The hotel doesn't have a restaurant, so you'll need to find food on your own.

The hotel doesn't have a parking lot, so they recommended a partner parking garage. It was incredibly expensive, $30 overnight, and even worse than the open-air parking garage across the street.

I think the doorman suggested it because I didn't have Valet Parking...

the hotel's locations is great, walking distance from most attractions and places to hangout to, even to nearby public transport stations. room is spacious and clean and comfortable. the only thing is the elevator is slow but everything else is good

I booked this hotel bcos of location. The rooms are not sound proof, the guests who stayed next to our room were talking n laughing the whole night till the early hours of the morning . Only one elevator was working and the cleaners, hotel guests checking in and checking out with large luggages all have to take turns to use the elevator!!!

Nice room and gym!

The transportation is convenient, only 5 minutes away from the subway entrance, and the bed is wide enough for one person to lie down freely.

The check-in process was a breeze! The receptionists were super friendly and helpful. And the location is great - it’s super walkable to many of the Seattle attractions.

This hotel was great! I very much enjoyed it. Very cool details and ambiance. The morning coffee and happy hour beer were nice touches. I stayed in the Sub Pop room (5th floor). Smaller room than your typical luxury hotel but still had all the space and amenities I needed (hair dryer, steamer, mini fridge, complementary toiletries, etc). Would definitely stay again.

This Hotel had good rooms and comfortable beds. The staff was great and the gentleman at the front desk, addressed me by my name the entire time of my stay. Impressive he remembered that. The out of service elevator needs to be taken care of though. I would stay here again.

The ac unit is so loud and kicks on and off every 5-10 minutes. The walls are paper thin, and I've been fortunate enough to have drunk girls in the room next door, coming back at 2:30am. I can hear everything they're saying. Ive decided to suffer with the AC unit to not have to listen to them. Only one working elevator, and it's really small so you have to wait sometimes. Disappointed there's not even a hair dryer. Toiletries are okay. Water pressure and temp are good. For the price we paid, we could have booked a Hilton instead.

Lovely place to have team dinner. Lot of choices and everything tastes delicious

Nice decor, although lighting was low to the point we used phones to illuminate the menu. Food was okay, prices not so much - service charge is normal but 'wage tax'? Meh. I'd prefer to know how much the food is before I get a bill.

Pizza oven is broken and I was told they have no plans to fix it. When i was last in they were out of a few other of my favorite items. Beside that it is good food.

After having a perfectly pleasant evening here, my girlfriend and I are resolved to never return. Most of the experience was good, but the serving sizes were INSULTINGLY small. No wonder they are less than half full on a Friday night.

Pros: Cocktails were very good, wait staff was very hospitable, ambience was pleasant, and the food was well prepared.

Cons: Serving size. After dropping $160 on two large plates, one small plate, and 4 cocktails, my girlfriend and I wandered the neighborhood looking for a hot dog to fill our bellies. And we're pretty small people.

If Michelin ever visits Seattle, this place deserves at least a star. Somewhat of an undiscovered gem in the Denny Triangle (though benefiting from the growing Amazonian presence), my wife and I always love going here for special occasions (or whenever we feel like treating ourselves). Mistral hosted our wedding dinner and created a spectacular evening for us that we'll forever remember as well. Their chefs table tasting menu is highly recommended.

Large selection of beers can be a good thing and other times it can be just overwhelming. Luckily it was local beer specials and they were marked so it helped the selection process. I felt like I was at a dark jazz place or comedy scene just the way the setup and place is. The food was just up to par just not sure if I enjoyed it. A place to watch some sports and enjoy a good brew selection if you're looking for multiple trip back to get your drink on.

Great food, 160 beers on tap. Get food delivered to your door from here by "Caviar". Great ambiance for romance, or business. They have 4 pool tables you can play at while you wait to eat. There's building parking for customers so you do not have to park on the street.
25.11.2017 Chris
Great food in a fun atmosphere. Kids can come here but I sat at the bar. They have a HUGE beer selection with something for everyone. I had the fish and chips, which was wonderful. They have pool tables in another room and it looked like a space for private events. Plenty of TVs above the bar to watch sports. It is down a flight of stairs, but they have an elevator so it IS handicap accessible!
13.11.2017 Ryan
Great place for our office to meet after work for a few beers and appetizers. The selection of beers are pretty good. I has the fish and chips which seems like it might have been a mistake. It wasn't very good but others found the burgers to be quite good.
05.11.2017 Carl
The service is terrible. Seated for over 30 minutes and didn't even get water. When we finally flagged down the illusive wait staff she seemed indignant to the fact we had waited so long and were upset. Once she left the table she went and consulted with another of the wait staff and you can only imagine what that conversation went like. The food was good if you got all day and you don't mind being humiliated by the staff. I'll never go back ?

So if you’re into dessert than this might be the place for you, however if you trying to get a bite to eat I would head in any other direction for better eats. This place always disappoints both in serving size and quality. I’m certain the only reason this place maintains steady business is location and preying on the unknowing. Seriously if you here for the cheesecake cool, otherwise get out and go a couple blocks north or west elsewhere.
06.12.2017 Olivia
I gave Cheesecake a second chance after they cancelled a reservation for a party I was in without warning. The manager I later talked to about that issue was very helpful and even gave me a gift card in hopes I would give them another chance. I did and that was a mistake. Me and a friend of mine were sat next to some younger teens that while we were less than 2 feet away started mocking us for speaking in ASL (as I am trying to teach my friend) this after they had made a racist joke that we overheard. As far as the food went I was disappointed. I had ordered "Evelyn's Favorite Pasta" and when it came barely warm and rather than having Pine Nuts on it like the menu said it would, It had unsalted sunflower seeds. It seemed like a way for the restaurant to cheap out hoping no one would notice. So, overall the restaurant was overcrowded, the people there were rude and the food was decent at best. Really excited to not come back.
04.12.2017 Susan
The cheesecake was reliably good.

The restaurant was filthy. Table was sticky. Noodles were stuck to my bread plate. My napkin was stained.

When I was in the bathroom another patron commented that it was an F because it was so gross.

After a day of downtown shopping, we wanted dessert.

The filth really made the experience poor.
21.11.2017 Shane
Never had a bad experience! Wait times can sometimes be a bit slower, especially whenever there's a convention going on or it's around meal time, but the servers have always been great. SO many different cheesecake varieties to choose from. Worth visiting just to try one or two!
27.02.2017 Ryan
This was a great place to eat. The food was great and the service was awesome and friendly as well. The menu was a bit daunting and took some time to look through, and the servings were pretty big and filling (not much of a complaint), but other than that everything was great. Definitely get the cheese cake (any of them), it was definitely the highlight!
