Facilities: Average Hygiene: Average Environment: Average A good choice in this city, the service attitude is very good, the hotel restaurant takes too long to order, which needs improvement Service: Average
I had an incredibly pleasant stay at Turon Plaza Hotel. This hotel is a blend of luxury and comfort, designed to cater to every guest's needs. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated with a modern touch, featuring plush beds, high-speed internet, and large-screen TVs. However, one of the standout features of Turon Plaza is the extensive range of amenities and services available to guests....
The hotel is good, a little far from the city center.
The rooms are big Breakfast is good Staff needs to be trained to communicate on the phone
Good hotel. New rooms good staff

Asia Hotel, Bukhara1 / 30
9.0
Bukhara, Mehtar Ambar St 55 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
3.5 stars in reality. 2 nights in room #104 from 25th April on an Adventures Abroad tour. In an excellent location to the Old Town but tour buses can only get approx 200 m away. Assistance is then given with suitcase transfers. A typical Stan’s hotel with then too many steps up to the entrance door and with no ramp for luggage or mobility impaired guests. Part of the Hotel Asia chain, which seems to...
Our big team and I stayed one night in this hotel. Arrived late and departed early. Hotel is located in the heart of old historical area of Bukhara where most of the city landmarks in a walking distance. Big room, very clean, shows location of Qibla. Toilet amenities with toothpaste and brush, hot water, great WiFi and amazing breakfast.
The location is excellent, right in the heart of the old town. The rooms are also quite large, though there are only two floors with no elevator. Overall, it's a good place.
We stayed for two nights as part of an organised tour. Arriving after midnight on the first night we were efficiently greeted with welcome drinks and nibbles. Rooms are a good size and are well appointed. Breakfast had a good selection to suit all tastes. The old town attractions are all in walking distance.
The receptionist was very polite and helpful. The pool was cold but very clean. The breakfast was dissapointing, cold, tasteless porridge, sliced white stale bread, three coffee machines were broken. There was little service from the staff..
This is the second Asia hotel on our tour. The location of the Asia Bukhara is fabulous being right in the old town where there are multiple restaurants, shops and sights. However, the entire chain is three star. Two small bars of soap, tiny bottles of body wash and shampoos and very flimsy towels. The mattresses are well worn with one lumpy pillow and one quilt which is rather thin. The breakfast...

Bukhara, 334 street Dilkusho, 200100 Buhara, Uzbekistan (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The family room is a spacious two-bedroom suite. There's ample parking, perfect for those driving. There's also a small garden on the first floor. Many European and Chinese tour groups choose this hotel.
Front desk service attitude is very poor
For a three-star hotel, everything is fine. Pros: robes in the room, a good restaurant open from morning until night, good Wi-Fi, very quiet. Cons: the old town is a 20-minute walk away, but it's inconvenient, as you have to cross highways and a residential area. The bed is large, but uncomfortable: no mattress pad, poor pillows, and washed-out gray linens. The shower has no water pressure, and it...
The hotel is relatively new, the room is large, and the breakfast is rich
Relatively quiet Sanitation: Good
Facilities: There are a lot of people lining up for wedding photos in the hotel lobby, and it’s a bit noisy during the day. Health: Overall health is OK Environment: There are gymnasiums and supermarkets nearby, about three kilometers from the central area Service: OK

Mercure Bukhara Old Town Hotel, Bukhara1 / 30
9.3
Bukhara, Samarkand Street 206 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
I stayed at the Mercure near Bukhara's Old City for a business trip. The overall environment was beautiful, the service was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious. Most of the guests checking in were senior tour groups from Europe and America.
Bukhara's top-ranked hotel certainly lived up to its reputation. It's incredibly unique and conveniently located in the Old City, making it easy to get to all the attractions. The breakfast was delicious, and both the service and room amenities were excellent. Highly recommended!
Overall, the value for money isn't great. The facilities and room size are quite small, and 2000 per night feels expensive. Even though it's in the old city, you still have to walk over a kilometer to reach any attractions. You'd be better off staying in a guesthouse closer to the main square. However, given the construction limitations in Bukhara's old town, there aren't many truly excellent hotels...
Wasn’t a very pleasant stay. On the first day we felt like a scam. We booked the room with an open window door but when we checked in, they gave us an accessible room next to the lift. Nothing looked like the picture on trip.com nor on Mercure website. The accessible bathroom design was also a huge miss. We tried to talk to front desk but they said that’s the last room they have and there were twin...
Beautiful hotel. Clean, spacious bedroom and bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff. I called reception for help..they sent someone to my room immediately. Variety and delicious breakfast.
Most hotels in Bukhara have rather questionable interior designs, but Mercure isn't one of them. This hotel is beautifully decorated and bright inside. The lobby offers complimentary water and local dried fruits, and the service is excellent. The rooms are a bit small, but that seems to be the norm for hotels of this caliber on this trip. The hotel's location is fantastic, right on the edge of the...

