Bukhara, B. Naqshbandi str. 256 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Very good hotel. A lot of thanks receptionist Shuhrat
10/10 stay. I was here for a fee days in Bukhara and I was so impressed with this hotel. Firstly the rooms are so big, clean and grand. The price was so competitive and lower than other hotels in the city. The service was great and the main sights are a short walk away. As a tourist you should definitely stay here.
Excellent hotel, staff and food.
Excellent experience Staff is very professional and extremely helpful in particular Sherzad People in Bukhara are generally very fruendly and welcoming Hotel is very well located at walking distance from most places to visit and restaurants Room was comfortable, clean and spacious We loved this hotel and will certainly visit again
Very accommodating and honest. They allowed me to extend my stay past checkout by two hours (they probably would have given me another hour). For some reason they didn't charge me a city tax at the end of my stay either. I have no idea if it was because I tipped the concierge/bellboy or the cleaning lady. In addition to having on site breakfast, there is an eating establishment immediately next door...
Super nice hotel close to the centre of Bukhara. The personnel is very kind, they helped me to find the mobile I lost. The buffet of the breakfast is full of lovely things. Very recommended!

The hotel is in a perfect location if you are seeking spirituality. You are directly visiting the shrine of Shah-i Naqshbandi. The rooms are clean and spacious. Everything is nice, there are just a few shortcomings: firstly, there are no bidet taps in the toilets, and secondly, the breakfast is very bad, there's not much to eat. Don't be fooled by the breakfast picture :)
A beautiful hotel right across from the tomb of Shah-i Naqshband Muhammad Bahaeddin.
The distance between him and Naqshbandi is 50 meters, so I prefer it.

The hotel is dated and should be avoided if possible. Location is good , a short 15 min walk to the center . Rooms are very old and had a stuffy/ mouldy smell . A/c doesn’t work .Had two functioning elevator and each can carry 4 -5 person at a tine . For a hotel with so many rooms  getting a free elevator is like getting a lottery ticket. Breakfast is not good for western travellers.
Cozy and cheap + breakfast and everything for 150,000 sum 2025.05.03 I recommend to everyone, you can walk to the old city Laby Khavuz
Service is really frustrating, staff is awfully rude, when we couldn't get into room we asked an another key and they mistreated us. They want help if something goes wrong with room opening
This hotel is rather old. The elevators are small, the room for 2 persons is compact and the room air-conditioner is not working well. The hotel staffs are helpful, though. We stayed here for 2 nights, and I guess that should be enough.
It is about 2km away from the old town, so we took a taxi to get there.
About 500 meters from the old town, you will pass through a very dirty construction site. Next to Wyndham. The facilities are very poor. The shower water can only be turned on hot, otherwise it is cold and hot. The network is very slow. The sound insulation is very poor. There are people partying at 2 o'clock in the morning. The front desk service is very good. They helped me call a taxi several times...

The hotel is in a very central location, making it easy to explore the city. The room was spacious and very clean, with good mattresses that ensured a comfortable night’s sleep. The reception and all the staff were extremely friendly and very customer-oriented – I really felt welcomed. The fitness room is outdated and not clean. It seems that the equipment hasn’t been used or maintained for quite some...
I wondered if this was what a 4-star hotel breakfast in Uzbekistan was like. The front desk staff were unfriendly, the stairs were narrow, and the location was questionable. Other restaurants have also made me realise that Uzbeks are not suited to the service industry.
It’s nearby the attraction area but not car assessable . Car cannot enter n you need to push your luggage to the hotel. About 100-200 meter
I’d like to give a special shout-out to Bekzod, one of the staff members who showed me amazing hospitality and kindness from the very first day until the day i checked out. The hotel should really pay him more, his service and attitude towards guests are truly exceptional! The hotel itself is amazing! Although the bathroom could use some improvement (the water tends to pool on the floor), the cleanliness...
I can not begin to express what a fantastic location this was, from being walking distance to Labi Houze, the lake, local shops, the Ark, masjids and madaras. It includes 2 open bars, outdoor seating for every room. Do not be fooled by the pictures it’s an amazing property for anyone who’s travelling for any reason be it leisure or extreme tourism. The staff members were also always extremely kind...
Best hotel in Bukhara. Large, very clean rooms. Great showers with strong water pressure. Cannot get a better location — steps from the center square, all the important "old town" buildings, restaurants, shopping, and a short walk to additional sites (~15/20 min to ark of Bukhara, for example). The hot breakfast is simple but fresh — you can order eggs. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel,...

