Grand Emir Residence Hotel

Bukhara, 11 Hofiz Tanish, Buxoro 200104, Uzbekistan (in the centre) 🧭

I fall in love with this hotel, there is very comfortable location, very polite personels and great service. I love the vibe😍

Hotel is designed with national historical ornaments, and it is not far from Old City. Good Personal, very hospitable

We booked this place as it was walkable to indian restaurant. Room was comfortable and clean. Staffs were kind. Only bad thing is breakfast. No options for vegetarian itself very tough. Atleast there should be some cereals and oatmeal porridge.

Stayed 2 days. Nothing bad nothing good.

This hotel has very spacious, comfortable and quiet rooms. The staff is attentive and helpful. Located 15 minutes from the old town, is highly recommendable. The only downside is that breakfast is served in a blind room in the basement. But this is not essential.

We didn’t enjoy the breakfast. It was not organized well. Hotel itself was good and “in style of Bukhara”.

Komil Bukhara Boutique Hotel

Bukhara, 40 Barakiyon St., (ex. Specialistov) (in the centre) 🧭

The room itself was clean and nice, but the smell around the bathroom was quite strong. That was the only thing that made me feel a little uncomfortable. The breakfast wasn't particularly varied, but it was good. Also, cars aren't allowed on the road in front of the hotel, so you have to walk a little further and then hail a taxi. The location was great, with major tourist sites such as Registan Square...

The breakfast area was very luxurious. You can relax and enjoy your time there. The staff were friendly and responded quickly to any inquiries. I recommend a room with a bathtub. There was also a cute cat.

Having breakfast at a wealthy family's house was truly a special experience. The breakfast was delicious! The omelets, milk porridge, and cheese pancakes were all incredibly tasty. The selection was plentiful, including salads, desserts, drinks, sausages, cheese, and even sachima (a type of Chinese pastry). The hotel room had uniquely decorated walls, making it feel like a place for group meals...

This hotel was renovated from the mansion of a wealthy man in the 19th century. I was impressed to hear that the receptionist was studying Japanese. The building's design, including the atmospheric courtyard, was excellent. The rooms may look old, but the bathrooms have been renovated and are clean. Disposable slippers are provided. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Bukhara.

Very nice place to live, historical building, closed to attractions

amazing building! very old but in very good condition. it was very interesting to walk through the floors. staff was super nice!

Shohnishin Boutique Butik-Hotel

Bukhara, Sarafon kochasi 11 (in the centre) 🧭

The hotel was very clean and had great access to the main attractions. Also staff Mr Jahan speaks English and was very kind and helpful to give me advices about the area. Thank you very much. I had wonderful stay.

The location is excellent. The rooms are small and a bit stuffy, but they have local character. Breakfast is meager, especially if you're used to 4-5 star chain hotels. The staff is friendly and welcoming.

Excellent location, local specialties, and a great breakfast.

I spent a few wonderful nights at Shohnishin Boutique Hotel, and the experience far exceeded my expectations. The hotel, a true oasis of peace and tradition, is perfectly located, just a short walk from the main attractions of the old city. The room I stayed in was impeccably clean, a pleasure to enter and feel right at home. The attention to detail and how it was prepared contributed enormously to...

Very traditional and beautiful decoration. Friendly and helpful reception gentleman. Location is excellent, 5 min walk to the Famous Pond. We had a very big breakfast. It was stunning! Enjoy everything in Shohnishin!

Hotel Ansi boutique W&S terrace

Bukhara, 29 Eshoni Pir Street (in the centre) 🧭

Right next to the main square. The breakfast was delicious and varied.

Lovely place! Great location. Close to a famous restaurant, very calm neighborhood, the breakfast was insanely good!

The hotel is located in the historic city center, within walking distance of all the main attractions. The room is small but charmingly decorated in a national style. Breakfast is good.

