Great option for a Seattle hotel. Older hotel but clean and quick check in & out. Inexpensive compared to other options. One mile down hill walk to LUMEN field. Have stayed here for 2 football events. If using light rail to arrive I suggest getting off at capital hill. 1/2 mile down hill walk to hotel.

Not a great area, very old rooms, old TVs with 10 channels, no amenities, no one at front desk. Big rooms, ok “staff” across the street.

Good room, not great. Can’t control the heat. Front desk rude when they’re OPEN, mostly not there. Have to check in across the street.

I stayed there to be in close proximity to a friend who had surgery at Virginia Mason Hospital - was convenient (across the street from the hospital); felt safe in the area around the hospital (but never went more then 2 blocks away); the furniture was dated and a bit worn; the room was clean; shower was hot

Money is better spent elsewhere. The rooms are old, but worse, they're not cleaned well, also some (very large) flies in the room. For the same price or like 20 bucks extra there are better hotels a few blocks away.

The rooms were pretty good and the amenities were decent. The doorman was very polite and helped me with everything I needed. For some reason I was not able to leave for a week and I started seeing things but I felt right at home here nonetheless. Would stay here again.

The nightstands looked like they were picked up off the side of the road. Mismatched lamps, one of which didn't work. The mattress had more potholes than the Seattle city streets.

Vintage flair which gives this place some character!! We enjoyed our stay!! Staff super nice and helpful! Comfy beds and pillows, clean linens and towels! Great stay for a great price! Would stay again!

just because the location it does not justify the price friendly staff but its an absolute joke for the price also fix your elevator 200+ a night and your super slow elevator feels likes its gonna break just stay out side of downtown very disappointing

They overbooked and dropped our reservation on the day of a Seahawks and had to find a new hotel which was obviously more expensive
