This hotel was renovated from the mansion of a wealthy man in the 19th century. I was impressed to hear that the receptionist was studying Japanese. The building's design, including the atmospheric courtyard, was excellent. The rooms may look old, but the bathrooms have been renovated and are clean. Disposable slippers are provided. If I ever come back to Bukhara, I'll definitely book this hotel again. It's beautiful, clean, and right in the heart of the old city, making it super easy to pop back after a stroll. The breakfasts are incredibly delicious, and the coffee is excellent (they use whole beans!). You can even buy drinks and alcohol at the reception.

I liked the hotel. The location is excellent; literally two buildings away, you're in the center of the historic city. Shokh was a friendly guy upon check-in. The location is very convenient, right at the entrance to the old town. While many accommodations in the old town are inaccessible by taxi, this accommodation is just within easy reach. I also left something in a Yandex Go taxi. The host kindly helped me speak to the Yandex driver (you can call via the app, but the driver only speaks the local language), and I was able to retrieve my lost item.

Stayed here as a part of Uzbekistan trip through global connect tours. Advantage of this hotel is it is on the main road hence motorable , yet closed to all the historic sites and restaurants. It was a wonderful hotel with a very stylish interior. The staff were friendly and spoke fluent English. Breakfast was a buffet with a wide variety of food and was delicious. I'm sure the hotel room walls were designed to resemble Bukhara, but the one thing that bothered me was the white powder that would stain clothes and other items when they touched the walls.

This isn't a hotel, it's incredible! It's located right in Bukhara's old town! I've never seen a hotel with such authenticity, yet it's all combined with comfort and service! I came to Uzbekistan and went to many hotels, and I was perfect in terms of cost performance, service, and satisfaction.