Absolutely loved my stay at Hotel Ansi Boutique W&S Terrace in Buxoro! Everything was superb-the rooms, the service, and the atmosphere. Plus, it’s just a short walk from the city’s main attractions, making it super convenient for exploring. Can’t wait to come back soon!

Great experience. Friendly staff. Clean room and shower. Beautiful terrace. Great breakfast. Only issue was that they only give one key card per room.

Thrilled to find out that the places that I want to visit are well within walking distance as we get to also explore how the city is. I had to check out early and they were helpful in offering assistance. would like to come back again given how near and easy to get to the places around :)

Hotel Rayhon Boutique

Bukhara, Street M. Ashrafi 5, 200100 Buhara, Uzbekistan (2 km from centre) 🧭

The owner is very welcoming. The location is great, within walking distance of major attractions. The area is quiet. The facilities are a bit older, as this is an older hotel. However, the cleanliness is still good.

What a perfect hotel when visiting Bukhara. We stayed here three nights. The hotel is only a five minutes walk to the Ark of Bukhara. The hotel has 17 rooms and ours was a large room with a very comfortable bed.The owner was always around and exceptionally friendly, he could not do enough to help us. He gave us some good restaurant recommendations and also did some laundry for us . He also arranged...

The rooms, like the hotel itself, are clean, all amenities are present - bottled water, slippers, soap/shampoos. The reception is beautiful. The staff is super customer-oriented and very friendly. There is one minus - this is the soundproofing (not super bad, but you can hear everything that happens behind the door). At the same time, it was quiet at night, so I managed to sleep well. By the way...

Small family run hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are basic and in decent condition. However when you turn off the lights you see a greed LED. This is annoying when tying to fall asleep especially when it randomly flashes. No baby cot. Fantastic location. Walking distance to most places. Basic breakfast. They don't take card machine only cash which is inconvenient. Only STAIRS NO and NO ELEVATOR...

Hotel Volida Boutique

Bukhara, Khuzha Porso Str. 1 (in the centre) 🧭

The hotel is very clean, the staff are very polite and professional. If you have any issue, they resolve it quickly. The breakfast is excellent.

Centrally located in the "Old City" next to the major tourist attractions in Bukhara. In walking distance to many good restaurants and old town. Close to hotel, small shop with fruit and drinks. Breakfast is served in the basement restaurant. Rooms are spacious, especially the bathroom. Good air condition. Reception desk helpful, and always available. To be recommended.

A charming hotel with beautifully decorated rooms reflecting local motifs. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, and amenities are plenty. Breakfast was delicious and service was great. The inexpensive and prompt laundry service adds extra convenience. The multilingual front desk staff was particularly attentive and was always there to help; they took care of getting us extra pillows and box breakfasts...

Nice hotel. It seems to be very newly renovated as everything is so clean and pretty. Currently (April 2025) there is a road construction in front of the house. Personal was helpful and mostly friendly.

A good value 3 star hotel with great staff. The rooms are nicely decorated and clean, but more attention should be given to the bathroom cleanliness. The breakfast buffet was not the best. The selection of food was basic, and some of the items did not look fresh. During our stay, the hotel hosted a large group of southern European tourists who woke up very early and decided to be very loud at breakfast...

Lovely botique hotel is very close to all the main attractions. Once you reach here from either the train station or airport, there is no need to book a cab or yandex, everything is close by. The rooms are very clean and spacious, the beds are comfortable and the toilets are clean. The staff speak very good English and are super helpful. Suzangaron Boutique Hotel

Bukhara, Khakikat St 25, 200100 Buhara, Uzbekistan (in the centre) 🧭

Hotel Suzangaron exceeded our expectations. Excellent service, friendly and helpful staff, and very clean, cozy rooms. The rooftop terrace is an amazing bonus with stunning views of Bukhara. It truly felt like a home away from home. We would definitely stay here again!

