Great hotel with a great look… in the lobby. So we stayed here 1 night and could beat the price. The lobby looks great and the room was a solid 3/5. I say that because the room was outdated, and had some random paint stains everywhere. The two receptionist working were awesome and friendly. The hotel staff on the second floor were loud all night and continued to slam the door to their area. Had to call the front desk because at 2 am in the morning it sounded like they were having a party. They didn’t listen. A lot of the wallpaper was cut up and missing. The shower door didn’t really close properly, and the coffee pot in the room didn’t work. But for $106 a night it wasn’t too shabby. I give it a 4 because otherwise it was clean, the A/C worked great, the water pressure was awesome and the water was hot.

The fridge wasn’t working properly, all frosting built up. Jennay came up to check, she turned to the nob to maximum. It just barely cool. I put 2 fruit cups and sandwiches into the fridge and threw them away the next morning. Water from frosting was melted out that made the floor wet. I took bath towel to help soaking up water.
I was disappointed to stay at Double Tree hotel. 😟

The location was perfect, super close to BellAir where they have endless Asian restaurants and desserts,

Staff were so sweet and accommodating from front desk like Manny & Mike.

Restaurant and gym on site.

Houston trip was perfect.

The staff were really nice, the hotel and our room seemed pretty clean. The room had a stale smell, the ice maker on our floor wasn’t working.
Over all, it was really good experience and I would stay there again.

Great Stay!
The manager (Manny), the hostess (Nancy) and the front desk agent (Tori) all were so helpful and pleasant. There customer service is wonder.

Bad service and invasion of privacy
We were sleeping and at around 8 in the morning the cleaning lady knocked on our door and when we didn’t respond (because we were sleeping) she opened our door. Once we opened the door because we were confused the lady asked if we were staying or checking out. Excuse you that we have until noon to check out. Why would someone ask that by opening our door?

Quiet & relaxy, our toilet pressure was too low. Front desk acknowledged they offer a switch room immediately. Nice work!

It says people typically spend 45 min. to an 1h 1/2 here. What they don't mention is that about 20 minutes of that time is waiting for your waiter to come and take your drink order. I don't know why I keep thinking that service here will get better... this place just keeps on proving me wrong. This location is the worst in service in the entire cheddar's chain! Don't waste your time here. THEY ONLY HIRE THE SHITTIEST SERVERS IN THE WORLD!!!!

Staff is cool and the kitchen gets your food it pretty quick. The bar side is pretty good if you want to grab some eats while watching a game. Awesome fish tacos.

Used to come here all the time and get friendly and efficient service. Before last night, I hadn't been here in almost a year since I walked out last time when my veggie plate and my boyfriend's chicken fried chicken took over an hour to come to the table. Ordered by phone for pickup last night. When we got there the order was 'ready' but they made cheese fries not cheese bites. While waiting for the bites (Which were delicious I will say), we noticed that we were missing multiple other parts of the order and even after having to correct the lady 3 times, we still didn't get home with a fully correct order but had already been waiting for 40 min even after giving them 30 minutes to prepare before picking it up. Very disappointing seeing as I live 5 min away and enjoy the food when it's right and doesn't take over an hour to get.....

Nice place with good food but our last visit the service was awful! After getting seated it took the waitress about 10 minutes to come take our order for drinks and on top of that the hostess didn't even give us any menus. Our waitress even asked us if we had seated ourselves. Do people just walk in and walk right in front of the hostess to seat themselves? It took the waitress maybe another 10 minutes to bring our drinks and her excuse was that it was "busy" and she had to go put our order in for the food. We've been to this Cheddar's many times and even though it's always busy it's the first time we get this type of service. When she finally brought our drinks she had attitude, it seemed like it was only with our table that she had that kind of behavior. We decided not to tip her since the service was awful and on top of that the attitude that we received from her only to find out a few days later that she decided to tip herself about $15. If we wouldn't have checked our card statement we would have not known that we got charged for a tip that we didn't leave.

Stayed at the Holiday Inn Westpark on business for a week. After long hrs going out in this crazy traffic was going to be a late supper. Well we lucked out on this one. Come in, showered up, and walked across the parking lot to this well priced and flavorful food.
The staff was friendly and attentive every time we went. Was quick to take your order and got it right always.
The food? What can I say it was fresh, hot, absolutely flavorful, but most importantly it was satisfying.
If your close and in need of a break you'll never go wrong here. Come in and let them take care of y'all.
