To sum my stay up it was extremely unpleasant. The bathroom sink was recked shower was dirty and looked like it was not cleaned beds were at least clean. There was hardly any lighting staff was at least kind for the most part, door would not stay open and the room smelt like straight up oil or some sort of food GROSS! If you bother to come here bring slippers the floor is discussing and the pool is the size of a hot tub and it DIRTYY! Overall if you come here just know what your getting yourself into.

It's a rough looking hotel and the room is a little rough around the edges but it's decent enough for a quick stay. Good A/C, wifi, fridge and microwave in the room. The lighting in the room is dim. My only complaint was the stiff door that I have to push hard to open and slam shut to make sure it closes right. The best part is it's near downtown and a quicker drive. Highway close by but i cant hear the traffic. There's an HEB close by 5min away if you need anything and a Target about 15min. I was a little worried about safety but I saw a lot of people my age or younger with parents staying here too.

Bring slippers because the floors are filthy. The bed and bathrooms were clean enough not to leave, but the floors and baseboards were black with dirt. The outside of the hotel did not match the photos. It was dilapidated, and there was trash all over the place. They seem to cut the a/c either overnight or in the morning because the room is always hot when returning from the day. Lastly, there were cockroaches that we killed, unsure if it was an infestation or some wandered in from outside. Nonetheless, it was gross. If there was another hotel option available, we would have gone there, but unfortunately, we visited on a super busy weekend. I WAY overpaid for a barely 2-star hotel, don't be like me.

State of my room was horrible it was dirty bathroom was horrible. Had smell in room and ac was off so room was hot and made smell worse. Toilet had water all over and green mold on toilet. Bathtub was so bad also. Stayed only 5 mins in too and I had to leave.

Then only plus about this place was location. Other wise just dont!! We showered and our feet were black before we got in bed!! God knows what we were walking on!!

Room Was in a state of disrepair, Countertops were broken, Shower felt like i was about to fall through in a rusted pit of dispair, door barely shut and did not lock at all, lamps and fixtures were rusted throughout. Overall not great, not even good. Staff was tolerable

friendly staff! but the microwave, refrigerator both do not work. it’s also kind of sketchy at night. i overheard another customer ask for a different room because the one he got smelled of marijuana. overall, you get what you pay for. there’s also no windows and no climate control, just a/c on or off, no in between. wouldn’t stay here again just because of how unsafe i felt! it’s also very loud at night from traffic, sirens and construction! it’s only conveniently located close to my event, and other great restaurants and attractions.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Inn. The staff members were courteous and patiently answered all my questions. The room was really clean and organized, and I was able to relax from my trip. The breakfast can use some improvement. But I wasn't too bothered since there were eateries and a mart 14 mins walking distance from the Inn.

Wrong bed size, unclean, room check in girl was ride and unhelpful. Things not working on room. Really run down. Not even worth the $80 a night. Overcharged for late checkout, then came banging on our door at 10 to tell us it was checkout time.

This is my favorite place in all of Austin. It's dark, it's seedy, and it's absolutely delicious. There's really no need to worry about the menu once you've become acquainted with the place. Just order whatever the special is for the day. They serve booze as well if you're the drinking type. Open 24/7.

Loved the local art. Food was tasty and delicious. Alcoholic beverages are nicely priced. Hot tea, mimosas, french toast, and good friends.

I was there early for breakfast. It was fast and good food. I needed a quick meal. The place was not busy and my food was made quick and correctly. It is a quaint diner that may be over looked, but do not over look it. It is worth a stop. I ordered pan cakes hash browns sausage patties and coffee. The pan cakes were large and were nice and fluffy. The coffee cup was kept full. While I was there some people came in and ordered food to go.

Great find. Seeds is open 24 hrs a day and very convenient to get to. There is a wide variety of choices on their menu and nothing I've tried has disappointed me. My personal favorites are the beef lasagna and the tortilla soup. Top it all off the service is friendly and the prices are reasonable.

This place is great. Quirky Austin vibe and great modern diner fare. Open late, after show great. The coffee also always rocks. That's important at 3am and 3pm.
Anyhow, went in earlier this afternoon and saw a new face. Jason was handling the whole floor and was easily the best service I've had there. That was nice, it was just a quick/casual meal, but that made an awesome difference.
