The hotel is in the middle of reconstruction so some of the amenities that we were looking forward to making use of were unavailable. The staff was as accommodating as they could be and we enjoyed our stay none the less. We are looking forward to the renovations being done, as I'm sure the rest of the staff are as well.

Hotel is under major renovations with front lobby and main entrance under construction. Entry is through back by the pool where there’s a makeshift lobby that has a podium as front desk. That temp lobby is very noisy during day due to construction of main lobby. And be careful as temp entry walkway has broken tiles as you come in.
Am sure that once completed hotel will more than meet 4 star rating. Must however compliment the staff for doing an outstanding job to make up for the construction disruptions.

Bathroom showerhead mold, took over an hour to get a dessert. Front desk agent was unapproachable.

Very clean room and awesome staff. Under construction in a lot of areas though and pillows are so uncomfortable.

There was construction going on and nobody informed us about this before we checked in. There was nothing to eat or drink in the hotel or anywhere near it and our room never got made up each morning.

Nice hotel, under construction so didn’t get the best lens to write a review. I will say that the windows on the Maple street side are paper thin and you can hear EVERYTHING happening outside, especially the bar across the street (which the bar is very great and the owner is very nice). You definitely need a sound machine to drown out the noise, if not, then enjoy hearing everyone enjoying outside.

Staff was very friendly. We were not happy with, road and building construction, no gym, no restaurant, and a room that smelled like animal urine.

The rooms were nice. Slightly outdated. Would be 5 stars, but Valet is $60 a night and mandatory. Ridiculous.

At 4 pm they were hosing doen the entry no one to transfer bags to check-in. Slick and dangerous.
Room was flooded with water coming thru bathroom vent . Changed rooms asked for valet to transfer bags was brought a cart and told to do it my self . Staff tried to be helpful but obviously short on help . Construction should have been mentioned upon reservation the place was a mess. I would give them a 0

I am a Dallas native, I have driven past the Stoneleigh many times and always wanted to try it. I was with 5 people when I first visted the place. Partys of 5 or more equals automatic 20 percent tip for the waiter. Apparantly that also means I am getting paid, so screw giving you polite service. I made a complaint to management, and he threw his hands in the air. I had visitors in town, and I was totally embarrased by the non-texas service we recieved. The waitress barked at my aunt twice. Completely rude, the food was less than memorable. Oh, and dont ask for ketchup, not only do they not carry it, your an a**hole for asking for it. Best dry burger in town!!!!

Wow! Ericka could not have cared less that we couldn’t hear each other because of the loud music! Biscuits were great. The rest of the food just so so. Our food wasn’t brought out together. So many awesome places in Dallas. Skip this one.

The food is good but nothing to write home about. The beer menu is varied and well curated (and rotates with decent frequency). Wait staff is usually quite good. Trivia night (Wed) is lots of fun.

Very tasty food and amazing craft beer selection. Moderately casual place perfect for meeting friends for a low-key meal/drinks or catching a football game. Bartenders are knowledgeable; service is great.

WOW! This is the best secret in Dallas! Myself and a coworker had lunch today, and its the best lunch ever. Food and service is best in Dallas. Try the PB&J Chicken for an appetizer, this was the best I have ever tasted. I had the Red Fish Po Boy, and I would rate my meal a perfect 10! Chef Rodman knows is food and came to our table and thank us for our business, and to see how the food was. This place is a must try!