Bukhara, Tutzor 15 Bukhara, Hotel Bukhara, 200100 Buhara, Uzbekistan (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The hotel was clean, but it was quite far from the old city, especially since only electric carts could access Bukhara's old city, and at night you had to walk a long way to the area outside the curfew to hail a taxi. The breakfast had a variety of options, but most were cold. A few hot items seemed poorly heated and remained cold, and the taste was just average.
Lovely spacious room, staff were also very helpful. Bit of a walk into the old town (20 minutes) but taxis are very cheap.
The hotel's location is decent, situated next to the main road leading to Bukhara Old City, offering a quiet retreat amidst the bustling city. The rooms are similar to those in budget hotels in China, but the balcony is quite large, making for a comfortable stay. The breakfast is average, lacking hot food, which is a minor drawback.
Good Staff is great, always willing to help and assist, hotel looks new but lack of blackout courtains, windows/doors do not seal well so room can be very cold at night, 20 mins walking to city center.
Was a nice hotel. The bed was ok. Not fantastic. Location is not an issue as taxis in Uzbekistan are so reasonable. Great shower!
Quiet, 15 minutes walk from old town center. Clean and very good service. Highly recommend

TLDR: EXCELLENT location, clean rooms, nice staff, meh breakfast. The location of this hotel could not be better. Situated across from the citadel and on the edge of the old town, there is constant activity in the event spaces and it is a very short walk to the historical buildings, shops and restaurants. Uzbekistan send like a very safe place and the location here is no exceptions. We never felt...
Caravan Hotel is a fantastic place to stay, just steps from the historical center and with two beautiful patios. It’s cozy, welcoming, and full of life! Why? Because of the amazing people who work there. Farrux, the manager, is generous and supportive, always ready to help with a smile. His wonderful team: Mekroj and Abdu, quickly became our friends thanks to their warmth, good humor, and kindness...
Good location, The hotel is beautiful and staff provided excellent service. There is a small coffee shop in front of the hotel.
The best hotel in town! The staff was extremely polite and professional. The location is just perfect. You are in the middle of the city and have access to all sights of the old town!
The hotel is just beside two historical places in Bukhara. 5 minutes walking distance from the ancient city heart. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff very kind to help but knows English very little. Breakfast is tasty and with many options.
Nice architectur hotel. Clean, delicious food, kind people.

Beautiful and very Charming Hotel in the heart of the Old Bukhara. The room amenities were nicely done, spacious, and rooms were very comfortable.
Hotel is the best i have been before. Located in the middle of old city town. U can find everything near the hotel by walk. Rooms are fantastic.
I had a wonderful stay at Amiran Boutique Hotel. The staff was incredibly kind and always ready to help with a smile, making me feel truly welcome. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Bukhara, just steps away from all the main attractions. It’s the perfect base for exploring the city.
The hotel is situated right in the heart of Bukhara so very easy to get to all the main sites and then head back to freshen up whenever needed. It is in a pedestrianised area so its about 3-4 minutes walk from the nearest vehicle point. But our driver was very helpful in getting us to the reception area. The rooms are very comfortable, spacious and really clean. Despite being centrally located, it...
Astounding hotel: great location, good price (on the side closer to being a little bit too expensive), polite personnel and a very good breakfast (ranging from sweets to salted).
Loved the hotel courtyard, such a beautiful place to have breakfast and meals Al fresco. Guess the weather in Bukhara is mostly dry no rain so they can have this Al fresco dining concept. The hotel is new, but built in traditional clay building style to blend in with the old city vibes. The hotel room is sizeable, good mattresses (therefore good sleep), bathrooms are clean and modern with amenities...

