Decent sized pool but in small area between hotel wall and building Staff speak ok English Aircon light very bright and high up so couldn't cover it Nice balcony overlooking the open area in front of the hotel, but too hot to use it
Great staff, very smooth check-in, very nice rooms. Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bukhara. The front desk was very kind and allowed us early checkin which was the best after a long journey
Breakfast is normal, varied, there were strawberries, cherries, apricots in mid-May. But the scrambled eggs and porridge were running out. It was difficult for us to set up the TV, we asked the staff for help
The hotel is not located in the old town, but it is quite close by taxi. It was a bit noisy from the cars on the street (view of the city)
They also spoke English and were extremely hospitable

For fitness enthusiasts, there’s a fully-equipped gym, both outdoor and indoor swimming pools, and a small garden for relaxation
However, one of the standout features of Turon Plaza is the extensive range of amenities and services available to guests. The hotel boasts an excellent restaurant, a stylish bar, a spa center, and a karaoke room
All these factors make Turon Plaza Hotel not just luxurious but also an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this place to any traveler and look forward to returning in the future
Additionally, the hotel offers a modern conference hall, perfect for hosting large meetings or events. Two elevators inside the hotel make movement between floors seamless and convenient
The hotel is new and the rooms are quite large. You can see the weight of gold color everywhere in the room. You can use complete bathroom supplies and high quality slippers for free
I had an incredibly pleasant stay at Turon Plaza Hotel. This hotel is a blend of luxury and comfort, designed to cater to every guest's needs
Our big team and I stayed one night in this hotel. Arrived late and departed early. Hotel is located in the heart of old historical area of Bukhara where most of the city landmarks in a walking distance
The door out of reception at the back left is very poorly designed ie too narrow and with a floor protuberance for the constant stream of people with bags attempting to go through it
No facial tissues or small vials of hand lotion were supplied. Such low cost items, that would help make this chain a 4 star stay. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water, though the bath plug was slow to drain
The power point closest to the desk is very hard to get at and you have to unplug the fridge there to gain access to electricity. Why such poor design?? The king sized bed was well set up
Breakfast was less inspiring with too much food not labelled and very watery juice. There was at least some fresh fruit and yoghurt tubs. The brown bread was the highlight
Many tour groups would have just come across the Turkmenistan border. Our 3 story block had a lift but there are too many level changes to walk around the whole hotel

The family room is a spacious two-bedroom suite. There's ample parking, perfect for those driving. There's also a small garden on the first floor. Many European and Chinese tour groups choose this hotel.
The hotel room is quite large and relatively clean, but the mattress is a bit hard. Locals like to come to the hotel lobby and garden to take wedding photos. The water in the swimming pool is not very clean
The hotel is in the new town, but only 3km away from the old town. There is a shopping mall next to it with a large supermarket and a fast food restaurant upstairs
Super. Nice, clean, staff are very professional about their work. Lovely restaurant, very tasty 5+. Live music. Well done. I advise everyone.
Very new, good environment, rich breakfast variety (taste average), but the location is a bit remote, a little far from the ancient city.
Very nice, there is no bunak in Bukhara, the restaurant is great. Thank you.

Bukhara's top-ranked hotel certainly lived up to its reputation. It's incredibly unique and conveniently located in the Old City, making it easy to get to all the attractions
Hotel staff are helpful but for some reason the housekeeping did not do our room for our entire duration of stay. The rooms are big but for some unknown reason the bathroom is small. Did get answer from sraff either
I stayed at the Mercure near Bukhara's Old City for a business trip. The overall environment was beautiful, the service was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious
Beautiful hotel. Clean, spacious bedroom and bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff. I called reception for help..they sent someone to my room immediately. Variety and delicious breakfast.
Most hotels in Bukhara have rather questionable interior designs, but Mercure isn't one of them. This hotel is beautifully decorated and bright inside
It is close to the attraction main place such as the Poi Kalyan. The ambient is nice and the room i get is spacious and nice. Clean and beautiful.

I had a wonderful experience at Sahid Zarafshon. From the moment I checked in until the minute I departed, the service was seamless and the staff were incredibly welcoming
I appreciate the modern, clean, and spacious rooms with large bathrooms
Moreover there are other amenities which include the indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, sauna, and full-service spa
Good price value ratio hotel with comfortable beds. Service is nice with exceptions of the employee behind the Omelett station
Facilities: The hotel is fully equipped with everything you might need, including a well-maintained fitness center and a refreshing swimming pool. The lobby area is also very grand and spacious
The Location: You couldn't ask for a better spot. It’s within walking distance to local supermarkets and main city areas. Plus, it’s just a very short taxi ride to the historic Ark of Bukhara
Verdict:
Whether you’re here for the history or just a relaxing getaway, this hotel is an ideal base. The brilliant staff truly make you feel at home

