I really wanted to love this hotel but it has some quirks that I could not overlook. First thing first, it is a great location. Right in the heart of Bukhara. It's located in Gagan, about 1 km from Bukhara Station. It's within walking distance from the station. If you're going to Ark Castle or the city of Bukhara, take bus number 378! It costs about 15 yen, so it's recommended if you're sightseeing or taking an early morning train.

We had a 4 nights stay in Rayyan Bukhara and had a great experience. The staff, especially the manager Rashid, was extremely helpful and answered every concerns of us. It was close to both the airport and train stations, and it was quiet and nice. The breakfast was average for a similar Uzbek hotel. The staff was friendly.

The location is very convenient, right at the entrance to the old town. While many accommodations in the old town are inaccessible by taxi, this accommodation is just within easy reach. I also left something in a Yandex Go taxi. The host kindly helped me speak to the Yandex driver (you can call via the app, but the driver only speaks the local language), and I was able to retrieve my lost item.

Excellent location, great breakfasts served on the terrace, reliable Wi-Fi, and hot water. All the main attractions and the market are just a 5-10 minute walk away. The owners' eldest daughter is very attentive and speaks both English and Russian, which was a great help. Very pleasant stay, at a great location - a quiet alley, two minutes from Lyabi Khouse. We arrived late, and were given bread and water, which made us feel very welcome. The rooms a large and comfortable, shower hot, and even a heated floor! Breakfast was a feast, and all in all we felt cared for. We highly recommend this well-priced mid-range.

Very good location one minute walk from Lyabi-Hauz. It is a guesthouse with very few rooms but very clean, with air conditioning, wifi, shampoo and gel.... The person at the reception doesn't know English but with the Google Translator we could understand each other perfectly and he was always attentive to what we needed. It’s not close to the main historical areas, but that comes with its advantages: it’s quiet, spacious, and less pricy than central places. It’s run by a family who are kind and very hospitable. It’s also clean and well maintained. Hot water is available, as well as AC.

This is a great choice for accommodation in Bukhara. The staff is kind and patient, the breakfast was huge and delicious. The donuts aren’t included in that but they are fantastic! The only downsides were the hard beds and the loud music playing from a nearby restaurant which played until about midnight.

Hostel Payraviy is located in the heart of the city, with everything just a 5–10 minute walk away. The hostel has a very traditional and homely vibe, and it is neat and clean. The owner is extremely warm and helpful. His son speaks English and is available on calls to assist, and if required, he even comes to the hostel to help. Very helpful people, charming place. But one drawback - the room doesn't have a door. And the washroom is common. At one point the host just barged into my room to hand me a receipt. It's a safe place, no doubt, the hosts are great people , but this part was a little puzzling.

The family was really nice and they had cooking facilities which was great. But I wouldn't return because the room my friend and I stayed in had no working AC, the hostess raised her voice at me angrily which made me feel uncomfortable and there was a midnight curfew. The hostel itself was okay. Good location, great staff.But I wasn’t into this hostel unfortunately. There are so many rules, like forbidden washing clothes in bathroom / door will be closed at 12am / leaving backpack after checking out will cost money…and 10 more rules. I’ve been traveling for 7 months, but this is the first time to see the hostel has tons of rules. That made me uncomfortable.