The hotel was very clean and had great access to the main attractions. Also staff Mr Jahan speaks English and was very kind and helpful to give me advices about the area. Thank you very much. I had wonderful stay.
The location is excellent. The rooms are small and a bit stuffy, but they have local character. Breakfast is meager, especially if you're used to 4-5 star chain hotels. The staff is friendly and welcoming.
Excellent location, local specialties, and a great breakfast.
I spent a few wonderful nights at Shohnishin Boutique Hotel, and the experience far exceeded my expectations. The hotel, a true oasis of peace and tradition, is perfectly located, just a short walk from the main attractions of the old city. The room I stayed in was impeccably clean, a pleasure to enter and feel right at home. The attention to detail and how it was prepared contributed enormously to...
Very traditional and beautiful decoration. Friendly and helpful reception gentleman. Location is excellent, 5 min walk to the Famous Pond. We had a very big breakfast. It was stunning! Enjoy everything in Shohnishin!

We loved our stay at the Amelia. Located right on the edge of the old town so very convenient. Staff and owner are friendly and helpful, owner. Lovely, clean brightly-decorated rooms and good size bathroom. Breakfast is served in a beautiful room and has a great selection of food (bread, pancakes, salami, cheese, fruit cake) along with juice, tea, coffee - eggs, porridge also available room. Additional...
Our friends recommended the Amelia Hotel to us, who stayed here last year and had great impressions of this hotel. We planned to spend 4 days in Bukhara. However, the Amelia Hotel only had Rooms for two nights, and for the other two days they recommended their second Hotel, the Alexia Suite. We were surprised how the owners kept both houses in their original form, which still reeks of antiquity. We...
We had a lovely time at this hotel. Room is amazingly clean, and people are incredly nice and welcoming! Special thanks to Aziz and Shax at the reception, as well as the lady serving us breakfast in the morning! Would definitely recommend this lovely hotel!
Great hotel, with very friendly staff. Very clean and good location close to old town. Night shift Aziz and day shift Shax - super nice and helpful with people.
Recently stayed for 2 nights with my partner and it was probably the best experience in our 1 week trip to Uzbekistan. Lovely and comfortable room. Delicious breakfast in a beautiful hall. They were very accommodating of our 10pm check-in. It was great to get to know Shax who made us feel very welcome and helped with anything we needed, all with a smile. 5 star experience.
My experience with the team at Amelia Boutique Hotel left a real impression. They were responsive, genuinely kind, and went way beyond what I would have expected when I had a special request to make. You can tell this is a hotel run by people who care, and it is a hotel with a terrific advantage — right on Bozor Hoja Street in the heart of Bukhara's old city, within easy walking distance of the great...

A little oasis in the heart of the city. Within walking distance of the medieval city centre, but silent. The gorgeous courtyard is a great view from many rooms. My room was spacious, spotless and had excellent amenities. The staff couldn’t do enough and were very polite and welcoming!
We had a lovely 4 night stay in this hotel. The hotel is newly completed and everything was very clean. The hotel is of a good design and in a great location. The rooms are light and airy and of a good size and the breakfast was great. A special mention to the staff, especially the two young men, who were incredibly helpful throughout our stay.
This is a very friendly and efficient hotel. The 2 young lads were especially helpful to us. Some of the decor is a bit OTT, but the rooms are more than adequate, as is the bathroom. It is just off the main street, so quiet for sleeping, although the pillows are a bit too hard, for our liking. Breakfast offers a good variety of things, but the hot breakfast is cold. One of the better hotels during...
I really liked the hotel, the rooms are spacious, a harmonious combination of national history and modern comfort. I will recommend it!
This hotel is truly amazing, especially if you're seeking proximity to historical sites and a traditional Bukhari-style atmosphere. The staff are incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful, making the experience even more enjoyable. The rooms are impeccably clean, and the bathrooms have a refreshing, clean scent. The entrance and outdoor alleyways resemble a charming terrace, adding to the overall ambiance...
Great feeling and experience staying at this hotel. Chic decoration of the space: carved doors and furniture, painting in the style of local color, painted ceilings, a cozy patio. The rooms are spacious with high ceilings, artfully decorated with oriental luxury, the rooms are equipped with everything you need, comfortable beds, had a great night's sleep, the extra bed for a child is also convenient...
