Room was flooded with water coming thru bathroom vent . Changed rooms asked for valet to transfer bags was brought a cart and told to do it my self . Staff tried to be helpful but obviously short on help . Construction should have been mentioned upon reservation the place was a mess. I would give them a 0
The pillows are awful full of hard balls.
There was no hair conditioner in the shower, and they only put hand soap once, they’re supposed to check everything.
The room has a great size but with no good service it’s not enough. We deserved a compensation for the bad service, but as I said not even an apology.
It was so noisy from the loud ice machine, rowdy guests, sports bar outside our window and street racing. We could barely sleep
Gym needs more equipment & aircon,Wi- Fi needs to be more stable. Area superb, close to Katy's trail and within walking distance to eateries. Thoroughly enjoyed our stays Housekeeping could have been a bit more attentive eg not enough towels for 3 people, no replacing of toilet paper
Older , historic hotel. Loved having the fitness center with up to date machines and convenient location for our needs.
Amenities in bathroom suite were nice.
Limited staff for food service but very accommodating.