Had a memorable experience. One can't ask for a better location in Bukhara. The people are extremely hospitable and kind. Always willing to help. It felt like a homestay. Thank you for the fond memories!
The Omar Khayyam Hotel is in an excellent location. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good, with plenty to choose from and a kind gentleman serving coffee. The building is well laid out, with a large, comfortable lobby and a beautiful courtyard. As a property it is tranquil and restful. I was unwell during my stay and asked for a larger room on an upper floor, which the manageress gave me...
What a nice find right on a main walking street with lots going on around. Very large rooms but some have a smaller shower. We looked out to a street and also to the inner courtyard. Quiet as most are after the tourist go to their hotels. Good staff. Breakfast was good but boy, was it busy when we went to eat. We timed it with a large group. We made it out alive! There are a lot of nice similar...
Awesome heritage hotel beautifully decorated, room are very comfortable & bigger then usual clean reasonably priced very helpful and kind stuff and best part is in the middle of the old town. Highly recommended.
Comfortable Stay in the Heart of the Historic District First and foremost, the hotel's unbeatable location right in the center of the historic district is its biggest advantage. Step outside, and you're immediately amidst the takis and madrasahs. While the rooms are simple, they are wonderfully spacious, ensuring a perfectly comfortable and hassle-free stay. The breakfast area was a personal highlight...

The room is very beautiful, with high-quality wooden furniture, beautiful wallpaper, and a unique bathroom decoration. The hotel has a Central Asian style and the breakfast is great 👍
All ok and good.reccomended.i want trip coins.location is good
Good location, there is parking near the hotel. The hotel is in an authentic style. Colorful. The rooms themselves are modest, locked with a regular key (not magnetic).
Facilities: A bit dated, but this is understandable as a local hotel. Free parking is available right outside. Cleanliness: Cleanliness was excellent, very clean and tidy, and the room was bright. Environment: Convenient to everything, within walking distance of various attractions. Service: Excellent service. Breakfast, while limited in variety, was quite good.
Good location by the entrance of the Bukhara old town. Warm and friendly service from the front desk with upgrade offer. Water is not hot during taking the bath, but acceptable.
The hotel exceeded all my expectations. The room is royal. Breakfasts are delicious! The attitude is good. The location is also good. There are many shops and even a shopping center nearby.

We stayed in a triple room (202) for 3 nights and it was 170€ with breakfast included and cancellation for free. It is on the road surrounding the city but you can yandex everywhere. Worth every penny. It belongs to a family who lives in the same building (the feeling is like staying at a chambre d'hotes). Room of good size covered in carpet, I would take out the carpet in the bathroom if I was the...
Lovely little hotel with nice rooms. We had a rough start when we were told breakfast was not included, despite it saying so on the Trip.com app. The kind staff relented and gave us breakfast anyway, even though there was obviously a mess-up in the whole booking system (not the hotel's fault I guess). Appreciate it, guys!
Very cozy family hotel. Comfortable rooms with everything you need (hair dryer, shampoo, soap, toothbrush, slippers). Very good breakfasts. The only thing we would recommend the hotel to consider is the curtains = they let in a lot of sun and from the very early sunrise it does not allow you to sleep. Otherwise, the hotel is simply excellent with very friendly service!!
Hotel Shams in Bukhara is a great choice for anyone looking for comfort on a budget. It’s close to the main sights, so exploring is easy. The rooms are clean, staff are friendly, and the outdoor pool is a nice touch. Breakfast could be better, but overall a solid stay!