Facilities: A bit dated, but this is understandable as a local hotel. Free parking is available right outside. Cleanliness: Cleanliness was excellent, very clean and tidy, and the room was bright
If I were to return or visit Bukhara again, I would definitely feel okay to spend the night here. The pictures show the type of room I booked, and some parts of the environment inside this hotel
The hotel exceeded all my expectations. The room is royal. Breakfasts are delicious! The attitude is good. The location is also good. There are many shops and even a shopping center nearby.
The room is very beautiful, with high-quality wooden furniture, beautiful wallpaper, and a unique bathroom decoration. The hotel has a Central Asian style and the breakfast is great 👍
Good location by the entrance of the Bukhara old town. Warm and friendly service from the front desk with upgrade offer. Water is not hot during taking the bath, but acceptable.
The hotel is top notch! The room is clean, with everything you need! The location is very convenient, all the sights are within walking distance, literally 10 minutes on foot

Hotel Shams in Bukhara is a great choice for anyone looking for comfort on a budget. It’s close to the main sights, so exploring is easy. The rooms are clean, staff are friendly, and the outdoor pool is a nice touch
Shower of the old style so bare it in mind if you are travelling with your elders. No lift so you have to carry your own lugagge (they help you though). They have a good range of amenities like toothbrush and flip flops
Small swimming pool, our son loved it. They should put more confortable places to sit or lay next to the swimming pool. It is not buffet but they keep on bringing plenty of things from where to choose
It belongs to a family who lives in the same building (the feeling is like staying at a chambre d'hotes). Room of good size covered in carpet, I would take out the carpet in the bathroom if I was the owner
We stayed in a triple room (202) for 3 nights and it was 170€ with breakfast included and cancellation for free. It is on the road surrounding the city but you can yandex everywhere
The only thing we would recommend the hotel to consider is the curtains = they let in a lot of sun and from the very early sunrise it does not allow you to sleep

The pool was a great place to hang out in the hot Bukhara sun. Entry in to the spa is included and has both Turkish and salt rooms. The food was delicious, both in the restaurant and poolside delivery
Outdoor Swimming pool & Bar Area worthy to go and spend some time to relax and have a swim. I reccomend this hotel for sure
I had the pleasure of interacting with Dilshad during my stay at Wyndham Bukhara. Throughout my stay, any questions or requests I had were handled promptly and with a positive attitude
I had some local recommendations of what to do from Ameliya yarmuxamedova at the front desk, who was very helpful during our stay. The best hotel I stayed at in Uzbekistan
Their warm hospitality made check-in and my entire stay smooth and enjoyable. A special thank you to the restaurant team for their exceptional service and delicious food

Awesome boutique hotel in a traditional setting. Very few rooms, give a homely feeling. All rooms open to a courtyard where we could meet up and chat. Good rooms and very friendly staff
I would rather choose this hotel than any other 4 or 5 star hotels! I just love the attitude of the staff, comfort they offer, perfect combination of the traditional and modern style, outstanding breakfast!!! Love it! I strongly recommend you all to check this hotel before u go anywhere else
I loved this hotel! The best one I've stayed in Central Asia. I had the Luxury room and it was more like a 4-star hotel. So fresh, clean and very fancy
I just visited this hotel to stay and everything was really good. The rooms were clean, their behavior was friendly and I really enjoyed everything.
A new hotel - nice, cost effective, a friendly staff and very good breakfast. An excellent choice!
The breakfast came with a big variety and the staff were just the sweetest ever! Paxmat ??
the pool is so pretty
It is located in the middle of the Summer Palace and the Old City, so it is quiet and nice. There are many types and lots of quantity. Next time I travel to Bukhara, I want to come again
Quite affordable-so far- Very convient for those coming by car large parking. Staff is smiling and very helpful. Good breakfast on the terrace. Small swimming pool that I didn't try
A good hotel, everything is there, the Internet is normal, the room is good, clean, just one problem, instead of cold water, they don’t get much hotter than warm, so there is discomfort, maybe this problem has already been fixed
The room was clean and the bedding was good, so I slept well. 2 bottles of water are provided, there is a refrigerator, and the air conditioner works well. The toilet water pressure is adequate and clean
He uses a translator to try to solve what we want. It also seems to speak languages other than English. He continued to check us carefully to make sure there was nothing uncomfortable

The room is quiet, clean, comfortable bed. There is a swimming pool on the territory, very good breakfasts. I highly recommend it to everyone! Without a doubt. The old town is nearby, convenient for a walk
Coffee and eggs are brought to your table by a server, making it a pleasant and relaxed experience. I was especially impressed by the swimming pool area, decorated with beautiful blue paintings of Bukhara’s monuments
What an exceptional stay! The service was impeccable; every staff member, from the front desk to the housekeeping, went above and beyond to make our trip special. Our room was a sanctuary of comfort and cleanliness
Super clean, comfortable beds, welcoming staff made our visit great. The rooms are small but excellent service makes up for it. We left another hotel to come here and we were pleasantly surprised with the quality
Recently, me and my partner decided to visit to Bukhara. My experience about this hotel is excellent. Breakfast is impressive and delicious. In my next visit to the Bukhara, I'll stay in yhis hotel again
This is the first time that I have ever been in Dera, I liked it, I recommend u to stay here!!!
Our location so close to the Center which is so historic. The lady receptionist was extremely helpful in booking our bus tickets and calling taxi. Without her we would have been stranded
Location was perfect - not very inside so that I could easily book a taxi, yet close enough to blend in with the Old town. Meal was good, staff was friendly
strategic location in the quiet alley. 4 minutes walk to Chor Minor monument. short walk to restaurants nearby. shower & aircond works in good condition
A cozy hotel, tucked away from the street, so it's quiet. Breakfasts are good, the staff is pleasant. Not far from the sights.
and the best part is the rooms included with lots selection of delicious buffet breakfast
Awesome hotel, tasty breakfasts and a very comfortable location!

