Hotel stays can be incredibly stressful experiences, and when the hotel does not meet expectations it can be even more so. Recently I stayed at a hotel that was far from satisfactory; in fact, my experience there was quite poor.

The room itself had an unpleasant smell to it and the beds were uncomfortable. The walls were thin enough that I could hear all of the noise coming from other rooms as well as any activity occurring outside in the hallway or lobby area. The bathroom also left much to be desired - while they provided basic amenities like shampoo and soap, they did not provide towels nor toiletries such as toothpaste or mouthwash which would have been nice touches for guests staying multiple nights.

In addition to these issues with our room accommodations, we had some additional problems during our stay due to lack of customer service on behalf of this particular establishment's staff members. We encountered several instances where requests made by us went unanswered or unfulfilled despite numerous attempts at communication via phone calls and emails over a period of days before finally giving up completely on trying anymore contact them whatsoever about those matters altogether . All in all , this experience has really soured me towards ever wanting return back here again anytime soon .

Towels delivered an hour after checkin. No bottled water and dollars available when checking in around 11PM.
Beds are hard and don’t seem clean. Wifi quality was poor.
I stayed here only for one night but would never come back and definitely not a choice if you stay in the city for two or more nights.
I rated two instead of one because the price was cheap and the location was not too bad.
