Staff was very nice. Only issue was the elevator was out but that was a mild inconvenience and fixed before I left. Rooms are very nice inside. I’d stay here again for sure

The room was very nice and the front desk staff were helpful. My only discrepancy is the water was not hot at all. It definitely put a damper on my stay but other than that, things were fine.

breakfast was really good. also, they put the bathroom towels on shelves above the counter and not directly over the commode like most hotels do. there was only a shower, no tub. staff was super nice. good location. good lighting in the room as well as plenty of places to charge your phone and other devices.

The room was incredibly musty smelling, causing all of my clothes and belongings to smell musty. The bed was incredibly hard. The staff were really nice though.

For the price, and compared to other near-by properties, I would have expected a little nicer facility. The room was clean, bed comfortable, quiet hvac. Doors to rooms make a lot of noise, so neighbor can disturb you. It’s location to Memorial medical is very convenient.

The staff were welcoming and friendly. When I experienced a glitch with my third-party billing they dealt with it immediately. A nice hotel, in a good location.

Elevator broken 3 out of the last 4 times I stayed here. Will not be returning.

This ihop has the absolute worst customer service. The hostess who is a African American lady with short hair and dressed up put us at a table and I asked her if she had a booth and said “over there” with horrible attitude so we found a booth which was dirty and left. Get y’all some new employees who don’t have a stuck up attitude problem

There was no wait. Service was quick. Server was prompt and professional. Floor was less than desirable as far as cleanliness. 4 stars because they need to clean more often and it looks like fingerprints in my mash.

I've been craving IHOP for a while and I finally got to come today. I got the chocolate chocolate chip pancakes with glazed strawberries, orange juice and a hot chocolate. It was so good. Finally got my craving. We got seated fast, but the service was a bit slow. Understandable though, since the place is packed.

There were leaking roofs at this location. Right at the entrance desk. There was also no one on standby to attend to us when we got in (about ~7mins wait) - worth mentioning because it was a really slow day and they had less than 10 customers in.
The service was however good. We got our meal on time. 4 star rating for me.

Last night they were short staffed. The manager let us know before he seated us that they would be with us in a moment. Our waitress Amanda was a superstar. She greeted us and took our drink order. Fresh coffee came to the table. We ordered the food was awesome. All during our visit Amanda was keeping up with all her tables like clock work. The manager was out there helping too. Amanda was awesome. We had a great dining experience. Thanks.
