Bukhara, 53, Hakikat st (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Comfortable stay, though there are uneven steps and slopes along corridors. Good buffer breakfast from rooftop terrace. Lifts are rather cramp for more than 3 people. Good location.
Excellent stay, comfortable beds and central location
Fabulous hotel in the Old town & central for all sightseeing. Beautifully decorated throughout in a traditional style. An absolute huge bed - must be nearly 8ft across, but was comfortable. Good lighting, fridge but no minibar, kettle with sachets, spacious bathroom. Good aircon with easy controls. Only breakfast served which is plentiful on the rooftop restaurant. You can sit here in the evening...
Well run hotel in the centre of Bukhara - the location is amazing. The rooms are comfortable with large beds and nice bathrooms. The breakfast is vey good with a rooftop restaurant that has a lovely view of the minaret etc. would stay here again - best welcome drink I have ever had.
I really wanted to love this hotel but it has some quirks that I could not overlook.
First thing first, it is a great location. Right in the heart of Bukhara. We visited during the heatwave of summer 2025 (July). The area around this hotel is being excavated for new archeological discovery of ancient ruins, so this is a pedestrian only area. Which means you will need to drag your luggage to the hotel...
This hotel was perfectly located inside the city walls and very central for all the sights. The courtyard rooms were lovely and large, and cool and airy. The reception area was lovely and large with plenty of space for our group to gather. The only criticism, and its not a fair one, is that English was not well understood, but that is true throughout Uzbekistan, as Russian is most people’s second language...

Had a fun there and met great people Aswell. The receptionist was super friendly
It's cheap and very nice people here and it's close to everything.
Great staff & helpful as he looked and research my next trip destination right away while I checked i.
I stayed in a 3 bunkerbeds room by myself since I booked as single bed, not too busy of a season.
Everything is walking distance and easy to reach by bus. I came from Tashkent to Bukhara by bus, then going to Nucuz by train.
Lovely place and people for the price I can't complaint although it wasn...
The environment is nice, comfortable, clean and the staff are very friendly.
This place is very close to tourist attractions and can be reached in a short walk. It is recommended for people traveling alone.
I had a wonderful time. Four nights in a large room with all the comforts. A low budget price, yet a wonderful stay with seating in the courtyard. Met some lovely other hotel guests.
A very helpful and resourceful hotel owner. Excellent.

Not far from the station, the owner kindly drove us to the station at 6 am, we are truly grateful. Moreover, the boxed breakfast prepared in advance was hygienic and clean, which is suitable for travelers who want to catch a train early!
2 days ago I arrived at Bukhara at midnight. I had to negotiate with a taxi by 4 dollars. Anybody did not get my Yandex call because Vostock hotel was too near to ride me. At 2:40 today I checked out, Thankfully the hansome manager who is 21 years old gave a free ride service to the station and the beautiful madam prepared simple breakfast box. For the staying Bukhara the room that was calm and clean...
Very convenient and close to the train station. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The owner kindly offered to drop us off at the train station for our 5:30am train.
The house was very beautiful, and the people were all very kind and friendly, offering a lot of help. I really like Bukhara.
It's located in Gagan, about 1 km from Bukhara Station. It's within walking distance from the station.
If you're going to Ark Castle or the city of Bukhara, take bus number 378!
It costs about 15 yen, so it's recommended if you're sightseeing or taking an early morning train.
We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The room was clean and beautifully decorated, and the hotel has a nice yard. The location is convenient—close to the station, which is great if you're arriving late or leaving early.
What stood out most was the staff. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. They offered us breakfast early in the morning and helped arrange transportation. Such kind and thoughtful...

Very very good service nice location price and staff !! 10/10
The location was fantastic.
The room had everything I needed, and I had a very comfortable stay.
Breakfast was also delicious.
I especially appreciate how kind and helpful the staff were; I'm truly grateful.
Great location, friendly staff and clean rooms
We had a 4 nights stay in Rayyan Bukhara and had a great experience. The staff, especially the manager Rashid, was extremely helpful and answered every concerns of us. The location is in the heart of the city close by everything. All employees super polite and helpful. If I plan another trip to Bukhara, definitely I will choose Rayyan Hotel.
From the outside, it doesn't look like much, but once you enter, it's like another world! First the room. Beds are very comfortable, the bathroom is adequate size, and the towels (on the first night) are so so soft. Room is very clean.
Hotel decoration and design makes you feel like you are staying in a traditional home.
Breakfast is ok, not a lot of meat choices, but plenty of cakes.

