What a perfect hotel when visiting Bukhara. We stayed here three nights.
The hotel is only a five minutes walk to the Ark of Bukhara. The hotel has 17 rooms and ours was a large room with a very comfortable bed.The owner was always around and exceptionally friendly, he could not do enough to help us. He gave us some good restaurant recommendations and also did some laundry for us . He also arranged a taxi to our next destination at a reasonable cost.
Breakfast was good (although you need to share a table with other guests). Overall, we would happily recommend it.

The owner is very welcoming. The location is great, within walking distance of major attractions. The area is quiet. The facilities are a bit older, as this is an older hotel. However, the cleanliness is still good.

The rooms, like the hotel itself, are clean, all amenities are present - bottled water, slippers, soap/shampoos. The reception is beautiful. The staff is super customer-oriented and very friendly.
There is one minus - this is the soundproofing (not super bad, but you can hear everything that happens behind the door).
At the same time, it was quiet at night, so I managed to sleep well.
By the way! The breakfast is very good and tasty.

Small family run hotel. Friendly and helpful staff.
Rooms are basic and in decent condition. However when you turn off the lights you see a greed LED.
This is annoying when tying to fall asleep especially when it randomly flashes.
No baby cot.
Fantastic location. Walking distance to most places.
Basic breakfast.
They don't take card machine only cash which is inconvenient.
Only STAIRS NO and NO ELEVATOR. And no bell boy. When I checked in was the father of the manager who's quite old so no one around to take luggage.
I enjoyed my stay but fortunately it was only 2 days so I didn't mind some of the inconveniences. I wouldn't stay longer than 2 days.

My room did not have a refrigerator (I complained to the manager, he told me that he could not do anything for me) my food was expired, because of the heat.... I threw everything in the trash

For sure the best coffee in Bukhara. Kind and friendly personal. Clean and tidy. Good location and near to the main places and restaurants. You feel history from the start of the street. Best price for the provided service. Overall five star.

Excellent location in the city center. Top-notch service. Maximum security. Clean and cozy, and most importantly, a delicious hearty breakfast! The right choice for those who love comfort!!!

Excellent hotel. Everything is clean, comfortable and tastefully done. Nice design, new furniture, snow-white fluffy towels. The staff is polite and friendly. There were no complaints about cleaning. I was pleasantly surprised by the free Wi-Fi with good speed and the availability of parking. Will definitely return to Rayhon again. The main thing is warmth in our time!