The hotel's location is great, in the middle of the old town and it has a rooftop terrace with nice views. My room was spacious and very clean, staff friendly. However, there was work carried out near my room, so it was dusty. Breakfast was okay, but the stale bread and really bad coffee were disappointing.

The hotel is very well located in the heart of the old town. Everything can be done on foot. And the terrace offers a superb view of the city. The beds are large but the mattress is hard. The hotel is quiet. The Wi-Fi didn't work. We had water outages every day, and each time, when we were taking our showers (as in the whole city, apparently). The reception gave us bottles of water to wash with. The...

The guidance was poor, we had to share what was on the table and there was only sweet food.

Great location with lovely view from window. Friendly receptionist but did not accept credit card. Decent breakfast. Take care if getting taxi here late at night from railway station as it is impossible to get to hotel by road and requires a walk. No real problem but make sure you know exact location of hotel.

Spent 2 nights at this beautiful boutique hotel, very centrally located in the pedestrianised old town of Bukhara. Rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated, although one of the bathrooms did not have a shower curtain. Wall frescoes on the upper floors reminded guests of the travellers from far and beyond in the bygone years. The view from the rooftop terrace provided a breath of fresh air. A breakfast...

A cozy, colorful hotel in the heart of the old town. Excellent buffet breakfast. We loved it.

Excellent location , Great service.

The breakfast in the hotel courtyard is amazing! I'd love to stay here again!

Clean rooms have nice buffe styl break fast. All staffs so kindly. But aircoditioner leaked water...Of course they changed my room quickly.

Arriving in Bukhara, the area around this hotel (located right near the Lyabi Hauz Pool), is stunningly beautiful. Fountains, trees, swans, restaurants, music, madrassas, you absolutely cannot beat this location in Bukhara. Right on the pedestrian only part of Bakhovaddin Nakshband Street, but only metres away from a taxi rank, it was actually a bit difficult to find. I'm not sure if their sign was...

Thank you for the incredible hospitality and the wonderful, comfortable room. The location was perfect, allowing to walk to all the majestic monuments. The food was absolutely delicious . I left with the most beautiful memories and cannot wait to return. Highly recommended

The hotel has two buildings, we lived in the right one. The room is decent, high-quality materials. They keep it clean very well, it's always nice to see that in a hotel. Local cuisine for breakfast, a large selection of various pastries. Literally 5 minutes from the historical center. The owner helps with all questions.

Kind owner and his family. The room was clean and comfortable. We accidentally stay additional night but they warmly welcomed us and provide support to enjoy Bukhara. Thank you, grandma! We love you! See you again!

Cozy, like visiting! Excellent, authentic hotel, located in the old town! 50 meters from Läbihaus! Friendly staff! Very tasty breakfast. Clean, cleaned every day! All requests are fulfilled instantly. I highly recommend it to everyone!

Rizo Boutique Hotel in Bukhara is nice for those seeking an authentic experience. Its charming decor and atmosphere reflect the local culture beautifully, and the hotel's proximity to the city center makes it an ideal base for exploring. However, be aware that arriving by taxi can be a bit tricky, as the hotel is somewhat hidden on the map. Despite this minor challenge, the unique and authentic ambiance...

quite small room, wall is not soundproof, location very near old town but yandex cannot get there, we had run off water & electricity in the morning but for short period

If I ever come back to Bukhara, I'll definitely book this hotel again. It's beautiful, clean, and right in the heart of the old city, making it super easy to pop back after a stroll. The breakfasts are incredibly delicious, and the coffee is excellent (they use whole beans!). You can even buy drinks and alcohol at the reception.

Room but tight / squeaky ! Staff were very helpful / the food breakfast was good !

I liked the hotel. The location is excellent; literally two buildings away, you're in the center of the historic city. Shokh was a friendly guy upon check-in. The rooms are clean, with a small bathroom. The towels are clean. Cleaning is done daily. Delicious breakfasts, including hot morning pastries. I recommend it.