Wonderful! Clean, quiet, delicious, cozy! Friendly hosts! Close to everything! Highly recommended!
Absolutely fantastic hotel and couldn’t recommend it enough. It’s run by two of the nicest people I’ve met in Uzbekistan.
The location is ideal, a short walk to loads of the main sites and restaurants. The breakfast it also a massive highlight, it is tasty and the owner makes it to order!
The courtyard wasn’t finished when we were there but we were told that it’ll have a bar and all sorts.

Great location, close to main attractions, but not right next to the road. The foundation is tired, especially the bathroom. This is a guest house, a family lives there. At the moment, new excellent rooms are being prepared for launch, a new dining room. The owner Asror is a wonderful person and a hospitable host. He was incredibly polite and hospitable. We had a pleasant stay at Emerald Hotel; nothing particularly memorable but it was okay. We stayed in the triple room which was near the reception. Our room had no view to speak of from the window but (unlikely many hotel rooms) had excellent lighting. It was clean, our triple a good size, and the bed comfortable. Location is okay, once you find it the first time. The Emerald is not in the exact centre...
This well- located hotel is clean, bright and pretty. The staff is very kind (one member walked my husband to the pharmacy for medication, fixed him a thermos of tea and brought him sliced lemon). Breakfast is bountiful with absolutely delicious apricot preserves among is offerings. Our shower was the best of the four hotels we used in Uzbekistan. Comfortable beds. Looks like it opened about a week...
A cozy hotel in the very heart of Bukhara's historic center. I was very pleased with the street leading to the hotel; I promise you won't forget it. The hotel itself is very clean, and the staff is attentive and helpful, offering information about the city and good dining options. Breakfasts are simple for the discerning traveler, but filling. If I were to ask if I'd return, I would definitely say...
A luxurious hotel in Bukhara. Unfortunately, our vacation was planned so that we only stayed two nights. We really didn't want to leave! The hotel was perfect, with a huge room and high-quality, well-designed furniture. A large bathroom, a king-size bed, and everything was stylish, tasteful, and full of character. We were absolutely delighted with the hotel's location on narrow streets (you can order...
The hotel is a little hard to find, but once you learn the route from the main street in front of Lapi Hauz, it's easy to access. Located in the maze-like Old City of Bukhara, the hotel's courtyard was beautifully organized and beautifully designed. The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was also heartfelt and the hospitality was excellent, making for a very satisfying...
We enjoyed staying at the Emerald very much. Its in a quiet spot, close to the sights, but not too close - just right. Our room was spotless, and large, with good A/C. Room 101 bathroom door doesn't close.
Rooms were clean and bathroom had bath tub which was ap plus point.
A very nice hotel. We stayed with our family. Everyone enjoyed it. Good location, close to the airport, but a bit far from the city center. Good breakfast, but it would be nice to have a coffee machine. And the room could be better cleaned.
Nice hotel with clean rooms, lobby and restaurants have beautiful Uzbeki Architecture.
All conveniences are good. You can take a taxi to the attractions near the seminary in about 5-10 minutes. A new hotel with breakfast included. The price of this hotel booked on Ctrip is slightly cheaper than other websites. The service is the same!

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the old town's tourist attractions. The room was clean and comfortable. The shower was hot and had plenty of water. The breakfast was delicious.
It was close to both the airport and train stations, and it was quiet and nice. The breakfast was average for a similar Uzbek hotel. The staff was friendly.
The location is very convenient, right at the entrance to the old town. While many accommodations in the old town are inaccessible by taxi, this accommodation is just within easy reach. I also left something in a Yandex Go taxi. Excellent location, great breakfasts served on the terrace, reliable Wi-Fi, and hot water. All the main attractions and the market are just a 5-10 minute walk away. The owners' eldest daughter is very attentive and speaks both English and Russian, which was a great help. We had an early check-out and asked for breakfast to go; they packed everything for us and brought it the evening before.
The hotel is very conveniently located, with all the sights within walking distance. The downsides include an uncomfortable bed and a poorly functioning shower. Breakfast was good, and the host was friendly.
There were a lot of ants in the room.
The bathroom smelled like sewage.
The toilet stopped flushing.
All the tourist attractions are about a 15-minute walk away.
Breakfast is plentiful. On the second day, they customized our breakfast to our liking.
Good accommodation to stay with your loved ones. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. Really satisfied. Will repeat this accom. Tq host!
Our impression of the hotel was seriously marred by the fact that they charged a higher tourist tax than the amount stated in the booking app. We never received change for the tax; the owner went to change money and we never saw him again. Very pleasant stay, at a great location - a quiet alley, two minutes from Lyabi Khouse.

