Columbus Motor Inn

Stayed here for TSE 2017. Budget motel, you get what you pay. Very close to halal Egyptian restaurant - Zaina. Easy parking. Tea n coffee in reception area.

The rooms have a vintage look. The staff are nice and helpful. I found the bathrooms to be clean, if a little rugged.

The place was nice enough. It reminded me of an old motel 6. There are no key cards, just a key for a pretty old locks. I had two queen beds which both felt fine. The room has a writing desk and chair. There's an older boxy TV with HBO and other channels. WiFi didn't give me any issues with 3 of us streaming from our devices. The bathroom was clean and had a tub shower. The towels are very small and unless you are well underneath 6ft you will have to bend way down to get your head wet but the water pressure and temperature were both good. It can be a bit noisy depending on which room you stay in from road noises. The staff were pleasant when I had to speak to them. It's on a main bus route to downtown Seattle which is good if you're traveling without a car. There are a few restaurants and grocery stores and mini-marts within walking distance.

Awesome staff, easy check-in and the room was clean, although some of the furniture could be updated. I'm usually not the Motel-Type, but as it was a very spontaneous trip, the stay at Columbus was also this. And we were not disappointed! Keep up the good work!

Awesome place to stay! The day manager/front desk check in guy is extremely nice and the check in and out is so smooth! The room are clean and the staff is always alert with everything that is happening so it made me feel very safe! I will for sure stay here and no where else! It was a pleasure all the way around!! 👍😁

I really enjoyed my stay, while visiting my friend in Seattle. The hotel was clean, affordable, friendly staff, and seemed like in safe location. It's on a busy road, but you couldn't really hear it in the room itself. It looked like an older motel, but they had a pretty cool self checkin kiosk and modern furniture.

Good location, clean and large rooms, check in was a breeze! I accidentally left my prescription glasses in the hotel room, and since I’m 3 hours away I worked with Christine from the front desk to set up a shipping route. I just wanted to say thank you for going through the trouble for doing that, and that it really means a lot!!!

It was the only hotel left in a busy weekend. I was not expecting anything special. But the owner was nice and the room was very clean and decently stocked with a larger than usual fridge, nice tv and microwave. I would stay again.
