Good price value ratio hotel with comfortable beds. Service is nice with exceptions of the employee behind the Omelett station. Furthermore they have 4 treadmills in the gym which you can’t use for more then walking speed. Besides that all in all a very good hotel.

The hotel room (we stay in room 217) is much smaller than in the picture and it is extremely small that we cannot open two suitcases at the same time. The wardrobe is not at the entrance but by the window. The only place you can open the suitcase is in front of the wardrode which means the suitcase will block your way to the wardrode and the desk. 10/10 stay. I was here for a fee days in Bukhara and I was so impressed with this hotel. Firstly the rooms are so big, clean and grand. The price was so competitive and lower than other hotels in the city. The service was great and the main sights are a short walk away. As a tourist you should definitely stay here.

Very accommodating and honest. They allowed me to extend my stay past checkout by two hours (they probably would have given me another hour). For some reason they didn't charge me a city tax at the end of my stay either. I have no idea if it was because I tipped the concierge/bellboy or the cleaning lady. The hotel is very expensive with this room size with limited breakfast which they don't refill, starts from 8-10am. Better stay in the old town itself, one third the price , hotel call Sheriston Plaza. 5-8mnts walking distance

Like the previous reviewer, we were impressed by the decoration in the lobby and around the hotel. Unlike the previous reviewer, we had no issues with the service. Staff at the front desk and at breakfast were helpful. The hotel is on a main road, not far from the city center. There is a new Korean BBQ restaurant a very short walk in the opposite direction.

The building is grandiose, the decorations are rich, the materials are of very high quality, the spaces are vast. The service is catastrophic: the concierge at reception is aggressive at the slightest question, the room is not in the condition of the hotel description, absence of the welcome tray provided with dried fruits, absence of water bottles, absence of tea bags or infusion, absence of cups...

Pros: Good location - 10 minutes walk to the old city, where everything is interesting for a tourist in Bukhara. 10 minutes by car to the airport (but it is quiet, planes do not interfere). Recently, me and my partner decided to visit to Bukhara. I have stayed in this hotel. My experience about this hotel is excellent. Breakfast is impressive and delicious. Rooms are clean and cosy. In my next visit to the Bukhara, I'll stay in yhis hotel again.

Super clean, comfortable beds, welcoming staff made our visit great. The rooms are small but excellent service makes up for it. We left another hotel to come here and we were pleasantly surprised with the quality. We stayed at the 2 floor. No complaints, and is one of the best hotels in town easily.

A perfect place to stay right in the heart of the old town and makes walking very easy to reach many places. Wonderful mosaic Madrasas and more to be visited. Great food and generally friendly people. Drinking a cold beer sitting on the terrace looking across the old town as the sunsets was magical.

Location-wise, the hotel is not in the city center, but that’s not a big issue in Bukhara, the city is small and a taxi ride of around 10–15 minutes gets you anywhere. However, there is a construction site right next to the hotel. Work starts early in the morning, if you’re planning a trip anytime soon, I would not recommend staying here due to the noise . And the breakfast is quite disappointing...
