The hotel is dated and should be avoided if possible. Location is good , a short 15 min walk to the center . Rooms are very old and had a stuffy/ mouldy smell . A/c doesn’t work .Had two functioning elevator and each can carry 4 -5 person at a tine . For a hotel with so many rooms  getting a free elevator is like getting a lottery ticket. Breakfast is not good for western travellers.

This hotel is rather old. The elevators are small, the room for 2 persons is compact and the room air-conditioner is not working well. The hotel staffs are helpful, though. We stayed here for 2 nights, and I guess that should be enough.

It is about 2km away from the old town, so we took a taxi to get there.

Our bed and the room in this hotel were both absolutely hummungous! Possibly too big to be actually functional but there was a good bathroom and long windows overlooking a sunny back courtyard area. Also a nice downstairs restaurant where we had a lunch and breakfast. Not in the centre of Bukhara but an easy walk in.

His kindness and dedication made us feel truly welcome. The location is perfect: just a short walk from the local market and very close to the old town. It’s the ideal spot to explore the area. The hotel is in a perfect location if you are seeking spirituality. You are directly visiting the shrine of Shah-i Naqshbandi. The rooms are clean and spacious. Everything is nice, there are just a few shortcomings: firstly, there are no bidet taps in the toilets, and secondly, the breakfast is very bad, there's not much to eat. I wondered if this was what a 4-star hotel breakfast in Uzbekistan was like. The front desk staff were unfriendly, the stairs were narrow, and the location was questionable. Other restaurants have also made me realise that Uzbeks are not suited to the service industry.

Very cozy family hotel. Comfortable rooms with everything you need (hair dryer, shampoo, soap, toothbrush, slippers). Very good breakfasts. The only thing we would recommend the hotel to consider is the curtains = they let in a lot of sun and from the very early sunrise it does not allow you to sleep. This was the first hotel that made me organaze blanket and blanket cover on my own(even it was cold at nights). And, cleaning service was not enough. ONLY BLANKET were folded..I asked cleaning twice.. but same result. I did'n expect full cleaning...

The bed was soft, everything was clean, and the location was right in front of the Divanbegi Madrasah. Lots of good cafes and attractions nearby. Check-in was quick. The WiFi was a bit weak, though.

This hotel is excellent. It's about a 30-minute walk to the fortress. The reception is open 24/7. The breakfast isn't very varied, but it's filling. The towels are as soft as down.

A small family owned hotel located close to the UNESCO heritage historical centre, polite and accommodating staff and management. BUT not all rooms may be recommendable. We had to ask for room change because the room first alloted to us had leaky toilets, faucets and was smelly. They offered no in-house dining facilities

The location is within walking distance of the Ark complex. It's clean, cozy, and comfortable: shower, air conditioning, and clean linens. The host, Uncle Kolya, took us out to a delicious dinner, recommended lunch spots, and treated us to fruit and melon. Excellent value!

Staff at the front desk and at breakfast were helpful. The hotel is on a main road, not far from the city center. There is a new Korean BBQ restaurant a very short walk in the opposite direction.

Amazing few days in Bukhara. Umid and family made us hugely welcome with advice and errands run, along with some complimentary “local ingredients” cocktails. The place itself was an authentic slice of old Bukhara (apparently we were in great granny’s room). Strong recommend if you’re looking for something real during your stay!