Very tidy hotel. Good breakfast. Daily cleaning. I was very satisfied.
Excellent hotel for foreign travelers, affordable, great service, hospitality level 1000!

A very cozy hotel, with polite, sensitive staff. We organized a free transfer and treated us to lunch of national cuisine. I won't miss the opportunity to return.

Highly recommended.
The overall atmosphere of the place was wonderful, and the service was exceptional. Cleanliness and hospitality were also top-notch. The manager was very helpful and assisted us with restaurant reservations and transportation arrangements both within and outside Bukhara.

I really like this hotel. It simple, quite big and authentic. I feel like living in grandmother house. Surprisingly this small hotel have bathtub in their room. Very near with Bukhara Old City Area. walked from the hotel to the old city destination areas such as the center bazaar, kalan mosque. The distance is very close. And I love this place because they have BIDET!!!
This guest room meets all requirements and you will have a good night's sleep
Friendly staff, very helpful and attentive and also attentive to customers. Pretty, spacious rooms and a good breakfast. I highly recommend it!
I have good experience here and it’s all worth it for me. it nears old city (which you can explore in the morning), and the room was good and have a fair price. also, the owner showed us how they make halva (traditional snack), just ask them if you need or want to buy one👌🏻 note: the road outside the hotel is narrow so keep it mind about your luggage, but it was not a big deal for me, all is good
Nice hotel near the old city and the stuffs very friendly.
A small family owned hotel located close to the UNESCO heritage historical centre, polite and accommodating staff and management. BUT not all rooms may be recommendable. We had to ask for room change because the room first alloted to us had leaky toilets, faucets and was smelly. They offered no in-house dining facilities

We ended up at this hotel by accident, for one night. Incidentally, we've since stayed at three more hotels in Uzbekistan. An absolutely wonderful hotel that left us with absolutely wonderful memories! The Lyabi Hauz Hotel is located just a stone's throw from Lyabi Hauz in the old historic city of Bukhara. 1. I will not return to this hotel. 2. The price on the Trip app is only $25 for one person. Upon check-in, we were charged $25 (sum $300,000) for an additional person. This is the rule, but be careful not to be fooled by the low price. If I had known the total was $50, I could have chosen a better hotel. A nice mini-hotel with friendly receptionists. There was a slight hiccup, it's unclear why, but they sorted it out. They offer breakfast, including porridge, scrambled eggs, standard cold meats, oriental sweets, and tea and coffee. The hotel is very well located. Nice on the outside and cozy on the inside. Friendly staff, always ready to help, guide, and explain everything. Hearty breakfasts, late checkout. Highly recommended! Thank you for your hospitality!
This is similar to a Chinese homestay. First of all, the service is very average, because there is only one waiter. Secondly, the room is equivalent to an ordinary guesthouse in an ordinary city in China. The hotel is very expensive with this room size with limited breakfast which they don't refill, starts from 8-10am. Better stay in the old town itself, one third the price , hotel call Sheriston Plaza. 5-8mnts walking distance
Like the previous reviewer, we were impressed by the decoration in the lobby and around the hotel. Unlike the previous reviewer, we had no issues with the service. Staff at the front desk and at breakfast were helpful. The hotel is on a main road, not far from the city center. There is a new Korean BBQ restaurant a very short walk in the opposite direction.
The building is grandiose, the decorations are rich, the materials are of very high quality, the spaces are vast. The service is catastrophic: the concierge at reception is aggressive at the slightest question, the room is not in the condition of the hotel description, absence of the welcome tray provided with dried fruits, absence of water bottles, absence of tea bags or infusion, absence of cups...
Pros: Good location - 10 minutes walk to the old city, where everything is interesting for a tourist in Bukhara. 10 minutes by car to the airport (but it is quiet, planes do not interfere). Bright oriental interior in the lobby. There is water in the room (2 bottles). Good Wi-Fi. Cons: No elevator. They can help with suitcases, but you have to ask.