The rooms a large and comfortable, shower hot, and even a heated floor!
Breakfast was a feast, and all in all we felt cared for.
We highly recommend this well-priced mid-range.
Very good hotel, the old lady is very kind and will personally make me an omelet in the morning. The important thing is that this hotel is next to Lake Bukhara at this price, which is great🥹
Very good location one minute walk from Lyabi-Hauz. It is a guesthouse with very few rooms but very clean, with air conditioning, wifi, shampoo and gel.... The person at the reception doesn't know English but with the Google Translator we could understand each other perfectly and he was always attentive to what we needed. The Hostel has a good location and the receptionists are very kind and helpful. The rooms were nice, just the mattresses are really hard and also there is a camera in the room, they should warn you about that when they show you the room so you don’t change the clothes on the room. The best thing about this place is its cleanliness. We had a very comfortable four-day stay. The service was attentive and considerate. It's a quiet place, just a 3-5 minute walk from the old town. We had a great time exploring the old town over four days. Thank you to the owner for providing us with such a comfortable place to stay!
Everything was great! We were greeted very warmly and allowed to check in early. The room was very clean. The location couldn't be better; it's easy to explore all of Bukhara on foot, everything is nearby.
This hotel is within walking distance of Bukhara's main attractions, and that's where its advantages end. The rooms are dirty; my friends and I booked three rooms, and one wasn't prepared for our arrival. The staff are friendly and try their best, but the hotel needs renovation. I wouldn't recommend this hotel; if your budget allows, book a more expensive one.
1. Located in the Old City, the guesthouse is just a 10-minute walk from the Minoral Kalo. There are other attractions along the way, so the journey won't be boring or feel long.

This is a great choice for accommodation in Bukhara. The staff is kind and patient, the breakfast was huge and delicious. The donuts aren’t included in that but they are fantastic! Bukhara, City Center, M.Payraviy 38, 200100 Buhara, Uzbekistan (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Hostel Payraviy is located in the heart of the city, with everything just a 5–10 minute walk away. The hostel has a very traditional and homely vibe, and it is neat and clean. The owner is extremely warm and helpful. His son speaks English and is available on calls to assist, and if required, he even comes to the hostel to help. I would definitely recommend Hostel Payraviy.
Great location, very close to the Ark of Bukhara, Poi Kalon, and other main attractions. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The host is extremely welcoming and warm, which made the stay even better. Highly recommended!
Very helpful people, charming place. But one drawback - the room doesn't have a door. And the washroom is common. At one point the host just barged into my room to hand me a receipt. It's a safe place, no doubt, the hosts are great people , but this part was a little puzzling.
The family was really nice and they had cooking facilities which was great.
But I wouldn't return because the room my friend and I stayed in had no working AC, the hostess raised her voice at me angrily which made me feel uncomfortable and there was a midnight curfew. Would choose somewhere else next time
The hostel itself was okay. Good location, great staff. But I wasn’t into this hostel unfortunately. There are so many rules, like forbidden washing clothes in bathroom / door will be closed at 12am / leaving backpack after checking out will cost money…and 10 more rules.
I’ve been traveling for 7 months, but this is the first time to see the hostel has tons of rules. That made me uncomfortable.
The hotel was clean and tidy, and quite relaxing. There were free coffee and tea at the lobby facing the patio. The bathroom had enough space and comfortable. The owner family was very kind and friendly.
Registon, Toqi Zargaron, and other major places are within a walking distance. There are some food & daily goods stores around the hotel.
