleasant experience here in Austin Texas. The staff is lovely and will wait on you hand and foot. I love the design and you will too. Brand spanking new and damned beautiful if I do say so. Also you MUST check out the rooftop view the only view of the Southside of the capital in the city!