Uzbekistan send like a very safe place and the location here is no exceptions. We never felt unsafe and when the events were happening there were gates to get into the area, metal detectors and police every few meters
We had to have the front desk open it with a master key, so we gave up
2. There is a doorway threshold between the bathroom and the bedroom that is quite high and seems like it was designed to stub your toe on
And don’t forget Farrukh, Mohammed and the rest of the crew!
You’re not just staying at a hotel, you’re becoming part of a family. You’ll have the best experience in this special place and unforgettable city
Caravan Hotel is a fantastic place to stay, just steps from the historical center and with two beautiful patios. It’s cozy, welcoming, and full of life!
Why? Because of the amazing people who work there
Situated across from the citadel and on the edge of the old town, there is constant activity in the event spaces and it is a very short walk to the historical buildings, shops and restaurants
The staff are super nice, a bit shy and quiet but very nice and their English is pretty good. The breakfast buffet is just okay, but there is enough there to get you through until lunch

This hotel was amazing - the sauna and pool were so lovely & the bed and room was perfect
The hotel exceeded all expectations in every aspect. Its prime location, ideally situated for sightseeing and in close proximity to the train station, added immense convenience
A special thank you to Mehroj and Muhammadsaloh, we had a late train & their service to accommodate us was amazing up until we left despite us not staying another night
The staff exhibited exemplary behavior, ensuring a pleasant and accommodating experience. Notably, the breakfast offered was exceptional, leaving a lasting impression
The utmost cleanliness and adherence to hygiene standards were truly commendable. The affordability of room rates further enhanced its appeal
As a discerning tourist, I enthusiastically endorse this remarkable hotel

The advantage is its good location; it's about a 5-minute walk to the Four Towers Mosque and a 15-20 minute walk to the Old City of Bukhara, making it relatively convenient for getting around
Very limited and poor choice, on day 2 we took only coffee POOL - biggest issue. Pool is located in another building in that courtyard not connected with the hotel (nor it will be with the new building)
We had really great expectations from this hotel, primary for a 24 hours working pool, but unfortunately it turned out to be the worst hotel out of 4 on our 8 days Uzbekistan tour
We finally checked in normally on the second and third nights, this time in a triple room. The hotel garden was almost completely neglected and looked rather run-down
We were temporarily assigned to a nearby budget hotel. Many other guests on Xiaohongshu (a Chinese social media platform) had encountered similar situations
It was located deep in a small alley, and the surrounding area was quite dusty. The room facilities were fairly complete, but the decor was a bit outdated
I had my partner’s bday and they also made us a fresh cake! And celebrated with us. They also packed the rest for takeaway. They have a gym and swimming pool too but we didn’t get the time to explore them
It’s not that big but one of the few places here with a pool!
Sound proofing wasn't the best but hotel room was cosy and clean
Special thanks to Madina, Jeyman, Jevinch, Muhammad and Ogabek!
Incredibly kind, warm, helpful, hospitable bunch of amazing human beings that make you feel right at home!
I love the F&B staff during breakfast, they were so amazing and were eager to help and pamper you!
Hotel uses central cooling /heating system but should adopt new practices given the unpredictable weather during seasonal changes
One of The best hotel in Bukhara. Stayed here for a week and had a lovely breakfast daily! I forgot their names but everyone here is super nice and welcoming

I spent three days in ❤️Bukhara❤️ and stayed at this cozy hotel which is a few seconds away from the central part of the Old City where you can find lots of historical sites including madrasas (old schools) and bazars
Really good hotel with nice rooms with TVs and air conditioning. Everything is really clean and the breakfast is big and varied. They helped us to get a 4:00 am taxi to the train station and even got up to see us off
Amazing location to enjoy your stay in Bukhara as much as possible. Owners are the nicest people and breakfast in the beautiful courtyard are a real feast every morning! Highly recommend it !
We loved this place, even though we visited during a cold snap in March when there was snow on the ground. Nazira is absolutely warm and charming and that is reflected in her guest house
I like the vibe of such old houses which are turned into hotels with private bathrooms and hot showers (which were a must in this freezing November!)
Very comfortable and clean hotel. Hostess Nazira opa is a kind, sweet and friendly woman. When you leave, it feels like you are leaving home!
