Considering the price paid and the expectations set by the hotel, this experience was incredibly disappointing—especially when traveling with a baby. These issues significantly impacted the comfort and quality of our stay and do not reflect the level of service that should accompany the cost.
I hope management will take this feedback seriously.
I couldn’t get in a room until 5:00. I was given a card to get in an “exclusive” club to wait, they only had beer and coffee available in this “club”.
I just wanted a cold water. No one was in there to ask. I was late to my event that night because my room want ready and was extremely disappointed.
Room seems a little out dated. Carpet in room didn't look great. TV didn't work the entire stay. This was the best available in the area at the price. I wouldn't stay here again.