Ali is very helpful and warm welcome He helps us to take cab with heavy lunggag Breakfast is complete and nice e Very excellent service And room also well decor

Conveniently located right in the center of the Old Town, the interior has a national flavor. Friendly staff, delicious breakfasts. There's a summer rooftop terrace. However, be aware that the hotel has steep stairs and no elevator.

Bukhara, Eshoni Pir str. 2/11, 200104 Buhara, Uzbekistan (in the centre) 🧭

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Boutique Old City, and it turned out to be one of the highlights of my trip. Perfectly located in the heart of the old town, the hotel offers convenient access to major historical attractions, local restaurants, and vibrant الأسواق, all within walking distance. This made it incredibly easy to explore the cultural charm of the city without needing transportation...

Quite good, excellent location! I think that I was the only customer there? Anyway: next to old town and free parking at the entrance. Polite service even English seemed to be a problem a bit. Nice breakfast, safe place, AC was just a must to have

Convenient location. Responsive staff, clean, spacious and comfortable rooms, shower amenities, dry cleaning service, delicious breakfast with a large selection. The price corresponds to the comfort provided.

Very lovely and comfortable place , on the edge of the old city, perfectly and easily reachable by taxi or buses. I chose this place for the proximity to the centre and the convenience of price, you can find even cheaper but the services here are the right equilibrium. The dimension of the structure claim the fact this can be a busy place, being in august it was low season and everything was around...

We stayed there for - night during our visit to Bukhara The location is key point for this hotel. However bit difficult to find by taxi. All main attractions are walking distance The host /owner Mr Ali is very helpful and speak good English . They allowed us to late checkout Good breakfast They customized the breakfast for Indian visitors Overall good experience Value for money

The hotel is located in a outstanding, tranquil corner and at the same time in the center of the city, it has a big parking in front and and a lovely patio inside with a mini garden, surrounded by various plants. Loved the hotel personnel who were willing to help at any moment.

A small and charming homestay-esque property right in the heart of Bukhara. Rooms are small but artsy. Most of the attractions are at a walking distance. Breakfast is simple but very nice. Vladimir, the owner, goes out of the way to help you out.

Extremly nice staff, very clean and in the heart of the city. Close to all city sites. Good breakfast. We were alone in the hotel but they did everything to make us confortable. Beside the spirit of this old palace is like you can feel the anciant times. I raccomand wormly.

We had no real idea of what this hotel was going to be like. All we knew was that it was in a good location. The location did not disappoint. It was moments away from Labi Hovuz. Very cosy hotel in the centre of Bukhara. We had an excellent stay: the room was spacious, comfortable, well equipped. Water, tea and coffee replenished every day. Excellent breakfast: fresh or freshly made products, nice variety for any taste. The building is beautiful and harmonious. The best hotel stay of our trip in Uzbekistan! Would certainly go back should I happen to be in Bukhara again.

Excellent, cozy boutique hotel run by its owner, a very friendly and helpful Russian. Affordable, comfortable, and spacious. Hotel Fatima was absolutely fantastic! The beds were comfortable, the rooms were spotless, and the breakfast was delicious every morning. What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was the staff. Everyone was so kind and welcoming, and Olim in particular went above and beyond to be helpful. The service we received from the staff here is outstanding, especially from Olim. He’s able to help arrange anything you need, from intercity transfers to day trips (they also have laundry services) and provides excellent suggestions on things to do around the city. Room was clean, people were good, location is awesome. Beautiful Islamic patterns, and architecture are everywhere. There are good restaurants nearby. We booked two rooms, rooms were nice and clean, breakfast was good. Bet part was the historic courtyard and it’s very central location. I would stay here again

An absolutely wonderful hotel that left us with absolutely wonderful memories! The Lyabi Hauz Hotel is located just a stone's throw from Lyabi Hauz in the old historic city of Bukhara.
